50% of world population don’t have access to healthcare facilities , 30% lives in Latin American , and if we consider Brazil , 35 millions will die without achieve a consultation room . All these numbers means that these lack of access will promote , in the next 10 min , the death of 2 Brazilians , and if we consider global scale , focusing on children , in same time and for the same reason , 120 children will die .
We purpose mobile units ( buses , trucks or containers ) being transformed in consultation / diagnosis rooms , surgical centers , or even cabins to become vacine / telemedicine infrastructure .
One simple cabin could achieve 4000 people per day , delivering helthcare facilities overseas , and also is totally possible become support for health techs be in touch with the patient, democratizing the healthcare access
If are an emergency or a situation where the need of tracking the situation ,in a safe way to the doctors, is importante to seek a solution , the mobile healthcare facility can be delivered in a location with some devices to check the community healthcare by distance . Provided with a dashboard , the doctor can do some orientations to the community , check their vital signs , and do some healthcare orientations .
Besides , it is possible to do some vaccine campaigns , and monitor the community healthcare during a period to check evolutions .

All the units can be a legacy after the emergency to provide healthcare assistance . The government or communities organizations can use this structure to vacine , first care , telemedicine or health campaigns and add your own IT system to spread the technology in remote areas , small neighborhoods or high vulnerability communities .
The idea is to democratize the access in Healthcare facilities .
The emergency and preventive mobile unit will provide the access to healthcare assistance in crises moments ( like COVID 19) or in remote areas . In Brazil , we experienced with different model of mobile unit , attendances in remote areas that don’t have enough resources to built a hospital , but need the healthcare assistance .
Almost 2,9 millions of Brazilians went to the mobile units, and considering tho Covid 19 mobile units , 40 thousand patient had access to diagnoses or treatment. In Emergency and Preventive Mobile Unit , will be more effective , because is smaller , more simple to be assembled and the logistic is easier , providing a plus resource to telemedicine ( mora datas ) , a safe place to vacine or first aids care .
Considering the next year , the idea is improve the MVP , add the Technologic devices and with the validation results , develop a final project .
In the next three years , we will plan and implement a team , a factory to the construction of the unit in scale , and also plan ways to provide or give licenses to production .
In terms of social impact , considering the emmergency unit , is possible to do 2,300 exames per month per unit . Considering the is possible construct 1 unit per day , in a month , we achieve 50,600 medical attendances in 22 units in the second month .
We built the prototype and nowadays we are implementing a validation in quantity and quality researching technologies that could be applied in our solution .

Fleximedical needs money to finish the technological part of the product , and , mainly , a solution to connect , because in Brazil , we have some challenges with the internet .
After this fase , with the validation , the idea is to built the solution ,and find ways to be lesss expensive and quick.

The lack of healthcare is a global issue , unfortunately , everybody saw this sad situation in Covid 19 pandemic , but we are based only in Brazil . The idea with the Trinity is to scale in a global way and see our mission spreader overseas , to be considered in emergency situations .
As the center of the pandemic , Brazil had a great amount of issues to be solved , and we are honored to be part of the solution in Sao Paulo , being recognized by Schawab Foundation as The social entrepreneur of the year 2020 - in pandemic Covid 19 . We are sure that we can be the change in some places .
