X-P3 BioShield
X-P3 (Protect+Prevent+Predict) : A multi-functional AI enabled PPE technology designed to protect the wearers’s face from viral droplets and particle matter while preventing transmission via infectious aerosol exposure. It's integrated AI/IoT facilitates deep-learning and big data analytics to better predict probable geospatial outbreaks and foster effective, data-driven public health decisions.

- Respond (Decrease transmission & spread), such as: Optimal preventive interventions & uptake maximization, Cutting through “infodemic” & enabling better response, Data-driven learnings for increased efficacy of interventions
COVID-19 continues to devastate the global community. Unfortunately, disparate impacts have been unleashed upon the world's most vulnerable LMIC, elderly and ethnic communities. Key virulence drivers coalesce around efficacy, application and predictability:
- Geospatial Predictive Heat-Mapping - Lack of AI/ML/RWD driven prediction models to allow public health stakeholders to make preemptive, data-riven resource allocations to stymie outbreaks. (Khakharia, 2020)
- Face Shields [existing] - Utilized by millions of medical, industrial, and dental personnel, should not be used alone: “Due to the lack of a good facial seal peripherally that can allow for aerosol penetration, face shields shouldn't be used as solitary face/eye protection, but rather as adjunctive to other PPE. ” (Dr. R. Roberge NIOSH, CDC)
- Surgical Masks - University of Edinburgh determined that most surgical masks aren't certified for use against infectious aerosols. Other studies show as much as 20% of aerosols leak into masks breath space.
- N95 Respirators - The COVID-19 crisis has proven that legitimate respirators of this type are in short supply, and can be ineffective in preventing polydispersed aerosol transmission. (TAOH, 2013)
- Linen/Cotten/Silk Masks etc. - Leaks> 70% of fine particles through mask. (Abhiteja, 2020).
- Environmental - >1.5 Billion disposable face masks entered oceans in 2020
The preservation of the citizenry’s health and restarting the world economy no longer has to be viewed as mutually exclusive concepts.
Our primary focus is to reduce the disparate COVID-19 related impacts on the LMIC, Elderly, and Ethnic communities. Our secondary market focus is front-line Health Care, Education, and Critical Industries (i.e. Meat Processing and Airline).
Due to the products muti-functionality and IP adaptability, licensing can open sales channels in the following areas of commercialization :
- Personal Protective Equipment Industries (Face Shield)
- General Population (Face Shield)
- Industrial/ Chemical Process Industries ( Face shield, Filter System, Flocculation)
- Pharmaceutical Industry (Filter System)
- Research Equipment Sectors (Filter System)
- Healthcare (Face Shield)
- Food Processing (Face Shield)
- Sports Equipment (NFL Face Mask)
- Medical Sectors ( Face Shield, Filter System)
- Dental Procedures
- Intubations (Hospital)
- Surgical Procedures (w lasers etc per CDC)
For the past year, we've monitored national and global incident rates, demographic trends, and secondary impacts. We've also stayed abreast with the latest research on best practices and interventions to improve our design efficacy.
- Proof of Concept: A venture or organisation building and testing its prototype, research, product, service, or business/policy model, and has built preliminary evidence or data
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Behavioral Technology
- Big Data
- Biotechnology / Bioengineering
- GIS and Geospatial Technology
- Internet of Things

For the national public good, we intend to work with public-private partners to provide flexible no-to-low cost licensing for manufacturing for distribution to the most disparately affected populations (LMIC, ethnic, and Elderly). Globally, we'll pursue working with the WHO to get this technology to the countries in most need at-cost.
Unfortunately, due to environmental racism and disparate impact, COVID-19 is poised to be a double edged sword for under privileged communities. After prolonged viral devastation, then making minor strides in suppressing the spread of COVID-19 within these communities via social distancing and disposable masks, LMIC communities are now facing another grim reality. Recent reports indicate that of 1.5 billion disposable masks have entered our oceans. Due to the fact that many landfills are located directly within under privaledged communities, these used masks will ultimately end up as contaminated pollutants at their doorsteps. Buy utilizing our washable, reusable face shield technology, not only will more lives be saved but it will help prevent disparate environmental impacts as well.
The most rapid path to deployment and adaptation is via licensing and manufacturing partnerships. By partnering with global PPE manufacturers, NGO's, and non-profits like The Partnership Initiative, we can provide this technological solution to LMIC communities, and millions globally while disrupting markets, scaling our solution and capturing market-share.
Our Key Performance Indicators will be crafted around the following perspectives:
- Financial Perspective
- Customer Perspective
- Internal Business Process Perspective
- Learning and Growth Perspective
Thus our success outcomes will be targeting:
- Growth in Revenue
- Market Penetration
- IP Licensing Agreements
- Data Capture and 3rd Party Utilization
- Net Profit Margin
- Gross Profit Margin
- United States
- Ethiopia
- India
- Turkiye
Financial - We will leverage partnerships, blended, and non-debt (grant) funding to amass the operating financing necessary for growth while managing costs and liquidity.
Manufacturing and Distribution- This barrier will be navigated via manufacturing and licensing agreements
IP Protections - Even though the Patent Application was filed in July '2020, we will remain vigilant for IP infringements, and will be proactive in the filing of the necessary continuations required to maintain our full IP rights in the national and international market.
