Walden's Greenergy Solar, LLC can capture the Sun's Energy, and put it to use better than all others and Create Many Jobs to help solve the Climate Crisis by slowing Global Warming. This can be achieved by allowing all others to use my many products, and theories, for the best use of Solar, Wind and Water, and create many jobs worldwide. We can use the various energies of the sun to Heat, Light and generate electricity with solar modules. This will allow individuals to start their own business and hire people to create many jobs in their own local communities. Using sun and fluid energies together with batteries, can produce Sustainable Power. This can permit independent free standing products to solve many problems i.e., like EV charging stations on our highway systems, and Solar Ovens to bake bread for Desert Tribe dwellers. This can be accomplished with my control system.

All Peoples of the world, not just local communities, are affected by the burning of fossil fuels; and this can be mostly eliminated by the use of renewable energy. (Global statistics) The burning of fossil fuel gives out harmful compounds like sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides. Scientists say that the burning of coal, oil and natural gas is the main factor to the rapidly rising level of carbon dioxide that is driving the climate change. The amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere causes the surface of the earth to warm by trapping the heat and creating greenhouse gases, which in turn causes global warming. When there is an increase in the percentage of carbon dioxide in the air, the amount of heat in the carbon dioxide also increases. Global warming causes the ice caps to melt, which in turn causes the water level to rise and erode the coast lines and floods coastal cities. Burning fossil fuels emits a number of air pollutants that are harmful to both the environment and public health.

The main Product is my dual axis solar control system; it is a complete Solid-state electronic Plug-and-Play Dual-axis Solar-tracker Control-system; it is capable of doing solar better than all others. Just install it, and connect a 24VDC power supply. The 2 axis control system will be the most accurate control on the market today; none can be made more better.

Electricity generated with fossil fuels is expensive, and electricity generated from the sun’s energy is free for the taking and at a reasonable cost; the peoples of the world benefit greatly.

In addition to the above, Walden’s Greenergy Solar, LLC is an Invention in Renewable Energy, and I am selling the Right-to-use the patent via Franchises, White Labels and Subscriptions- Preferring Subscriptions and planning for mostly, if not all Subscriptions.

Also, everyone in the solar industry will be able to use my invention for their own personal use.

Simply put, my game plan is to recruit/sign up Independent Contractors, to sell my invention in Renewable Energy Worldwide.

This will allow local business to operate in their respective economies, utilizing local labor at the current prevailing wages. It doesn’t get any better than this; and the whole marketing chain is needed.

Getting decent jobs is a major problem worldwide. Walden's Greenergy Solar, LLC is an avenue to those jobs. We want to make all of our theories for the creation of jobs available to everyone worldwide via Self, Franchises, White Label and Subscription. This will increase access to jobs, and skill development opportunities for all Indigenous Communities across the globe.

The little white circular item on the black box needs to be updated to the final version. Changes will be made to the PCB's, and they in turn will be mounted in another black box suitable for mounting. Just power it on with 24 volts DC; the output varies with the angle of incidence. It is used for single and dual axis trackers, and it seeks the brightest spot in the sky, and locates the sun using a quadrant system of sensors with electronic circuitry to measure and null out the voltages to 0 (zero) and then tracks the sun via PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) at one revolution per solar day. The sensors are Ultra Violet sensors, and they include a small amount of the ambient visual light spectrum, and are amplified to a higher working voltage.

Our technology is a new application of an existing technology i.e., a new and novel Dual Axis Solar Control System for controlling solar platforms. Just power it on with 24 volts DC; it is used for single and dual axis trackers, and it seeks the brightest spot in the sky, and locates the sun using a quadrant system of sensors with electronic circuitry to measure and null out the voltages to 0 (zero) and then tracks the sun via PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) at one revolution per solar day. The sensors are Ultra Violet sensors, and they include a small amount of the ambient visual light spectrum, and are amplified to a higher working voltage. The voltage output varies with the angle of incidence, and whenever the voltages are nulled by a microcontroller to zero, the solar-tracker platform will be aimed at the center of the sun.                                                                                     Our solar platforms are also new and novel i.e., they are tiered multi-level and offset 'bleacher style' to allow the air to pass through to decrease the wind resistance. Many platforms can be tied together in an array for a solar farm, and built to withstand hurricane force winds.                                        Our solution also has a new business model or process; it allows everyone to use our technology for their own benefit, to function vis Self, Franchise, White Label and Subscription.This affords the opportunity for many people to start companies of their own, and create many high paying jobs worldwide  It is a win-win proposition.

Our control, overall, can increase solar output somewhere between 25 to 40  percent. The smaller increase for dual axis paltforms; the largest increases over flat roof stationary systems. The various tilted and single axis systems fall somewhere in-between. Our unique Solid-state electronic, Dual-axis Solar-tracker Control-system seeks the brightest spot in the sky, and locates the sun using a quadrant system of sensors with electronic circuitry to measure and null out the voltages to 0 (zero) and then tracks the sun via PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) at one revolution per solar day. It tracks the center of the sun in real time, and backtracks the platforms to better keep them in the sunlight longer. Utilizing 'Fluids and Solar' together with Batteries on our two-tiered platforms allows us to do what others are not doing, thereby giving us a stricked advantage. All elements of the control sensor system are infinitely changeable, so none can be made more accurate; none can be better than infinitely.

My solution utilizes new replacements to widely used and accepted technologies in solar, wind and water energies. Without a doubt, since time immemorial, someone has used solar, wind and water energies. Literally, every country in the world today is using a form of renewable energy. Early on, the Dutch used windmills - powered by the wind for their beneficial use. Likewise, water wheels were used - powered by water.  In theory, solar energy was used by humans as early as 7th century B.C. when history tells us that humans used sunlight to light fires with magnifying glass materials. Later, in 3rd century B.C., the Greeks and Romans were known to harness solar power with mirrors to light torches for religious ceremonies. These mirrors became a normalized tool referred to as “burning mirrors.” Chinese civilization documented the use of mirrors for the same purpose later in 20 A.D.

The development of solar panel technology was an iterative one that took a number of contributions from various scientists. Naturally, there's some debate around when exactly they were created and who should be credited for the invention. Some people credit the invention of the solar cell to French scientist Edmond Becquerel, who determined light could increase electricity generation when two metal electrodes were placed into a conducting solution. This breakthrough, defined as the “photovoltaic effect,” was influential in later PV developments with the element selenium. In 1873, Willoughby Smith discovered that selenium had photoconductive potential, leading to William Grylls Adams’ and Richard Evans Day’s 1876 discovery that selenium creates electricity when exposed to sunlight. Some consider the true invention of solar panels to be tied to Daryl Chapin, Calvin Fuller, and Gerald Pearson’s creation of the silicon photovoltaic (PV) cell at Bell Labs in 1954. Today, solar farms are a given.

Solar, Wind and Water energies are dangerous to your health - it can even cause your death. You can drown in water, be killed by flying debris caused by high winds, and electrocuted by electricity generated with solar cell modules. These miotigating risks can be alleviated with good safety rules and work habits, such as: You are responsible for your safety and the safety of those around you. Accidents are preventable. Take pride in safety, the same way you take pride in the fruits of your work. Understand all hazards before approaching a task. Prepare accordingly with PPE and proper procedures. Authorized access only—stay clear unless you are properly trained.              1. Wellness: Maintaining a healthy body, mind, and spirit/mood. 2. Self-presentation: Controlling one’s grooming, attire, and manners—given the social and cultural situation at hand—so as to make a positive impression on others. 3. Timeliness: Arriving early, staying late, and taking short breaks. Meeting or beating schedules and deadlines. 4. Productivity: Working at a fast pace without significant interruptions. 5. Organization: Using proven systems for documentation and tracking—note taking, project plans, checklists, and filing. 6. Attention to detail: Following instructions, standard operating procedures, specifications, and staying focused and mindful in performing tasks and responsibilities. 7. Follow-through and consistency: Fulfilling your commitments and finishing what you start. 8. Initiative: Being a self-starter. Taking productive action without explicit direction. Going above and beyond; the extra mile. And finally, by applying some good old well thought out common sense. Think wisely, and be safe.

Theory of change for rooftop solar. What is the problen with rooftop solar? Buildings/Homes were not designed for rooftop solar, they were designed to keep the weather out. The structures were built to hold up the building and roof, and not the added weight of the solar modules. Solar modules installed on the roof presents a safety hazzard, and a fire hazzard. They are shock hazzard to the firemen and hampers their ability to cut a ventilation hole in the roof. The answer to this is to not install solar modules on the roof, but elsewhere, and to not create a problen with roof warranty. The next best possibility is to install them in the back yard. But that presents another problem, the yard cannot be used for anything else. The answer to that is to install the modules on a pole, high up and away from the open ground. Walden's Greenergy Solar, LLC's preference is pole mounted in the back yard. This arrangement can provide for a shaded patio cover and Bar-B-Que grille. The major here is: Building Codes! Every County has it's own buildinh codes. Granted, counties tend to coppy orhers codes to some extent, stilll they are all different. Probably all counties have no codes for pole mounted modules, and if the do, all counties would be different. Some want the modules mounted on the ground, or very close to the ground - doubtful if any will allow over 10 or 12 feet above ground. All counties need their building codes revised to allow the change. All buildig codes needs to allow heights of at least the highest 'pitch of the roof', or possibly chimney height. A Legal Team will be hired, and we will pursue with vigor to get the building codes in all states changed to accommodate pole mounted solar modules. We will also pursue installing combination solar and wind/water multi-tierd platforms.

My ultimate long-term goal is to create a successful company to take my ideas about renewable energy to market.

Step 1.  Prove out the control theory
In the short term, I envision having a Research and Development Lab and an engineering company take the existing electric-electronic prototype control and redesign it to a full-fledged ready-for-market electronic control utilizing microcontrollers and electronic relays (FET"S), GPS and, software programming etc..
In taking the existing electrical-electronic control to market, I will pursue that with the engineer and his Engineering Firm that produced the first prototype. I will also interface with, and use the manufacturing firm that produced the prototype. Part of the ‘system’ is the separate sensor assembly. The new sensor assembly also needs to be produced in a Plug-and-Play assembly with several extension (plug-and-play) cord assemblies. 

Step 2.  Hire a Success Oriented Special Management Team to take my ideas to market.

Step 3.  Setup Franchises and/or White-label licenses 
I would hire a salesman (OR WOULD A TEAM BE BETTER?  To much work for one guy???) to setup franchises for the various manufacturing firms followed by setting up contracting firms starting out locally and then branching out from there.
Franchises are recommended for the following reasons:
a)    Cost-saving.
Doing everything in one location, manufacturing some components and shipping, traveling long distances and installing systems are cost prohibitive.
b)    Efficiency.
I believe the control will be “Plug-and-Play”, about the size of an oversized electronic thermostat; doable within 90 days. This control is a major component of all the Solar Tracking Systems. 

Timeline

This team would include the Salesman who would take the newly developed control systems to the manufacturer. This could be done within 90 days. The testing of the prototype could be completed and, taking it to market should be completed within 6 months. Simultaneously, the first system could be designed, engineered, manufactured, sold, installed and put online within the same time period.

The President should have an MBA Degree with a strong understanding of: Management; Finance; Marketing; Entrepreneurship; and, Human Resource Management.
The Manager should have a BBA in Marketing.
The Solar Engineer should have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
The Mechanical Engineer should have a Master of Business Administration (MBA); and be proficient in CAD software.
The Technician should have a 2 year Associate degree in Electrical and Electronics; and being proficient in CAD software would be desirable.
The Secretary should have a 2 year degree in secretarial skills.
