Over 4 million workers are injured in the U.S. each year, and U.S. companies alone incur over $140 billion in direct costs for prolonged, often preventable occupational injuries. The recovery process is slow, ineffective, and expensive; physical therapy is limited; and resources for patients regarding their condition and its treatment are outdated and incomplete. Few resources exist that focus on preventing workplace injury or addressing psychosocial factors proven to improve return-to-work times.
Concorde Health's integrated, B2B digital health platform improves injured workers' recovery and return-to-work times by supporting and motivating employees through a digitized recovery process that includes teletherapy, expert-created content and videos, and psychosocial recovery tools. CH provides workers with proprietary algorithms and content. The focus is on personalized treatment plans, health coaching, and information addressing the physical and psychosocial aspects of recovery and injury prevention. A digital care management system allows all stakeholders to evaluate and communicate with patients.
Our solution aligns the needs of all stakeholders, ensures productive and healthy workers, and dramatically reduces costs. With widespread implementation of our unique digital, psychosocial approach, return-to-work times will improve by at least 20% and prevention rates will increase by 10% for muscoloskelatal injuries alone.

- We have created a smart digital solution to the archaic paper-based world of worker injury management and rehabilitation.
- Our proprietary on-boarding algorithm allows us to identify which workers at the highest, medium, and low risk for long-term disability and provide relevant and appropriate interventions. The algorithms, using data input and user interaction with the platform, will eventually allow us to, in real-time, provide only the best information to enhance recovery.

Concorde Health will rely primarily on online marketing and inside sales to sell to firms, partner with insurers, and leverage referrals from treatment professionals to reach our target communities. Faster recovery times, improved outcomes, and cost savings will generate loyalty among businesses.
The solution is delivered via a mobile application, which employees and other stakeholders will be able to download directly to their phones. Our unique UX - which leverages reward pathways, gamification, and nudging; is easy to use and highly interactive; and provides relevant, individualized care plans - will draw users in, promote continuous interaction, and ensure repeated use.
The solution is currently only being used internally by key stakeholders to beta test the treatment algorithms, content, and management platform.
Beginning July 1st, the solution will be rolled out to between 300 and 1,000 users. In the following twelve months, that will ramp up to 5,000-20,000 users as the solution is improved and further integrated into our current clients' systems. Within 3 years, Concorde Health anticipates serving anywhere from 25,000 to 250,000+ people as further efficiencies are realized and new clients are acquired.

Our full-time management team consists of Dr. Jeffrey Vogel, a Harvard-trained expert in occupational medicine with deep knowledge of stakeholder needs. He developed this solution after watching his patients struggle through recovery.
Other key contributors include our CTO, who has led several integrated health-care product teams; our content lead, who has spent over 30 years researching effective return-to-work processes and the integration of psychosocial treatment; our behavior-change expert, who has over 20 years of relevant experience; and our UX/UI/Design expert with over 15 yrs of relevant experience
Concorde Health is a B2B SAAS company. Corporate clients will be billed on a per member, per month basis. The management platform can be licensed via tiered pricing based on usage or a revenue share model. Revenues will come from corporate clients, insurers, and other partners making the Concorde Health platforms available to their employees or respective clients. Concorde Health will also license its technology, data, and proprietary algorithms to commercial insurers and workers comp carriers.
We predict over $2 million in revenue in year one and surpassing $40 million in revenue by year 5. Our solution addresses a widespread problem and provides unprecedented improvement in a persistent, quantifiable pain point for both companies and workers. The need for effective, comprehensive treatment is global in nature. Furthermore, as Concorde Health's presence and services offered expand, its internal operations can realize further efficiencies of scale ensuring Concorde Health maintains profitable, sustainable operations as it expands into new territories, industries, and/or injury profiles.
While we are initially focusing on workers compensation and insurance providers, triage companies, and employers, the true potential of our solution lies in its ability to provide quality care and resources to otherwise neglected populations prone to injuries but without the appropriate resources to treat them effectively and possibly prevent them altogether. Solve and its partners can help us maximize our reach and thereby ensure a growing number of people are engaged, active participants in their recovery, improve the productivity of these individuals both at work and home, and empower them to achieve better outcomes and lead and happier lives.
