1.What is the problem I m solving?
Decrease healthcare expenses, related to non compliance of patients
2.What is the solution?
Most of us are using credit cards .We know that if we are good customers (paying on time, keeping utilization ratio below 30 % etc..) any decent card will give us some perks (decrease APR ,flight mileage ,cashback etc..) .
This system works very well for last 30-40 years. Can we think about applying the same idea into healthcare ?
Say ,patient is diagnosed with chronic disease at age 30.He/she is prescribed some maintenance therapy/periodic screens.Patient failed to take meds/missed appointment for screen .His healthcare credit score (something similar to FICO or regular credit score ) will go down.It will affect cost of his future treatment to some extent .
Another scenario: patient is compliant with prescription/appointments/therapy/
.Patient has healthy food diet ,do not smoke and goes to gym regularly.
His score is going up and as a result his insurance company is willing to decrease his monthly payment (or something else ) .
3.How is my solution will change the world?
Decrease healthcare expenses
