CNUAIDC + CRPP
Coded Network of Unified Artificial Intelligence Database Central (CNUAIDC) + Centre for Registration and Palliative Provision (CRPP) provides solution in collecting information about the people and processing it in such a way that everyones biodata is captured and traced down to his or ancestries. Information stored will help greatly in reaching out, monitoring and distribution of paliatives in a transparent way especially when it comes to reaching out to the most vulnerables in the communities.
My proposed solution to the problem has two components. They are:
- Coded Network of Unified Artificial Intelligence Database Central (CNUAIDC)- Computational in nature.
- Centre for Registration and Palliative Provision (CRPP)- Physical outlets that are manned.
In my community (Ogidi, Anambra State, Nigeria with a population of about 70,000 people) as an example, there is no single database/records of information of the people. Again, no single source of disseminating information digitally. My community relies on town crier or bellman for information. This is a big challenge when it comes to reaching out to the right people. Trying to reach out to the people without a robust and reliable database would be counterproductive in the following ways:
1. There will not be accountability which breeds corruption.
2. The less privileged or the most vulnerable within the community might be misrepresented.
3. There will not be appropriate records or follow ups.
4. The entire program will collapse as time goes by.
This is what CNUAIDC + CRPP intends to solve.
My primary audience is to capture the information of the local populace in Nigeria. Although, I intend to test run the database in my community before rolling it out to other communities.
Once information of everyone is captured on the database, everyone can easily be reached through their phones while incentives in monetary forms can be sent directly to the target peoples bank accounts without any mistakes.
- Deploying features that use regionally interoperable foundational ID systems and can be accessed across borders, network providers, and languages — allowing workers to receive services and make contributions or withdrawals regardless of origin or location
- Idea: A plan or concept by an individual or organization.
- A new application of an existing technology
My solution is innovative because there is no such database in the whole of Nigeria and West Africa. It is a new concept carved out of my imaginations in helping my mother Africa.

My proposed solution to the problem has two components. They are:
- (1)Coded Network of Unified Artificial Intelligence Database Central (CNUAIDC)
- (2)Centre for Registration and Palliative Provision (CRPP)
Component 1: Coded Network of Unified Artificial Intelligence Database Central (CNUAIDC)
Units of CNUAIDC (component 1):
- A sophisticated database management software built using advanced programming IT technologies.
- Mobile communication service providers.
- Intelligent mobile apps, capable of communing with the main database.
- Local/regional servers where registrations can be done, retrieved and stored.
- Artificial intelligence in communicating with other government servers such as banks (government and commercial banks), immigration servers and various federal, states and local government orientation agencies.
Component 2: Centre for Registration and Palliative Provision (CRPP)
Units of CRPP (component 2):
1. Physical office locations.
2. Computers with internet gadgets are stationed and manned by trained experts.
3. Serve as a point of training centres.
4. Problem solving unit.

This unit would serve as the brain box of the project. It will comprise of a central network of intelligent cloud-based databases designed to mimic relational database operating on cloud computing. CNUAIDC should be capable of communicating with regional and remote servers across the country or the world as the case may be. CNUAIDC should be intelligent enough to collect, collate, analyse, store and retrieve information about an individual, group of individuals or entire populace. It should also be capable of presenting results speedily, succinct and very precisely based on the need of a particular request at any giving period of time in the presence of internet network or not. Again, this database should be intelligent enough to establish a handshake between other governmental databases for the purpose of information retrieving, harmonizing and sharing.

Component 2: Centre for Registration and Palliative Provision (CRPP)
This component will comprise of a physically established setting which should be located at strategic places in the communities such as hospitals and primary healthcare centres, schools (primary and tertiary levels), markets, states and local governments, and churches and mosques. It should serve as a primary source of collecting information (including new birth and death information), registrations and incentives/palliative giving. Also, it would serve as a unit for training, counselling and problem solving.
My solution is very easy to establish when the right IT develpers are involved. The federal, state, local and private sectors will be engaged.
Very friendly mobile apps will be developed.
Very flexible.

Information to store on database include:
DNA information (Molecular Genetics)
Intelligent facial capture recognition
Finger printing information.
Records on blood group and genotype
Medical history of underlying ailment
Family history of underlying ailment
Vital biomarkers of human health (cancer, diabetes,
Anthropometric indices (e.g. height, weight, BMI)
Nutritional indices
Educational qualifications
Social status

I am primarilry applying to solve the problem about lack of a robust and reliable database in my country.
I am also seeking for funds to finace the project.
- Solution technology
- Board members or advisors
- Legal or regulatory matters
- Monitoring and evaluation
The summary of my goal is to establish a robust interractive database which will be constantly updated that will serve as a source of reliable information about a community.
