Problem - Social Insurance 

Scale: High level of poverty in Sub Sahara Africa including Nigeria (Oxford Poverty & Human Development Index [OPHI], 2020,2019,2018)

Affected Population: More than 70 percent of about 200 million population in Nigeria [Brookins Survey, 2019, OPHI, 2018, World Bank, 2019]

Reason: Government neglect and insensitivity. 

Locality: Nigeria - All 774 LGAs 

Population:

1. Educated unemployed /semi/under employed youths 

2. Semi illiterate or illiterates - with or without any skill sets

Understanding their Needs 

3. I am practical example who has and still experiencing aforementioned deprivation as well.

4. To encourage them is to develop a link via technocode beacon to allow for opinions and present the solution format than can help improve their situation

Social insurance only appears in books in most Africa countries.

Here, identified group, will undertake, from a list of  skills -sets with multiplier effect on individual and country at large. 

Then a mandatory business interrelationship partnership will be encouraged and born. this will be to establishing partnership in business that will eventually become or graduate to conglomerate and multinational in the future. 

Solution Description:

For the first time in history, if my solution is provide with optimal support as envisage by the organizers of this event, the organization may not have to introduce this programme in the new few years but shift attention to other region.

Comparison: I will compare my solution to SOLVE MIT and World Bank Group intention for creating this programme. I am only here to lubricate the wheel of the engine

Proposed solution is hinged upon having a zero unemployment and poverty rate within the Sub-Saharan and Africa continent as a whole. 

In the idea proposition, the idea lean itself on theory called - Af-Hub (African Hub), where concerned subjects make Africa the Hub of new model of discoveries. PROPOSED THEORY

Once the mapping is done and coded, access to all forms of activities will be very easy. 

This will be done by mere possessing a phone of nay kind. 

Thus without phone as well may be registered through someone who own a phone

An app may be created to have a link of registered and beneficiaries across regions. 

Uniform Virtual learning program to are essential. 

There may be a central meeting point for which connectivity may be achieved for this purpose.

Otherwise, a network code discriminator correspondence may be assigned to a location as the case may be.

1 year: 500 undergraduates, graduate and illiterates of poor/low/middle income/girls/ minority and children 

5 years : 2500 people include informal and illiterates
