Tech Hero Ghana
Tech Hero Ghana has a lots of projects like Admobby , Devmobby , Appmobby and Paymobby. These are great projects yet the one that curb the challenge by WURI WEST AFRICA, mission billion challenge is ADMOBBY.
ADMOBBY enables payment via online in an easy, fast and secure manner. I believe our project will enable indigenous people be easily integrated to system which assures social protection schemes like pension plans, life assurance and accidents insurance.
The informal sector is mostly impede to be part of schemes which protect the uncertain future. Most schemes are meant for civil workers and high income workers. Our system when deployed would provide a simple and convenient mode to easily get them to be included in these social protection.
The system in africa especially , does not favor informal sector. ADMOBBY would change that and positively impact places devoid of our system globally be rectified.
The informal sector in africa is not really regarded when it comes to schemes to secure posterity. Most banks denies loans and pension plan schemes to private workers as the system give them more leverage to elude them. This truly makes informal sector especially popele with handiwork profession lose out on these social protection initiatives . The lucky private works who are able to access social protection policies just like civil workers are the established and high-income ones. This is not fair as this policies tend be of great benefits to the low-income informal sector rather than the high-earning ones.
Paymobby is an online payment method if when integrated to world bank system would enable it easily accessible and convenient to the informal sector . This would encourage them to partake in pension scheme plans , insurance and emergency funds. The paymobby is easy to use and requires low literacy and technical know-how.
PAYMOBBY seek to give informal sector just as much mileage as the ciil workers. PAYMOBBY can be tweaked to serve the purpose of the WURI WEST AFRICA challenge.
It is a maiden onlne payment method developed by africa and tailored towards the economy of africa.
TechHero Ghana main aim is to break monopoly powers of international studies. We have other projects like ADMOBBY which we will use to advertise users of Paymobby as well to get more market thus invest or save to secure their future.
- Deploying features that encourage contributions regardless of literacy and numeracy levels — including in contexts with limited internet coverage
Our project seeks to assist entrepreneurs and startup businesses and developers in africa especially.
PAYMOBBY provides the medium to easily tap into resources that civil workers are privilledged with. This will level the ground to push up the informal sector as well.
Already we have over 26 customers and expect more. We try to break the monopoly powers of international companies in africa and offer similar service at lower rates. When it becomes bigger it will as well boost the GDP of Africa . We hope to generate revenue to used by and for africa's development.

TECHHERO GHANA has year ambition to create an independent africa Especially in our field of expertise. Though I am only a High school student offering business. I have gross knack of coding skills. This I did not learn in school but learnt on my own as my drive to change the inordinate dependence on foreign companies for goods and services.
I met other high school colleague, Godwin Kanyo who share the same passion and a software engineer Charles Appiah-Mends and we have built apps like ADMOBBY, APPMOBBY, high school rush and several websites and apps which mostly perform similar functions as google ads service, playstore and Games
but skewed for african economy.
The Paymobby is meant to function as online payment method but this time with no API's and third party. We only earn income if we integrate our system into theirs to render their service. Unlike other payment options where money come to them and forward them to the agency. The transaction between our client and their customers. This again is tailored for african economy.

Appmobby truly works. Just that it is not popular as desired. We have people tested the beta version and works efficiently. Our marketers keep publicizing and looking for opportunities to showcase to our world our works and make our global impact and actualize our mission.

My theory of change is to refute the idea that we cannot truly be independent. In as much as we respect their work, as sometimes we learn from them. But want to effect a change where we get an independent and self-reliant africa and break monopoly powers as we earn as much as they do and use it to develop africa.
This was inspired when some years back when I saw a headline on CNN news as `` Africa is the richest in natural resources but poorest continent ''. I felt this was a great insult to the human resource, I endeavored to change that notion. I learnt coding and despite I do Business at High School hope to expertise in IT to champion my theory of change for africa. I believe my continent could be held for ransome if the monopoly powers is not broken.

I know this an agenda by the world bank and assure that it can easily be integrated. As a matter of fact, it can be tweaked to fit whatever purpose needed for.
PAYMOBBY is convenient for social protection and public service delivery system at even the zonal level, regional level, nationwide level and worldwide level
It requires low literacy and technical know-how. The only requiste is a smartphone and basic reading.
It perfect for the informal sector.
As stated earlier, There is no API'S and third party involved.
Gives all needed information on it and substantiate the afore-mentioned
We still finding ways to improve it to work on non-smartphones.
This could be resolved betterstill if clients are given smartphones for the purpose of the challenge or agents are deployed at specific centers to enable them make transactions and partake in social protection schemes. Conversely, would create massive employment for the community people when employed to be agents.

Being teenagers and working on Techhero Ghana for only about three years, we are still embryonic thus have not make the mark we yearn for.
Now we have two companies using the PAYMOBBY which we still consider as the Beta version, even though it is fully operational.
We hope this opportunity would be the stride which will enable us to reach millions globally make the impact we aspire for.
We have written proposals to about 5 companies and pending approval and if the agree we will have 7 companies in impending year
If we qualify and chosen for the Mission Billion challenge, I guess we would accelerate our numbers as being young and new hampers our credibility and trust in the perspective of potential clients and investors especially in this era of prevalent cybercrimes.
TechHero Ghana has one main agenda; make africa self-reliant. We hope to provide services to break monopoly powers of international companies and in favor of African economy.
We aspire to establish this especially in our field of expertise; https://techheroghana.ga/ is evidence of our efforts to actualize the intention.
We hope to impact the world. We fervently hope to get selected as it would make us actualize our dream to make an impact worldwide.
This inspiration was drawn when some years back when I read one of the headlines as `` Africa is the richest in natural resources but poorest in continent ''. I felt this an insult to the human resource and endeavored to change this notion.
We hope to use you platform to actualize our ambition.
We are denounced some deals because of our age and because we are not registered. Our age has had some repercussions on our credibility.
Our coffers has delayed our efforts to carry out some projects and marketing.
I am a High school final student and Charles ,who mostly provide the money,is a level 100 (freshman) offering software engineering. Godwin Kanyo who has completed high school also provide money from his menial job as a teacher. This makes our finances very minimal.
This factors hinders our progress.
We have made inquiries as to how much it cost to procure a business certificate. We working earnestly to be legally incorporated. We waiting on some income and deploy to be registered.
This would boost our accreditation and hopefully get more deals.
We hope to be selected. It will be a great feat for us. It will skyrocket us to attain our goals. We would get more attention thus more deals. If selected, I doubt money would be a predicament for us anymore.
This is more reason we implore we are selected or at least granted an in-person demo so as effectively explain ourselves and work.
- Hybrid of for-profit and nonprofit
We have 7 members in all currently. The full time staff would be four . The part time would be 3 members .
We are young and ambitious , everybody bring a skillset to the table.
Of course there are three programmers , that is , three people who have knack of computing skills. We have marketers. I can say we are a full industry as we do have all necessary skills. We all communicate in english and public orators. So trust we are well-oriented to deliver the solution and solve the problem.
For now, we have just one partnership; BBF foundation on some projects.
I hope to partner with more people in posterity.
Aside from personal projects , we build database , websites and games for people and earn income . Our rates are affordable and serve as the mainstream for income to TechHero Ghana.
We hope projects like APPMOBBY , PAYMOBBY and DEVMOBBY would hit the global market and chalk massive success.
Our rates are cheap for now and intend to make more affordable and convenient for african economy and start-up businesses.
- Organizations (B2B)
Our aim is to generate income to assist the african economy boost the GDP .

We gain revenue for ADMOBBY, PAYMOBBY and other apps we have built.
Though not so appreciable, it what sustains us aside from personal offers from members. We get renumeration for building websites , databases and apps for organizations as well.
We hope to attain enough funds to execute our vision. Money tentamount to the cash prize for the challenge would be more than adequate to actualize our intentions.

We hope to make it mega and hope to generate more inflow of cash so as to increase the outflow of renumeration.
This Competition and challenge is the very thing we need. There is little or none of such programs in Africa to support innovations. Being aware of such an opportunity was great news to me. As you provide the essential support we crave for, even beyond finance.
Our inventions would have great impact to world if attention is given to it. Thus feel like this is the opportunity would enable us actualize our vision.
Hope to be selected.

I believe TechHero Ghana would become great but would need more hands on deck. This why we seek support and partnership to bless us with their expertise.
We would need support to in specified fields to to make the company efficient.
We read the benefits of being a finalists, and are not oblivious that Google experts would help us.
This is mega for us , as we look up to them . We would practically be learning from the best and this is the optimum partnership we crave for.
We aspire to be guruslike them and even rub shoulders with them in posterity as our agenda is african-centralized.
