The Rising Generation

We are aiming at reestablishing the rising generation, by providing them with quantity career training program in different fields , such as agriculture and Agro farming, welding work, plumbing , electrical ,fashion and design , tilling, painting ,  and lots more, to eliminate the rate of unemployment among youths, create more channels for self-employment, reduce the rate of hunger, bring to belongings those that were left behind, strengthen families sustainability, from these uncommon transformation, many lives will positively transform for better and they will  contribute their knowledge to build our community. Our focus is not only for youths , we offered agriculture training program to help the  pensionieer men and women who have retired from their service to have something they fall back to while waiting for their pension to keep lives going, without home sick . lack sources of income could called for home sickness.

The problem we are working to solve through the West Africa prize award, is to strengthen the program by continuing to provide several career training program for the people of Africa free of charge so they can become self-reliant, and independent, we want to solve the problem and the complain of our people concerning lack of employment, diminishing of foods supply, poor families sustainability, rationally the people of Akwa Ibom State and others states in Nigeria here in Africa are facing so many challenges which include , unemployment opportunities, shortest of food supply, poor power supply etcetera, day by day population are increasing and the increase in population called for the increase in demands, and where there is no industries to employed the young graduate, no government work to accommodate the mass, this in return affect our economic development and growth, in other to deal with this factors , we came out with this solutions  of creating channels for more career training to  reenforces the rising generation to acquired skills in many areas so the can  become inventors and help the government to create employment opportunities to their fellows citizens.

Our targets population are the people of Akwa Ibom State in Nigeria , in west Africa , it is noted that Nigeria has the highest number of population in Africa states  constituted approximately the total number of 206  millions  people with 36 states across the nation, however , our projection is not limited to the people of Akwa Ibom State alone , it has gone wider length to do with other states across the nation, we want our project to have positive effect to the lives of all Nigerian , not limited to age, provided the desire to acquire the skills, is there , and we are not aiming at training them and let them go , we also want to empower all of our trainee after the completion of their training program to help us to hit to root of our targets.

Our mission is in consonants with the mission of Billion Challenge, since we are facing the challenge of unemployment, shortest in food supply, lack of industries to accommodate the mass population for employment. Considering the fact that Nigeria is a country with several ethnic groups, and at times in every states across the nation has their means of generating income for sustainability, we key into career training program so as to deployed features that can encourage contributions regardless of literacy and numeracy levels — including in contexts with limited internet coverage for employment.

Our solution are innovative because it create impact in the lives of the people of Akwa Ibom State, and others states across the nation, it is innovative because it works towards the establishment of individuals welfare, and assist the government of the day in their responsibilities to create job opportunity for the people,  it is innovative because the lives of those who were transitionally left behind are rebuild through the offers of this training program, the less privilege families are benefited highly on the solution, it's innovative because It gives solutions to the demands of the mass population. Though there are so many technicians on the globe when it comes to impacting technical knowledge to people in terms of career works this would have been the area of taking about our competitors, but however, we are aware of this, that is why we make our training cheaper, we tried our possible best to empower  trainees with tools, and machine needed for them to startup the business on their own, and become self-employed, and not only that , we tried to connect them into the sector that March them in the field of their career skills, and we provided them with professional certificate well honor by the federal republic of Nigeria, this  makes our services unique 

Ever since the organization come into existence in 2015, many lives has been transform in some states across the nation in  Nigeria.  Since the population is over much we are trying to expand our technical yard to reach others states in the country, recently our agricultural production business we engage on had really helpful to many families due to the present circumstance of covid-19 pandemic, those that were graduated from our project training program for some years past and we empowered them are so become professional expertise in the area of agriculture, and others fields , this indeed had shown that there are positive outcome for the solution, and we so optimistic that' if we would have enough capital to expand the yard of our business to many other states in Nigeria  that so soon the complaint of foods shortest, unemployment, poverty , hunger and lack of industries in the states in Nigeria will be diminishing.

We are expecting to see more improvement between one to five years of continuing implementing our solution, we want to see that the needs of the population and their demands had been fully attending to through our solution. why we want  to see this positive change is,  our aimed is to create positive impact in the lives of our citizens so they can join us too to contribute their quota in building the economic development and growth of our country Nigeria. When they are self-employed through our training program and empowerment we give them at the end of be their training , they would in return help to create employment to opportunities to other their fellow citizens, and thous eradicate the problems , poverty , hunger, unemployment and lot more.

Our aimed is to provide social protection and public  services to our citizens, it has much  concerned to do with preventing, managing, and overcoming situations that adversely affect people's well being, such as working towards reestablishing the lives of the rising generation through adequate career training , providing social amenities to strengthen effective works and development, providing sufficients agricultural foods supply for families sustainability , work toward creating employment opportunities for the people provide services that create motivation and cause positive changes in the livelihood of the future generations. Through the support we will receive from mission billion change, we utilize the fund and used it based on the our projection plans that is in subjection to the objectives of mission billion change to strengthen effective work and justice .

Through our solution delivery services to youths, men and women in Akwa Ibom State and across the Nation many lives are positively transform , and they in return incorporated  with us to provide social protection program delivery services that meet the demands of the people. Such as effective work and innovation career, creating of employment opportunities for themselves and for the people, fighting against poverty and hunger within the Nation through supply of sufficients agriculture foods for family consumption, reestablishing the life of the less privilege people and disability, through free career training and empowerment program, working toward building the economic development and growth of our Nation by providing social amenities and infrastructure program in local area within the Nation, create channels to accommodate pensionieer  and old people to be up and doing in agriculture program to eliminate home sickness after retirement, plan to build the lives of individuals citizens to become self-employed and self-reliant, donating our quota to build our community so as to establish the welfare of the people of Akwa Ibom State and across the Nation.

process is not about finding the best technical solution, and codifying it, but rather to find the best consensus driven solution with which all the participants can live. Our  interoperable standards enable multiple implementations to be delivered into the market so as to benefit our customers by enabling choice in a marketplace . On the whole, we have many implementations standard that our clients do enjoy.

Our services covers every areas be he developed or undeveloped areas. Because of our multiple workforce and career training skills we are embarking on in our organization, we have so many skills and trained personnels that fit all classes of people with low literacy ability, those who do not have basic knowledge of mathematics, we tried to key them into areas that will not required much calculation to help build their careers, most people of this class, we do employed them to work for the organization and we paid them from there they would gain more experience and knowledge about the business and improved their skills. For example, farming is a universal business that both the learned and unlearned people can do to raise money for sustainability. In many cases people of low literacy ability can fully benefited in that area so we trained them  in poultry business, fishes farms business and lot more and then empower them at the end of their training, we charged them at low cost to encourage them to be committed to the learning.

As of last year we trained over 150 people in different field, this year we have 70 people hopefully before the year runs out we would double the numbers of the last year, in five years we hope to train over 5,000 people.

Our goals towards next year is to trible the numbers of our  trainees from 70 people to 180 people, and in five years approximately hope to train over 5,000 people. We also set goals to expand our farm land from 2hectares to 7hactares of farms land to help improve our food productivities to solve the problem of food shortest and reduce the rate of hunger and poverty,  we are setting goals to introduce new brand processing foods in our organization, we want to engage in maize growing and Rice planting, hashing of fingerlings to strengthen our productivities, and create more employment opportunities for the youths.

Financial barriers to new operations. The high cost of getting into farming is a major obstacle for new operators. Farm equipment, property, and livestock are all expensive, and once a farm operator goes out of production, few can afford to get back in. Competition for land. As competing and conflicting land uses push into the agricultural community, it is more difficult to farm using standard farm practices. Reduced levels of support. Research funding and government agencies that traditionally assisted the farmers are being cut. Research facilities that were located in agricultural areas are increasingly being centralized. Farming is essentially a small business that is becoming increasingly complex. Research and bureaucratic support that is readily available at the local level is essential to its success. Decline of agricultural infrastructure. As the agricultural infrastructure in the urban fringe continues to decline, the availability of services from farm equipment to veterinary services continues to decline making it more difficult and expensive to farm.The ambiguities of the Provincial Policy Statement. Like the federal government, the province does not have a clearly articulated policy on agriculture, notwithstanding the Provincial Policy Statement. The PPS is implemented on a municipality-by-municipality basis, with little consideration of its implications on a broader regional basis. The PPS is often used as a tool to justify urban expansion, rather than as a tool for preservation of high-quality agricultural land and directing growth to other locations. Housing issues or homelessness. lack of accommodation for our employees, and trainees to abode .

Problem of finance. We're planning to make contrition from organization members and initiate part of our income generated from the sales of our farms produces, with the amount we are expecting to win from mission Billion challenge to solve the problem of financial barrier. Lack of enough farmland . We set goals to buy additional 7hactares of land, as a result of winning this mission Billion challenge. Agriculture infrastructure, we set goals to introduce new machines And equipments, that will enable us to improve in our productivities.we plan to build new infrastructure building that will accommodate all our staffs ,employees and trainees by winning this award, we also plan to introduce new career training program into our program schemes . Ambiguities of the provincial policy statement by government. Time will tell whether this will be addressed through the ongoing federal/provincial initiative Agricultural Policy Framework, the purpose of which is to develop a comprehensive agricultural policy. In the meantime, subsidies for agriculture in other countries skew the marketplace, making foreign products costly  than Nigerian products. Stopped of foreign products policies were designed to address these inequities but often seem ineffective.

 Throughout both my academic and professional career I have developed my skills as a team leader. I have been as farm supervisor in Domita's farms, since middle school- and it has taught me the value of proper communication and doing my best to make positive contribution to team efforts. In my professional career I had the opportunity to lead and contribute to several different team projects- and I believe that my administrative and management abilities- coupled with my research and analysis skills- help me to be a versatile and well-rounded team leader. I would describe myself as a cohesive team leader; I am able to do whatever task is necessary to complete the project. As a the CEO, I would do my part in collecting necessary data and presenting it to the team. I would do my best  to lend a helping hand to other team members when needed in discussions about issues with the project to help come to an effective resolution. At the end of the day- I believe that the project must be complete and it is my duty to contribute in any way possible,. All my team members are professionally skills to delivered the solution and solve the problem affected the population, they are dedicated to organization's goals ,have the  willingness to assist other teams members to ensure that the task are done , they have the ability to train others with superior writing and oral communication skills, excellent project management skills, and strong organizational skills.

We engage on the cultivation of organic and non-organic agriculture produce for the people of Akwa Ibom State . Our area of operation include, poultry farm, fish farming, crops cultivation, casava planting and career training skills, if need arises, we will definitely add more services to our list. Our objective is to engage in a large scale productions of agricultural food of organic and non-organic foods, offered career training skills to the rising generation and generate over $168'000  from our sales as income per-year of operation and to increase the percentage of our produces from 45% to 70% to satisfied our customers with their necessities and also to boaster our economic through our food produces.  Through the research we were conducted in five local government areas in Akwa Ibom State, which include Ikot Ekpene, Abak, Eket, Ikot Abasi, and Uyo local government, we were able  to  highlight that our target market goes to every household customers, industries, Hotels, schools, government houses, companies etc. We adopt the following strategies in marketing our farm produce and creating awareness for our services training, we Advertise our business in radio station, television and all social media. Currently, Dimobezs Investment LTD, is in partnership with us , due to lack of accommodation to contain all our trainees , we met in council to agreed been in partnership with Dimobezs Investment LTD so we can send most of our trainees to acquired theirs skills there, and we take the responsibility of providing them with adequate training materials and empower them at the end of their training program. We are also looking for more partnership that will have some positive inputs to contribute towards our proposed projection, we set goals to ensure total compliance in policies of contract that will leads to the achievement of our objectives goals in 2020.
