Discourage Youths From Poverty

I am aiming to solve Youths Insurance through the challenges they are facing around the global countries. I am aiming to shape the youths that are facing challenges to employment crises which really a challenge to the global trends and as such the digitization, automation and globalization as well as sociology-demographic changes in creating new ideas and social protection systems for the youths to make a great change through economic strength to develop the insurance scheme industry. I am targeting to solve and bringing new ideas to strengthen the number of growing of youths in non-standard employment which has affected them not to access them into the scheme of social protection insurance  for the future of the youths work. The powering of strengthening social protection in the lives of youths for change requires combination of contribute and social insurance scheme mechanism play a vital role for youths awareness on employment.

I am solving the bad shape in developing the youths to make a change in the social protection and they are also contribute to the insurance scheme change and improved the quality of the life of the youths. Helping identify their needs opportunities, rights and responsibilities, plan what they want to achieve and take appropriation, and develop activities and new ideas how to knowledgeable to generate the aspiration and confidence of changing the lives of the youths ideas to access employment. Innovate new ideas to enhance the effective coverage of social insurance and other design forms of protecting workers and strengthening and adapting social insurance schemes which will be a key to future their lives in their old ages so my solution will protecting workers. Building and effective solution to the youths social protection floors for the youths employment and change the non-standard employment which will help to solve and contribute a strong social insurance and knowledge sustainable to security entitlement identification. The new ideas will help strengthen social insurance mechanism in order to achieved adequate levels protection and strengthen social insurance mechanism. solving and outline measure which will described to enhance social protection coverage for youths workers respect.

I want to build and make an impact on the youths employment scheme  comprehensive and social identification protection and impacting ideas with credible strategy of a strong insurance scheme which at first the youths were created jobs into employment so the youths of the global world will realize themselves into employment scheme and payroll and for them to be in the institution of insurance scheme development.When jobs are created for youths it will change the mindset of youths to developmental economic of every global country and also will the youths able to involved in money saving through the banks and committed into the insurance schemes around the global country.

The solution will target the population of youths to design a program to serve so the youths program employment successes remained focused and delivered effectively. This designed and creative mechanism for the youths employment will set goals, and objectives of the programs that will involve the population which are the youths to drive a developmental forces policies and established on every states or countries and identify youths population to be served with good employment scheme. Relating also the design of the WURI West Africa the target population are mostly the youths so gain employments a different various skills and professions.

Achieving the SMART for youths and Sustainable Development Goals they will be the blueprint innovation to accomplished a better and success goal for the future for all the the youths. I will aim at and address the global challenges that as affect the youth to get better future and access to employment they are facing. Those challenges are poverty, inequality, climate change environmental degradation, peace and justice. The 17 Goals will connected to change the aspects of youths development. With the impacting knowledge of changing and the 17 developmental goals and how they will fight the challenges they are facing will them end poverty. The score of the developmental goals which will make them qualify to every different skills of employment will increase the demand of scheme insurance and they will be part to contribute in the development of the social security scheme insurance. Also the changes lives of youths to developmental goals will make them value in the society and as well know the important of saving, and social insurance scheme in the country. This innovation will also bring a change in the youths lives in executing the talents which will help to begin executing their technology talents outlook.

Empowered the youths to different aspect of education that will help them achieved their goals and development to bring positive change in the economic growth rates. Bringing the effective strategy which make many youths goes for educational training skills and end the disease of poverty left behind them and motivate them to go for the developmental goals.This will help them through our innovation skills will create jobs for the young youths and various measures addressing the demand and supply of skills working youths, Promoting entrepreneurship in the financing so they can will be self employment through the targeted supporting fund. Eliminating the obstacles to self-employment will make it easier and more attractive for the young youths especially the girls that are going major challenges in facing their live in prostitution, early sex workers, early marriage and force to sex.The poverty disease as cause a addicted into the minds of the youths which really they lost into job creation in every country. As long youths do involve in employment they will also blind into the important ID/Social insurance scheme security. When youths become employment staff them they will value to be securing lives into the insurance social security scheme. Money is insurance if their is employment for youths.

We can focus on our done work base on the impact of the wisdom and knowledge of end poverty and convert them into the seventeenth developmental goals which is our project for the youths to achieve and become successful so they will produce educational developmental goals will lead them to employment job and qualify to contribute in the social security scheme insurance. We can focus on our research on youth-lead innovation where young people instigate potential solution to the problem that are affecting the youths, we often to identified and do our best ability to address and solve the problem into success solution. Our report will base on the fact identities and evidence so those finding will make a change and bring end to the problem so the news ideas of the solution will make an impact on the lives of the youths will create jobs for youths which will identify them as ID to Change to access jobs and ID/Change to contribute to the social security insurance scheme and start valuing the saving. I will also highlight the opportunities to participate in innovation to increase young  youths and encourage them they value in the society. We can create news ideas for young people so they will gained new right through the innovation and including a greater and develop new skills for our feedback so they will recognize there successes and having opportunities and experiences that will increased the youths confidence.

Despite scoring goals towards the achieving the seventeen goals and millennium Developmental goals in eradicating to end poverty. I will develop ideas which face huge gaps and develop a new model to improve delivery on the program to reduce and the disease and makes an improvement in the human development. I will provide technical capacity and crate conferences and workshops on how to tackle the most problem which is the Poverty that as a block to success of youths to envelopment and employment which should able to them to reach the goal of the insurance scheme. Improve and implement new model and enhancing different activities  on providing community educational workshops on how to tackle poverty and end poverty, How can involve youths in participation events and through this different activities will help them have training in new patterns in relating their lives to good will and move to success. I am making a way into the youths to make positive impact and the social protection  comprehensive providing social intervention and a strong foundation on which i will build a comprehensive and inclusive and responsive national social protection for the impact into the youths.

The state provide national Social Security and Welfare for all citizens of the country which support and provide protection for job-related injuries, occupational illness, invalidity and old age retirement. All this facilities will access to those are contributing into the insurance scheme consolidating fund. Youths can only have access to this when you either you employed or doing self businesses. Because Money is the key to insurance opportunities.

As an innovative Youth leader the youth technology will continuously strives to unlock the hidden value of the youths that are going through the suffering through poverty. The sharing through our events and activities will bring tremendous and potential to drive seamless care and a better youths outcomes by supporting more in the accurate and timely involving the skills knowledge on how poverty will be eradicated and end. Opening rooms for raising awareness to advocate to improve information and impact ion on the lives of the youths. Also we have to improve the vision of improving the lives youths and committed to playing a responsible and leading the role in the development of the youths and the interoperability standards, in the line of youths that will go into the best practices to change lives. Discourage Youth From Poverty is continuous program initiative to assess youth development and supporting them as while i am having funding. I am targeting the young age in the different districts and town and villages in the country. I am going to serve the young age youths of all areas in the communities, Families, slumming areas, and the affecting areas.

African youths lead varied and complex in lives and they faced diverse challenges. In the case of the youths as they are experiencing unprecedented problems within the communities and affecting the growth population. I will going draw a plan to work on research with the young youths and this gathering of information report is to help youths how we can target the problem so by this we bring the youths into raising awareness advocacy so the youths will able to generate income through employment. The research will confirmed through my network will play an extensive role in young people lives not only providing support in the form of advice regarding where to look for and how to find employment and skills development.

My plans to overcome barriers is to base on the project i execute on the advocating the problem on how to eradicate poverty through the youths and communities. The aims is to demonstrate the dynamic contribution youths and make economic development. I will overcome to strengthen weaknesses and identify areas for improvement in the areas of youths.Providing skills for young people within the platform which we can deliver training and share knowledge and demonstrated expertise to many young youths which will the young youths will become value in the society and able to attract into job creation and employment. The youths and communities development will highly involved in project planning, decision making, leadership and implementation activities  and makes differences based on youths and identifying ways youths can take a greater roles and responsibilities providing resources and support leaders for youths and finding ways for older and younger youths to work together.

The relationship with the solution and my organization are working together and my team is part in the organization. 

I have 2 workers in my organization and my organization is base on contract when i have project to execute and get grant from donors. Then i will target to employ base on contract agreement.

We are set and have the capacity to execute the project if i am selected. My team also as the experience to perform the solution to execute the project and well make an impact on the communities and the youths. Delivering the solution my team has the experiences and capacity to perform the job.

For now i am not partner with any organization now, i operated my organization myself and self support into my youths events.
