The company was formed in 2010 and registered in 2017. It is a registered farming company in Ghana with a registration number P0009057307, under the provision of sections 27 and 28 of the Ghana companies Act, 1963, Act 179. 

Pag'wuni limited operates in 85 communities in the northern region. We have over 500 acres of land where we cultivate crops and also assists smallholder farmers who are in to crops production, most especially women. We also assist women who are into Shea butter processing. Pag, wuni company is a leading agro-production and marketing company in northern Ghana specialize in capacity building of smallholder farmers in basic entrepreneurship and modern agronomic practices, promotion of inventory credit (tractor service, seeds, fertilizers, herbicides), storage, and linking farm produce to marketing outlets in Ghana.

Pag'wuni company limited vision is to alleviate poverty and banish hunger in the northern region, Ghana, and Africa at large.

the company's focus is on our women, because if you educate a man, you have educated one person, but if educate a woman, you have educated a nation. and for that matter, if the company's vision is to alleviate poverty and banish hunger in Ghana, west Africa, Africa, and the world at large we have to first of all empower and elevate women. because empowering women is like empowering the whole nation, and f you empower the nation, hunger and poverty will automatically alleviated.

before the company was established, the areas where we worked were facing numerous of problems due to poverty and hunger, most of women were depending on their husbands for survival. but when the company was established, we were able to educate them about agriculture and its benefits we support them every farming season. but for now most of the women in those areas are now independent and as well as supporting their husbands, children and parents.
