: The concern of this project is the imperative of managing resources for the well-being of the society for job, health and wealth creation in community among women, youths and younger girls also people around . The focus is binding on the community deployment system and challenges facing the individuals as a key variable which is important for every societal advancement moves, the project don’t suffer inequity,unfairness,injustice,discrimination,inequality,bias,disproportion,imbalance in the handling of the entrusted resources. Exposing how inequity in the distribution of resources could become the progenitor of the problem of unemployment and poverty. This project is termed to obtain an ideal society where the resources will be evenly distributed and properly managed by the organization for just production of wealth and income equality among women, youths, and girls, in which lack of this will result in the macro-economy problems that beset society. These macro-economic problems may result in the following issues such as unemployment, poverty, income inequality, stagnant growth because of this problem, society is suffering from one level to another, which must be dealt with for community to realize and deliver on its potentials, for ideal society to be obtained projects should be considered, in which there shall be hope to reposition many economy of individuals as well as society, hence empowering women youth and girls to perform optimally to their expectations thereby re-invigorating their growth and development

Food production in Nigeria does not meet adequate specification, food production for adequate proportion per capita as become one of the major challenges. This is due to lack of sponsorship of small scale Agro-business for food production, Lack of sufficient training for good farming, lack of adequate support by the government.

Health care can be defined as the condition of a persons’ body or mind; the state of being physically and mentally healthy also the work of providing medical services. Health care conditions are intertwine with zero hunger, poverty alleviation, employment, education and socio-economic growth,

  In a country like Nigeria where people suffer the untold hardship and much prevalence deficiency in health care and dehumanization through the lack of establishment of health care facilities and others mentioned amenities. In this case Ikot Ese Vilaage, OmumUyam Village and Ikot Una Village all in Etim Ekpo local Government Area, in Akwa Ibom State.  Nigeria , have suffered health care deficiency and these are the villages in which combined population is above is  fifteen thousand, but they is no standard health care facility like pharmacy for the people to have access to drugs for their illness. Nigeria is a nation where health care financing is not given the deserved attention impaired a country where infant mortality rate is still high. Zero hunger, poverty alleviation, employment, education and socio-economic growth are intertwining with health care.
