The problem of identification is one of the most difficult computational problem of the mission billion challenge and the World Bank.

what make my solution unique is that it's less scary and captures all.

It involves the World Bank having agents in every council area, market places, big gathering centers including religious centers. The World Bank should establish offices there and employ soft minded and patient staffs to work there.

The work of the staffs will be to soft-tune the vulnerable, illiterates and informal sector workers, and the scared on the need to be identified and gain a global recognition.

People in Nigeria didn't care much about voters registration prior to now, but the Nigerian government relentlessly made campaign about it and convinced the populace of it's relevance.

What is your theory of change?

I expect my solution to have impact on the problem because the former registrations are mostly irrelevant at the moment, with the death of many registered citizens during covid-19, there is need for re-identification of players in various fields.

How can your solution be incorporated into identification systems?

many people have mobile identification number, the new identification number can be linked to the normal registered mobile phone number for easy remembrance.

People already treasure and cherish their mobile number, identifying it with mobile number will make it more lovable.

Definitely, you can't force people to be literate.

Their children and loved ones that are literate can help the illiterate ones get identified, and can help them store their data.

Each illiterate can be required to come along with someone literate for clarification, and to get them less scared.

Through entertainment people can be easily convinced to corporate.

Secondly, Africans believe in what they can see, it is of my opinion that every registered citizen should have an amount of money he or she benefits monthly without any work or burden attached to it. The money should be for personal upkeep and provision of basic needs.

That proves that the identification came to bless people and not to rub them. The money should be continuous.

What barriers currently exist for you to accomplish your goals in the next year and in the next five years?

The barrier is that the money to be paid each identified person may not be continuous, it may be hijacked.

How do you plan to overcome these barriers?

There should be a form to be filled by anyone that has been settled each month and a monitoring team should be established to ensure that the money get to their rightful owners.
