How can countries ensure that digital authentication mechanism which often require smartphones,computers or internet access are accessible for marginalized and vulnerable populations to facilitate remote access to services and benefits?

'' one of the things the government should do is

1. To ensure that there is a standard application process. For instance, everybody in the country should be asked for the same requirements. no one should be asked to bring anything extra that is not part of the main thing which happens with the vetting that has often been criticized.

_ the standard  application process will greatly and positively change lives globally especially for the marginalized people and or remote area.

In response to the above statement, about 40% of the population in Kenya is affected in terms of getting identification or rather have no access to online identification through either computer or phone.

My target population is mainly the marginalized communities in Kenya especially from north eastern and rift valley. i have done research in those areas and currently proposing to our local government to give in to my idea and chip in
