1.I' am committed in solving the digital access to service to the most needy and vulnerable population.

2.I' am proposing a solar based internet  and money and service access to individuals at one stop shop services where one can access all services at one point anywhere any time.

3.This services will help the most remote areas to have access to all needy services like mobile telecommunication,money transfer and access to banking services access to other documentation that are necessary without much traveling to major towns.thus saving time and money.

My solution in the problem I'am seeking to address is how to bring this very important service of access to service and information using today technology near the most affected persons in the marginalized remote areas in the world where this services are rare.

The scale of this major problem is s big to the extent that it affects the 2/3 of all the world population especially in the third world countries where access to information and services is limited.

If for example i take a place like north eastern side of our country Kenya we have almost half of the country geographical area not covered by internet service providers and majority of people here don't have access to information and vital services to help them live normally.

Due the challenge of reaching out to this group. I have decided to use education youth and community forums in liaison with the government in order to pass the message to the community on the urgency and the importance of having this services near them to help them move normally like the rest of the population around the world.this will work like a platform for me

My solution to the challenge in connection to the Billion Challenge Global Prize,is very clear in that the  target population are those very vulnerable population living in the most vulnerable areas and cant be able to access internet services or any digital related services near them.that is why my solution is how can such vital services be near this population anywhere in the world

My solution is unique in that I want to use the already existing technology to expand it to help those who can have the services available i want  to use the solar panel technology, in helping those in the rural areas to have access to internet mobile phones that can use this power which can be stored anywhere in world and also modify the money access teller machines[Atm] where  we will use batteries connected to solar for those accessing this vital services to have a twenty four hour service without fail where they are all the time.

This model is already in existence where solar panel is helping many people to access services like irrigation bore hole water services in remote areas,therefore if we can develop a similar solar panel services to build a one stop shopping and internet access services in any area across the world it can work provided there is light and solar. 

China as a country america also and other nations are using this technology for irrigation purposes we can use it to develop any gadget like the mobile phones and connectivity that is using solar and Teller machine using solar it can very well.

Solar solution is the way to go in the next millennium is technology will advance to the next level this is clean energy power and can be access anywhere any time in the world and maintenance is also cheap

My theory of change fist of all is cheap and secondly it has no negative effect on any humanity or interference with the settlement of the individual by creating any hazard in terms of health or any or risk involved.My solution will have a great impact on the individuals the community and thus causing positive change and economic growth and enlightening the area population to access education ,services and helping in reducing human economic suffering

Once implemented we will have to link many other related service providers like the government,the donor funding countries the banks in money service providers and this will bring light to those who seem to be int he dark when it comes to education and accessing information to the most vulnerable population anywhere in this world

Digital identification is the key thing in accessing any information and service anywhere today.this solution is so much connected to digital services where everybody in need of this service will visit the center where all services interns of data collection analysis and authentication will be available,it is a place where people of all ages will be trained assisted by those serving in any given center in terms of how to access this services where the power is available and security is provided all through for those visiting to be assisted in this center, we will have to deploy people who are conversant with the data collection and how to aid those coming to be as sited in issues to do with all that pertains records and vital documentation and access to money.

This is a user friendly approach since every member young or old will access the service and it will be in a central place for all to have access.there will be no discrimination of age and ethnic background or those literate and those who are not.

this service is a community based empowerment approach to help in reaching out to all in need.its mandated to make sure that have access to service any time of the day.

To my op pinon there can never be any solution in terms of technology that can monopolize its operation and become successful there must be a link from one service provider to the other in Oder for any service to be available ether economical or social or otherwise its team work.before it established there must be mutual agreement and planing and designing that will be of the mutual benefit to all.so there will be no hi cup that can occur in our establishment

Since this is as stated earlier that its for the most vulnerable population,I want to state that majority of those found in this areas where services are rare are in most cases those alliterate people who have no access to education .that is why we must do a plan where firs education for the local must be no one thing to educate the population the importance of establishing a community empowerment center for all whereby those working here must be both learned and conversant with the local language in Oder that thy will train and assist many coming for those vital services

I'am personally targeting to reach out to more than 200,000 in one region before rolling the same project to other regions with the same kind of people

for my plan to become successful i must work with the government in reaching=g out to the deserted and most vulnerable population where my target is to reach out to almost a million plus population since digital world can have great impact and it can be extended to many.when resources are available

the greatest challenge is financial implication no one individual can do this project alone without government funding or donor funding this idea can only remain in papers if not funded.this idea is in the brain as long as there is no money to jump start this project

Once the government and any person sees the need to implement my vision then i will have started the journey,my solution is to give out my designs plans ideas and how to do it then the mission billion challenge and other partners can chip in to facilitate the end results.for example here in Kenya we have a very vibrant technology digital firm that is very keen in service proving to its citizen in conjunction with the government and other partners we can do it

my solution is an idea that i have personally formulated once chosen there are is a great no of experts that will be involved example those in the mobile service providers women finance institution,government legislature on women matters legal team banks and many other experts that will constitute of a big team to help bring  this idea into fruition.

i will give a blue print of my project and the team will work on the way forward as advised by the mission billion challenge team

I have some experts working with a money service provider

I have a number of women working with women groups on money in table banking

This team are independent and are there to offer direction and guidance if called upon

I have personally worked with two multi international solution money providers and i have gained great experience in managing documentation money related solution 

The team of the working with the mobile money service provider has been on the ground for more than ten years working in the east and central Africa by connecting citizen to wireless mobile connectivity and mobile money services which has worked very well in this region.

the women finance table banking is a very vibrant programme in Kenya and it has a team of so many who are experienced on this matter for more that 20 years and above on how to do money table banking and mobile money transfer programme among women groups in Kenya.its a great network with great positive impact among women

we partner with the Kenya government in health care providing services the community based empowerment programmes and the ministry of health and churches in reaching out to those very vulnerable citizen suffering in major psychological issues.besides international community based programmes

Mostly this organization are women community based programmes running across the country

I have a population target which is those in very low income situation and those who cannot access health education shelter and in need of assistance  I have impacted many by helping them access health education services that are very expensive or are not available in their location.my product in social economical impact .

I provide this product by mobilizing those people in the needy slum areas by reaching out to the community centers to have them register and come for training.my business model is to make other have a say and access to knowledge and information where its not available especially to those very needy citizens majority are women in need and in slums areas who have no access to services and opportunities to be empowered.

I have been using those population or individual who can register with their money to get through the programm

secondly i have to liaise with the like minded who have a plan and have been into this programme for a long time, by engaging them to support my work which has been the case and a lot have enrolled and have made great impact

this is a social service provider and many Ngo's and government agencies are involved in impacting this projects and services which bring great impact to the community

I have to liaise with them to help in raising the financial support,through the membership contribution

I must admit that  have not accessed funds from any agency since i was working to bring change first for the last 8 years and later start to partner with other financial agencies this is the time i have tried to seek for funding from other sources which will help me in my programme if successful

I'am seeking grant from various funding agencies across the globe as grants to my solution and this can only be done throgh application and the amount am seeking from the donars is USD$ 10,000,000.as stated earlier this is a grant and a big project and it therefore requires huge funding and later the banks will seeking refund through the service providers after the kick off  of that the business on money internet services and other mobile services in the region

I am seeking more than US$ 10,000,000 to work on a five years plan for the current project

As stated earlier i will seek the expert advice on the way forward from the Mission Billion Challenge on expert advice and the financial support since its a huge amount required  to help empower women groups through soft loan acquiring process to help them empower themselves economically through various agencies like the banks women groups table banking among st other avenues in west Wuri region

My goals in partnership is a great financial  partners with those organizations that have a social economic impact on individuals while providing services and money and thus helping raise the standard of living among the citizens.

1] First i would like to partner with a service provider that has brought a great change Kenya in offering solution in the money mobile service providers to the locals which has made business and money to freely flow in the community so many can earn a living in an easy way without visiting the banks

2.I would like to partner with various financial institution that supports the women economic agendas on financial matters to help the women acquire a voice and a forum to get access to finical matters

3.would also like to partner with the women table banking programme leadership to seek advice on the way forward on women table banking grouping movement in Kenyan process,that has brought about great change in the women financial and social lives in this region which can be replicated else where in the region.

4.I would also love to partner with other major partner with great interest on women economic empowerment from the onset on the way to go about this project and solution

I would like to partner with Safaricom a mobile technology  service provider which invented the mobile service provider in Kenya this organization has brought great mobile service money service to every Conner in the country which has made major business to grow in tune of billions people no  longer visit bank to receive or deposit monies one can access this services through a mobile up which is simple to all even the illiterate ones anywhere anytime

2.I would also like to partner with Kenya women table banking programme a programme that empowers women groups on how to manage finance from the village level how to save and borrow loans from the groups and how to socially interact and build their lives economically.this has brought a great change in the women to learn and become and have a voice in the community as well.

3 we have financial institution that has done a turn around positive impact on women on the financial areas this is this Equity Bank[Kenya] helping the common persons down there to help build  the lives of individuals financially

4 I would like to partner with other great institutions that deal with women on economic matters that can help implement and give advise on this matters
