Operation Focus on the Rural Areas

Solution on How countries can ensure that the vulnerable groups are able to register for an ID in a way that protect healths and the integrity of ID System in Nigeria, the focal point of countries should be "Operation Focus on the Rural Areas". Government have done more in urban areas, its time to shift attention to where the vulnerables are majorly base in order to create equality in the society. I suggest rural development; through providing of social basic amenities such steady power supply, information technology schools, standard hospitals, production companies. And a system be created where informal workers in the rural areas can supply 25-50 percent of their farm yields to these companies and its be use to pay them on monthly basis, open a pension and health account for them. With these accounts they can have life savings and health account to take of their medical fee.

My solution offers to solve how countriess can ensure that every-one especially vulnerable groups are able to apply/register for an ID in a waythat protevt healths and the integrity of the ID system

In Nigeria over 50%of her citizens are poor, which is over 80million Nigerians.

The Following are the causes of the increase in the number of vulnerables in Nigeria:

-Over population of the cities.

-Inflation rate.

-High cost of living.

-Much of government concentration on urban development against the rural areas.

My solution will serve over 80million Nigerians.

70% of the vulnerables in Nigerians are the poor, followed by the disabled, the girl children and orphans. When government on developing the rural areas, it will reduce crime thereby increase the security of lives and properties. It will reduce the cost of living.

Currently I run a children forum for children from 7-15yearps in a rural area in Nigeria called Kingdom Pattern, training children on how to discover their purpose in life, how they can create something out of nothing. I engage with these children to understand their educational, moral and security needs, and I provide in the way I can.

First, true development in any society begins with enlightenment.  I see a new Nigeia, a new generation leaders that will bring light to the entire globe from Nigeria. So, we are working on capturing them young.

My solution relate to the challenge, because 70%of vulnerables in Nigeria are base in the rural areas or are just coming out from the rural areas, So we need to create a system that will make the rural area exciting for them to stay in, instead of going to the cities to increase the state of vulnerability. The marginalised groups in Nigeria complains of no social basic amenities in their regions. Operation Focus on the Rural Areas should be passed into law in Nigeria, and be made to run for atleast a period of 10 years.

My solution is most unique because more people have talked about rural development but they have not related it to how this solution can ensure that every-one especially vulnerables groups are able to register in an ID in a way that protects healths, data and the integrity of the ID system but my solution address that by putting measures on how informal workers can be paid on a monthly scale and creating a health benefit for them.  My  solution proffers solution on how to change the status of the vulnerables (poor) in the society and make them contributing members of the society.  My solution creates equal access and a level playing field for all citizens and ensure all is  captured in the identification system.

My solution is a new model, it can work by

1. Creating a community base lawyers that will protect the right of the vulnerables.

2. Operation Focus on the Rural Area be passed into law in Nigeria.

3. Community police system to protect lives and properties.

4.Through community base data capturing.

tOperation Focus on the Rural Area is targetted at:

1. Protecting the health andnd integrity of the vulnerables in Nigeria

2. Community based house tohousr data capturing.

3. Changing the economic status of the vulnerables.

Activity:

 Building of social badic amenities in the rural areas.

Output:

Job creation and a protective living condition  for the vulnerables.

Short term outcome:

Employment opportunities for the vulnerables and marginalized.

Medium term outcome:

Improved health condition for the vulnerables.

Long term outcome:

-Reduce number of vulnerables in Nigeria.

-Reduce crime

-improve security in  Nigeria.

A documented copy should be created, expanded and sent to the national assembly in Nigeria.

It will be acceptable to Nigerians

Ofcourse we've had rural development projects launched in Nigeria but it never centred on creating health system of informal workers, it was basically on food production alone,  primary production with little improvement on life's of the vulnerables, which even created more gap between the rich and the vulnerables. And it only empowered some regions which the staus of the vulnerables in that same region seem to be the same. With the application of Operation Focus on the Rural Area, digital system of farming will be introduced for informal workers, monthly salary, pension and health account, community house to house data base capturing will ensure that every-one especially the vulnerable groups are able to register for an ID in a way that protects healths and the integrity of the ID system.

This is the best for the vulnerables in Nigeria for now. This is what is needed to  encure the vulnerable are captured in the identification system in Nigeria; "Operation Focus on the Rural Areas".

My goal within the next 5 years is to use this platform to create a system that will reduce the the numbers of vulnerables in Nigeria, through creating a system thst will lift their economic status in the society. I intend working with community leaders, and other leaders in our society.

I presently do not have a team for now. But this solution came out of a deep thought  in me, over the years; on the welfare of the vulnerables in my country and the poor.

I am an entrepreneur, an educationist. I've taught in a Nursery and Primary school for 8 years now. I understand the plight of the vulnerables when they are unable to pay their children's school fees, and when they are not been identify properly in the society. They also want to be contributing members of the society,  and this solution can lift 70% of vulnerable in Nigeria and change their status.
