In current situation of COVID 19 crisis, face to face healthcare professional development is impossible, this innovation is the best solution since mobile application innovation services maintain social distance. It provides equal opportunity access to professional development and receiving their practice license for maintaining their employment for supporting their living and family, where they earn $ 2 to more than $ 5 per day. Also, the innovation reaches more needy healthcare workers at low cost. The innovation has no gender bias and reaches rural or remote community equally. Healthcare workers needs annual health practice license for remaining valid healthcare workers, unfortunately, gender imbalance, remoteness, shortage of resources, and COVID 19 crisis are the huge hindrance for the healthcare workers to attend face to face workshop, seminars and other training which can help them to get score for maintaining their profession and provide better services to patients. To solve this challenge, we use mobile application to reach the huge demand of our customers. Our innovation has started in Zimbabwe (MycpdZW) where we have 23, 206 active customers. I have registered MycpdTz for scaling in Tanzania where we will reach more customers.This diggital innovation reduces gender imbalance and bias for professional development access among and healthcare workers by provide equal access to our innovation which reach the demand of all needy healthcare workers. It is inclusive regardless gender.
The improved MycpdTz will help to collect data for implementation of other future projects which is initiated by other organizations for improving human lives. This solution will also, reduce the possibility of COVID 19 transmission from patients to healthcare on front line services for COVID 19 battle. It creates ID which will be easier for future project evaluation and standards for improvement.

Current MycpdZw Serve 23,206 people in Zimbabwe, and, we have registered in Tanzania as McpdTz where we anticipate reaching more than 150,000 customers. In five years, we anticipate to scale in Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Namibia, and South Sudan where we will reach more than 3,000,000 customers. The innovation will be improved to create more service identification where citizens will enjoy service right on the palm of their hand.The mobile application will be improved so that to provide more service in the same platform. I anticipate using the same innovation for substance abuse prevention, health campaign, and data collection. This innovation will catalyze the digital IDs solution for speedup community development and speedup up attainment of Sustainable Development Goals.
My goal in next year is to ensure that more healthcare worker use our innovation to get ID which allow them to get digital professional development and acquire online practice health license for maximizing their knowledge capacity. I also, anticipate to reach than 3 countries in five coming years (Kenya, DRC, and South Sudan). This innovation will also ensure that we increase other digital service on our platform which will include data collection and digital payment services. Also, this innovation will be used to create different IDs for community health campaign portal where more than 100 million citizens can register and get health information they want, including campaign for immunization in rural where there is low connectivity. I will ensure that I customize the Innovation and scale to other country so that to accommodate different needs of services.
The biggest barriers are:
Financial capital for improving and scaling/replication of innovation and technology to other countries. To solve this barrier, I see this opportunity of grant as a best solution to reach our scaling/replicating goal.
Another challenge is connectivity of mobile operators in some countries where we anticipate to scale. To solve this challenge, I will join with local community to promote cheap internet for community development where citizens can use electronic IDs for receiving public services like health, education, and making payment for services. I will also promote the benefit of using IDs for reducing corruption which has been a big barrier for development in many countries. I will also, advocacy with government that services through electronic IDs reduce government expenditure cost effective way to reach many people at the same time.
Another barrier is competent experts to work in my innovation, to solve this I will partner startups, innovators, and mentors or other organizations, I will also collaborate with competitors for sharing common challenges and success so that to gain more knowledge and skills. I will also, attend innovation webinars and other events for updating innovation knowledge and skills to ensure that citizens get IDs service and enjoy it beyond their expectations.
In order to solve the barriers discussed above, I will ensure that I participate into grants competitions so that to will grants which will help to improve the innovation and scale to more countries. I will also attend webinars, seminars and other training to update my skills and knowledge on innovation and digital services for promoting IDs services. I will also, advocacy on the importance of digital/innovation/ electronic IDs in in the development and making impacting in lives of citizens.
I will ensure that I recruit competent innovators to be in my organization so that they will come-up with modern innovation which promote community welling at cheapest cost. I will also collaborate with competitors for sharing knowledge, skills, and experience for improving the innovation and reaching more people. Healthcare workers will get digital IDs for digital health professional development where they be awarded with annual health practice License. The innovation will use mobile application for all process. Online annual practice license is the best solution to reduce COVID 19 transmission. Also, the knowledge they get will improve health services and reach clients/ patient’s expectation for better and health life among citizens. To get annual service every healthcare worker will have access for only $ 15 as a cheapest IDs cost for professional development throughout the year. All healthcare workers will have equal access to professional development regardless their sex. This IDs have no gender bias comparing to personal seminar training where more men are favored and it is influenced by corruption, especially, for training which is organized by public sector. Technically, the customer will make self-registration to get ID, and after payment of $ 15 the ID will be automatically, sent to her/his email and then the ID will be used to reach all our services. The service can reach millions of people at the same time. Our service is also connected with health regulatory board to ensure that the customer reach average score before receiving annual health practice license.
