WomenCon
WomenCon is commited to the solution of gender equality by providing world class resources to women and people of color throughout the globe to further establish prowess in health and fitness, pay equity, career prosperity, entrepreneurship, parenting, relationships and sexuality, fertility, meditation and mindfulness, safety in our homes and schools, and much more.WomenCon is an interdisciplinary workshop led by leaders in their fields to share insights and offer inspiration in more than 20 discussion panels on topics of utmost concern to the contemporary woman. The first of its kind was produced at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City on December 14th and 15th. Now, it’s time to scale this workshop globally.
After reading some of these facts on spending and women as consumers, you may ask yourself why there is a gender gap at all:
Women control over $20 trillion in worldwide spending, but are least likely to be considered when developing a new product or service solution
Women purchase over 50% of traditional male products, including automobiles, home improvement products, and consumer electronics.
Approximately 40% of U.S. working women now out-earn their husbands.
96% list “being independent” as their single most important life goal
87% define success as being able to shape their own futures
Women and minorities make up 64% of Gen-X college graduates
Gen-X women are outpacing Gen-X men in the pursuit of higher education, with 32% of women having earned a bachelor’s degree by age 27
Comparatively, only 24% of men had earned a bachelor’s degree by the time they were the same age
In most countries there is a substantial gender pay gap
Women in rich countries tend to be overrepresented in the bottom of the income distribution – and underrepresented at the top
The gender pay gap is smaller in middle-income countries – which tend to be countries with low labor force participation of women
in the development of this solution, we conducted market research and surveyed the population whom feel most marginalized; this took us from NYC to Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, and Los Angeles, followed by Morocco, Spain, Portugal, UAE, and South Korea where I spent 21 days discussing the gender gap. We have devised numerous programs and solutions within this workshop, including giving away $1M in equity financing and $500k in debt financing for women-owned businesses, as the “CFO’s” of their households. We also implement creative arts therapy programs, maternal mental health, and career development initiatives to improve skills in a competive workforce.
- How can countries ensure that everyone—especially vulnerable and marginalized groups—are able to apply/register for an ID in a way that protects people’s health, data, and the integrity of the ID system?
In this workshop, not only will this topic be explored, but marginalized groups will be empowered with the tools to take action. Women and people of color will be able to apply/register for an ID using our proprietary IP & RFID technologies to collect sensitive data in compliance with stringent GDPR laws and regulations in a way that protects people’s health, data, and the integrity of the ID system.
- Growth: An individual or organization with an established product, service or model rolled out, which is poised for further growth in multiple locations.
- A new business model or process
leveraging the latest and greatest in tools and technologies for the most efficient and effective resonance, WomenCon implements programs, panels and workshops that provide practical applications for enhanced skill-building. Proprietary IP and RFID technologies combined with gamification of curriculum takes community learning to the next level.
Themothersball.com leveraged our model for a similar program centered around motherhood. We’d like to open this up with a more all-inclusive approach for global scalability.

This model will have a massive, residual impact on participants. Not only will important life skills be honed through new technologies, but attendees will leave with new careers, relationships, connections, community, and in some instances, funding for their business ideas through our “shark tank” style presentation program. Participants will leave each session as an ambassador for the next group of attendees eager to improve life for themselves, their families, and their communities.
through our IP & RFID technologies, we will enroll each participant into a new ID based on their unique identifiers, kill set and MVP (mission, values, and guiding principles).
Each attendee is provided with personalized attention as they create their own curriculums and design a program which will result in their identification and success completion of the program.
Due to the proprietary nature of our technologies, we have the ability to build and share in an open API sourced platform.
Since these workshops are held both virtually and in person, the platform and interface is scalable based on the availability of Internet connection, and various resources accessible in each location, along with the level of competency for each participant.

we currently serve 5,729; we can scale to 10M+ with current processes in place.
Our goal is to expand the program to 22 cities by 2022, and leverage relationships with dozens of affiliates whom facilitate access for us to undeserved communities around the globe.
The number one barrier to our scalability is financing. Each of our workshops generate enough revenue to pay for the next one. However, at this rate, it will take us a lifetime to scale. We know that people need the programs we have developed. The second largest barrier is cultural.
For the first barrier, we are hoping this program can assist the resources necessary to scale. For the second barrier, pre-production teams in each market we are looking to scale.

We are Award winning educators, Grammy and Emmy and content producers, and meticulous curriculums developers. We all share the same mission, values, and guiding principles for a new Earth that is level playing field with equal opportunities for all. We have been producing workshops and events like this at the highest level for major Corps for decades. Now, it’s time to do it for the people whom need it most.
We currently work with many organizations, including Saint Joseph’s outreach, St. Jude’s children’s hospital, the American Red Cross, the network of executive women, the elevate network, the female quotient, the Lola Melani Fund, etc.
we provide a robust business model of program enrollment, corporate participation, and a network of vendors will provide our attendees with complementary supplies to further their efforts in developing skills that will improve pay and close the gender gap. We focus on subsidizing production costs, while providing the ultimate guest experience for our attendees that will resonate for a lifetime.
- Individual consumers or stakeholders (B2C)
Our short-term funding needs are provided through corporate participation and program enrollment fees. In order to scale this faster, we are seeking investment capital. And while we’ve already turned down $5M from the “wrong partners”, we seek only investors with strategic alignment inerested in enhancing our messaging, and not diluting it.
300k - Lola melani fund
250k - my personal investment
150k - ticketsocket advance
350k - corporate participation
we seek either grant or equity partner to raise $1.5M for our next three cities

The opportunity offered to us by Mission billion challenge is one of great promise. Not only will we be awarded the funding we need, but also the guidance, network, and structure to align with forward thinking and like-minded folks whom, like us, care most about leaving a better planet than the one we inherited.
- Funding and revenue model
- Board members or advisors
- Legal or regulatory matters
we can amplify our mission with the strategic alignment offered through your program.
We’d like to strategically align with groups that offer more employment opportunities and resources we can integrate into our programming and curriculum. Through teaching 100k women to read by 2020 and employing millions more around the world, we look to align with companies and organizations that hold true social corporate responsibility.
