SYNC HIMS is an a simple technology solution for small and medium scale health institution
PROBLEM
Problem:
1. Poor use and leveraging of technological solution to enhance medical practice due to financial constrain associated with adopting technological following high cost involved in installing and maintaining technological infrastructure such as server, personal computers, routers,switches etc.
2. Inability to aggregate health data for health and financial benefit by hospitals.
Small and Medium Scale (SME) Hospitals (public and private) do not have the capacity for high technology infrastructure to help digitize their process.
SOLUTION
Solution:
Our platform concept will enhance healthcare delivery by health workers such as doctors, pharmacist, radiologist and nurse services through mobile and digital health solutions.
We are also augmenting the access and leverage of digital solution solution to healthcare delivery in small and medium scale health institutions.
This solution would change the world by filling the data gaps in the health sector in Nigeria and improve efficiency of the healthcare providers in health institution.

We are using simple and affordable technology (tablets and mobile phones) to solve real problems in the health sector in Nigeria as opposed to using high and costly technological infrastructure such as servers, routers and switches.

Our solution goal is meet a target user base of 2000
Our vision for the next three to five years is to grow and and expand to all the federation of Nigeria and quickly scale to other countries in the West African bub-region
Our solution would be deployed at small and medium health institutions where we would ensure that they generate revenue through the solution.
We currently have 20 active users of our solution.
We expect to have 100 active users in 12 months. In 3 years we expect to have at least 5000, active users

Our team is seasoned with full stack back end and front end developers with more than 20 years combined industrial experience with ability to program in different languages such as python,Java, C++ , Java Script, PHP, SQL etc. We also have health professionals in our team with first hand experience in the medical field and can identify practical pain-point such include doctor and pharmacist.

Revenue model: Subscription from small and medium health institutions.
Our revenue model position us for long-term sustainability as there would be constant cash flow as opposed to one time payment of software. We would also grow and expand as our user base increases.
I am applying to SOLVE in order to gain knowledge, experience and skills as well as resources and support needed to rapidly grow and scale up SYNC CITY in emerging African markets.
