government can communicate with person via this software.

person can update their personal detailed but rest of the thing will upload by the respective department.

Now we have variety of government agencies website and database where lots of information and data which is complicated and confusing some time.

I think we can make it simple for all users.

I already inform that it is an idea not actual product yet.

It's one stop information site about a person in a card like ATM.

In simple term in this epidemic who got coronavirus,in the system doctor can updated it in health section. o government easily can track the the person and where he lives,where he work,who is family member. 

It will be easy take action about it.   

When we get all information about a person that will help to make decisions.

It will help to identify who is at risk and what we can do for them.

We don't need to count people.

It will be very cost effective for government.   

It will be just click. now a day its very simple. people around the world using face book so we can make it simpler than using face book.

It's like a banking soft ware where owner of the account is not much to do they need to request to updated information in the system to the authority.

It could be online and offline application.

It could be native language voice assisted.

I already mention that it is an idea.

In one year time we can serve million.

In five years time we can serve whole world.

In one year we can serve millions and in five year time we can cover every people on earth. 

First barrier is legal, all leader of the country need to come froward to implement this for goodness.

Second financial, we need huge funding for this.  

legal barrier, united nation can help to partnering with countries.

Financial barrier, mission billion can help with funding and MIT can help with technical support.
