Women's Writing Course and ID Creation
Data authentication by means of introducing a writing course for women in rural as well as tribal communities. Students would obtain a student ID in their local communities for a writing course. The course offers the potential to earn money in the various applications of skilled writing.
Students would be able to login to a school computer and, with the technology presented in the proposal, access multiple sites requiring logins. The participatory course creates a digital record which can be used later on for creating identification records as a local registry.
Parts of the world do not have proper identification for their citizens. Some parts of the world have cultural issues with identification and authentication. Women have a higher tendency to lack proper identification in some parts of the world. The number of people in the world without proper identification is close to one billion. By means of online courses, the number of people this global program can assist is constrained by access to the internet.
International development programs have a risk that the funding is not going to the specific project. By means of students logging into an online course from a local facility that has the student identifications on record, an identification program is created. With students participation by means of completing writing or oral history assignments, the progress of the program can be verified.
In underdeveloped regions of the world, women students can learn writing skills as a possibility for future earned income and a pathway to higher education. In terms of identification development, this program offers an incentive for the creation of student identification for a project that can help record the local culture and life of local rural and tribal communities by means of writing assignments. Along with this, there is the possibility of job creation for skills in writing for industries such as advertising and publishing and direct applications to the community in terms of future manuals for midwives in the local language and so on.
The program has been created with the needs of local communities as the main focus for the creation of an identification system. With the incentives of job creation and education, the student records and student records can assist students in obtaining identification records in the local civil registry.
- How can countries ensure that digital authentication mechanisms—which often require smartphones, computers and internet access—are accessible to marginalized and vulnerable populations to facilitate remote access to services and benefits?
The program assists in the creation of official identification records in local registries. In terms of the digital authentication of the identification record process, the solution proposes the use of local community computers that are capable of carrying on digital authentication to multiple sites, ranging from the course site to possible employers for the writing skills. This can be done with established protocols such as the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML).
What is envisioned is a local school identification is the identity provider and communications could be accomplished by means of intranet networks for added data security.
- Idea: A plan or concept by an individual or organization.
- A new application of an existing technology
The project creates applications of existing technologies in terms of data authentication and Digital Ledger Technology(DLT).
It is a project that utilizes data authentication technology by means of protocols such as SAML (please see below) as it helps communities in terms of educational resources. This is primarily accomplished by means of the incentives of a writing class and the possibility of job creation for the writing skills gained.
Digital authentication can be of greatest ease to communities lacking in some digital technology resources with using one computer that can accomplish multiple this authentication with one login based on the local identity provider, the school or related facility. Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) is an existing protocol for this very application. The innovation is envisioned as the application of the local identity provider be a local writing course facility as well as the incentives provided by the learning of the course and the ability of the proposed project to meet multiple needs of rural and tribal communities with the incentives and identification program.
In terms of the online coursework, blockchain technology is envisioned as the modality for students maintaining student records. Blockchains are a subset of Digital Ledger Technology (DLT). With blockchains, students can utilize what are called Smart Contracts (SC) which can automate agreements on what writing assignments will be accomplished and the credits that would assigned for the completed work. SCs can encourage students to participate in the course, as well as help to create digital records for students.
This is essentially an new process by means of an application of existing protocols such a Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML). The key parts of the solution are:
-The incentives to create a civil registry record by means of the self-expression of a writing course and the related job skills the course can create.
-Digital Authentication by means of protocols such as SAML with the local writing course facility or school being the identity provider.
- Audiovisual Media
- Behavioral Technology
- Blockchain
- Software and Mobile Applications
Communities can feel empowered that new technology can not only help them in terms of identification, it can be a resource for education and job creation as well. Almost 1 billion people are without proper identification. Many of those people are women. The immediate benefit is the program provides writing education which can empower students in terms of self expression. Along with this, the other immediate benefit is a possible job creation. Students in rural or tribal communities are creating a student record and have the possible opportunity to write for a local newspapers, publisher, or advertising agency. The process of creating student records for the possibility for future identification in local civil registry is envisioned to create jobs and promote education in the local communities.
One key part of this project is the use of protocols such as Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) for marginalized or vulnerable groups. This is envisioned as accomplished by means of a local writing class facility or skill being the identity provider for an online writing course, and SAML or other protocol providing the means for the student to access, on one computer with one login, the course and possible employers for the writing skills.
The emphasis is very focused on 'user friendly' technology because a student, with one login, can have data authentication essentially automated as they go from one site to another, from school to work with ease. This is envisioned as accomplished by means of protocols such as the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML).
By means of protocols such as the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), the project is focused on interoperability with existing technologies and open standards in that a student, based on the local school identity provider, can access multiple applications with one login. The data authentication is essentially automated in order to maximize the interoperable feature.
The program was designed for specifically this issue.
-One computer can be used in a school or similar facility, reducing the needs for other digital technologies. Students can take turns using the computer.
-Low literacy can be addressed by the writing course in the proposal.
-If literacy is very low, oral histories can be accomplished by the students as assigments.
-By means of a type of protocol, one login can be used for multiple applications.

It is an online program at this time.
It is not presently serving a community, but may in 1-5 years.
To have the online program translated into a variety of languages to train instructors for communities with low connectivity.
The funding for trainers as well as a computer and the related software for each village in the program.
By applying for grants.

I have training in data security. I have developed a variety of patented technologies, which I hope can help to make this an innovative project.
None at this moment.
Grants would be the main source of income for the project.

Grants
Ideally, the project will be able to purchase the following:
-One computer for each villages in the project.
-The protocol software
-The equipment for running the online course.
With $100,000, a pilot project could be created in multiple countries.
The presentation is a project that can help people in the proposed project for this challenge, as well as other groups in other international development projects.

The goal is to be able to implement the project in refugee centers and other areas of greatest need for identification systems.
