Ans 1 I can solve technological ,financial , social , commited to solving Ans2 unique identification number card /data system a broadband technology ,network balloons , WiFi router installations in low connectivity remote areas and postal system to maintain data of vulnerable people as postal ID and Health ID in nearest hospital to individuals or vulnerable people's to perform authentication and security of records that protects people health and integrity of Health ID registration in nearest hospital as record keeping of vulnerable people .smartphone cellular phone distribution scheme . People must register for their ID as nearest post offices and hospital .network ballon for facilitating remote access to service and benefit . Surveying of vulnerable people and register and provide them specific Health ID by creating surveying groups .

What specific problem are you solving?

Financial problem within the World Bank mission Billion challenge global prize that I am working to solve At large scale within vulnerable people of remote area trying to address globally and locally.No problem excluding financial relate to my solution. As not so costly is my solution. We should start from root to shoot system development.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

Vulnerable group of people of remote areas I am researching,creating ideas and prototype to understand their need by my innovative ideas.by surveying people's needs intercommunication with people .my solution help them technologically socially and financially benefit particularly health ID system Making trees as signal towers as communication towers .installing signal boosters in trees in place of cellular tower in remote areas creating Wide Area network .appoint communicator as community response persons. This is my overall solution to final billion prize 2020.people living in village can get easily contact with nearest post office and hospital and get their unique authentication number ,health card Health ID , using smartphone distribution scheme among vulnerable group give real-time data of the people's across world and locally by their unique ID number and

Trees in villages high tresses in remote areas works as cellular tower ,installing poles for communication easily .Health data stored in post office and hospital as record room .using of real-time software would help easily to maintain their health

Unique identification number will ensure corruption free system .Network ballon is key for transmission of network over large distance in terrain mountainous area .making of network post in remote area for communication .

My solution will target people at large scale in remote areas globally and locally. Making trees as WiFi towers and strengthening Broadband technology and using Network Ballon to provide communication which can facilitate remote access to service and benefit the vulnerable groups .creating unique health ID system in form of Health care Card .health data storage system of particular vulnerable people's groups in hospitals . By issuing unique identification number to individuals to perform authentication and security of identity information that protects people health and integrity of ID system.
