Save as you Buy
saving for the future employment needs.
Youth unemployment is a serious problem affecting the vulnerable in today's society. Human power is being wasted when millions of people are denied access to borrowing and Business skills. We at Chipapa Empowerment Scheme engage the pupils as young as 0 year old to execute an academic course work called Business & Leadership Development Plan (BLDP). With the BLDP, children begin to develop a business plan generated from their Creativity, Innovation, Technological and Talent throughout their growing processes until they develop a Viable Business Plan. It also helps the children to begin to save money for Seed capital which is utilized in future when it is the right time to venture into self-employment. With tag title of SAVE as you BUY, the program exist to help children develop a Business plan and also raise Seed capital such that when they graduate, they are able to run their own business as an alternative to youth unemployment.

The challenge that communities in developing countries face is how to adequately prepare financial stability to be able to respond positively to services provided to better their lives.
We engage the scholars to be part of production in capital investment companies that produce daily used goods and services as Wholesale Distributors in the chain of production. Therefore, whenever they buy as consumers, they automatically save and continues to exist in business as part of the Capital investment businesses.
Further, we use Mobile Money in place the Bank credit cards which will help them to even practice Crowed funding to support the graduating team as compared to the other system that had hindered thousands of community members to participate in such business technologies.
To engage every human being into self-employment as opposed to being employed which has left many vulnerable members of the society in poverty. By the next 12 months, all scholars will begin to undergo a Skills development course waiting to be funded when they graduate. Only those that graduate are eligible for funding from the group funding resulting from working together of scholars.
Our solution will in the next 3 to 5 years grow the economy of developing countries as each and every human power will be involved in production cycle and no wasted man power will be recorded. Each end and begin of a year will result into over 5,600 new jobs grated to increase food security and positive economic performance in poverty stricken countries.
