We are surfacing the data insights for sustainability.

We are proposing a data driven and worker-centric approach to reskillling. We are also working at incorporating XR technology to improve training outcomes and duration.
3. How could your solution positively change lives if it was scaled?
The solution provides a granular approach to knowing who the displaced frontline worker is at county(zip code) level. We unpack data including their gender, age. We are also planning an XR intervention that we hope will help in reducing the time it takes to train the worker.
Wait wait, there is more; we have also partnered with the University Copenhagen to unpack biosensor data, with the help from iMotions, we are working tirelessly to get better insights on the worker.
We bring data-driven insights to the Reimagining Pathways to Employment Challenge US.
Due to COVID-19, America is experiencing record unemployment levels last seen in the aftermath of the 2008 Global Economy Crush. The current unemployment levels were noted at +/- 11,4% as of June 2020.

1. The target population are the 7.8% of frontline workers displaced by COVID-19.
2. We are using available data to profile them, including; gender, age distribution etc. We are also connecting with Workforce Development Boards to further improve our understanding of these workers. We believe biosensor technology can also help us profile the learning abilities' of the workers, all in an effort to better understand them.
3. Not only are we working at understanding the frontline worker but their potential employer/client too, in order to better prepare them for the prospective occupation. Looking into the Health Assistant, we unpack data like, the healthcare resources and health profile of the population. This will enable us to create a personalised training program that talks directly to the needs of that particular county.
