It should be a mandatory to post vacancy on the particular site for transparent system and to avoid illegal recruitment.
US is the country where everyone is finding employment. Even today number of people from developing countries try to migrate to US in illegal way as well spending lakhs of rupees. In this case if citizens find it difficult to get job, its an alarm.
The major problem behind this is the mindset, lack of interest in higher education, lack of interest in skill oriented workshops. I have closely watched US recruiting company where they found it hard to get skilled employees for their clients. The reason is company culture does not support multiple work. If person is from media background, you can expect him to do public relation / media management and content writing work but the present culture bound them to do only one duty and they spend hours in doing that only. They do not get opportunity to learn new things on job.
In short, I want to stop illegal recruitment at basic level as well as want to gain potential of deserving candidate by changing culture and providing them on job training.
1) Change Company culture where employees can learn many things. Every person has more than one qualities. give them a chance to enhance.
2) Make the higher education cheaper and make it compulsory for corporates to bare the education expenses of talented employees. They can do part time job and give them a loan from job to it becomes easy for them. It will change the mindset as well as local American will be more educated. Right now the american is far behind the race in comparison of immigrants.
3) many illegal employees work in stores / motels at lower cost and get their livelihood where as legal employees find it hard to get the basic job. make a strong law against illegal employment. Not only basic job but I can say that one of my relative get a $65,000 per annum job being on student visa..! Isn't it the mirror of the situation. It shows the poor law as well as lack of skilled youth.
It will encourage equality, it will boost youth empowerment. It will gift US the youth who can think and dare to ask.
Majority of the youth in US just repeat the schedule everyday. If they get a chance to communicate with people and will get job security,they will live the life better way.
