The Pandemic Busting Clean Coin Exchange
You know that feeling you get when you know you're not picked to be on a team or in that special group of people you had hoped for? Children of divorce experience this every day when both of their parents aren't included in things like parent-teacher conferences, phone calls, mail, gift exchanges, or email correspondences. Imagine the let-down. But America doesn't have to be just overlapping hostilities anymore. We're overlapping empathy for double prosperity, clarity, access, and inclusion. The pandemic busting Clean Coin Exchange (CCE) partners with military war veterans, corporations and other family members alike to reward each other for childproof policies and family sustainability exchanges. Which is perfect during a quarantine! Imagine Uber customers paying less for a ride home than a ride away from home. Imagine policy-makers earning credit for sustaining families instead of not. Overlap empathy at the intersection of "family" law v. law & policy.
The CCE solution reverses the economical, social and emotional gravities pulling families apart. Around 50% of adults and children experience divorce. A twisted divisive "family" excluding nature in policy-makings through those legal instruments and judicial mechanisms. And the legal industry is 5% of the Gross domestic Product, or $4.5 billion dollars per year and 2.2 million children per year (1.1 million adults). So Clean Law's pandemic busting Clean Coin Exchange (CCE) will be to the legal community like what 23 and Me is to the medical community. Not only will half of the fabric of American society gain access and understanding to work on the family court policies over their lives, but law students could gain a competitive advantage while these same benefits will ripple out into society preventing childhood hood trauma, behavior disorders, early teen pregnancies, drug and alcohol abuse, crime prevention, etc. Childproof policies with be the new benefactors, lobbyists and corporate partners. Re-imagine the gravities helping these children hold it all together during a pandemic or any other crisis!
Clean Law and its CCE are safe and easy 360-degree solutions to dangerous and difficult binary 180-degree problems. Counter-gravities of inclusion. Like the release of a new digital world from old analog platforms. Because sadly, people we know die at the intersection of "family" law v. law and policy. Bar associations like the Illinois State Bar Association license conventional lawyers to practice at the intersection of "family" law v. law and bar associated judges inside of your courthouse coliseum. Which is no different that political caucuses before each county board meeting or state capitol vote. They ultimately decide to whom, when, where and how those tax dollars exchanged. Whereas Clean Law licenses people like you and me to practice at the "v" spot in middle. Organically between parents and their children. Like user research instead of pressing cookies. Our constituents, families themselves, decide how rewards are exchanged. While policy-makers continue to decide which side of each isle that our tax dollars are exchanged.
Initially, the pandemic busting CCE directly serves military soldiers and their families. Even if they are deployed to war. Children of military personal will have the extra security knowing that they are being included and thought about by their parents - like a security blanket at the perfect, most trying time in their lives. But these 360-degree solutions don't stop there. Children of divorce who lose half their family, property, money and emotional stability will benefit. They too will have this extra 360-degree security blanket during their troubled binary problems. And like the roots of a plant growing in shifty sand to hold it together, this new fabric of American society will be forever more secure. Imagine each next generation not inheriting our national debt. Imagine each next generation inheriting 360-degree solutions instead of more 180-degree problems. Imagine if every home in America had a black and white analog TV and then all of a sudden every home switching to HDTV. That'd be perfect for a pandemic too!
- Enable learners to make informed decisions about which pathways and jobs best suit them, including promoting the benefits of non-degree pathways to employment
The pandemic busting CCE rewards program enable learners to make informed decisions about which pathways and jobs best suit them through an initial website anyone can see: https://www.cleanlaw.today/exh...
Promoting the benefits of non-degree pathways to employment with resonate simply and organically through win-win partnerships with companies like Uber, Lyft, United Airlines, Enterprise car rental, etc.
360-degree solutions are not an option in conventional systems. People feel bad leaving home to fight wars, go to court, or just going off to work for money. CCE raises awareness making better informed decisions about policies affecting our lives. A pathway to better lives.

In a nutshell, this solution is innovative because blends scientific law used by engineers with conventional "family" law v. law and politics v. politics. After writing my company's theoretical book entitled "I R Physics," which seems to explain the unknown energy in the universe from a new perspective, we noticed that the dynamic leverage approach of blending two academic areas of studies had real value. And in practice, at the same time I was finishing up with engineering school and its scientific laws of physics, I was involved in a divorce case and the conventional "family" law v. law system. Although never heard and excluded from the legal records, real benefits were realized and publicly accepted as beneficial to my integrated practice. A practice that has proven solutions for many current families. So future families at home who experience trials like separation anxiety, local governments which may experience trials like separate political caucuses before and after policy decisions, and strictly divisive national political parties may have a way to make more accurate decisions. So in theory, "I R Physics" and its resulting Pandemic Busting CCE have proven to be universal truths. At least socially universal. At worse case scenario, the CCE will help families family.
A new class of theoretical physics - I R Physics.
Clean Law began in Macon County, Illinois when we started tracking with families who were going through "family" court. We noticed that one little girl named Madison did not see her father for two years because nothing was in writing and no agreement or ruling had been made yet because one attorney kept continuing and continuing that case. Of course, this was unspoken about and okay with conventional justice practitioners. So Clean Law wrote a state legislative initiative called Madison's Initiative to try and reduce the number of times attorneys could continue a case to 30 days. Thus, reducing the duration of time children and their parents could be kept apart during a divorce trial. Further preventative justice measures included "Alayna's Law" to try and keep telephone communication disconnections off the table in local family law policy tactics. And "Christian's Law" to help pivot the strictly competitive symbol "v." in case files into an optional "and/or" symbol. For example, instead of "mom v. dad" cases like the "Giants v. Patriots," cases would be presented as "Giants and/or Patriots," and "mom and/or dad." Essential, turning only binary "answers" to issues into optional mutually inclusive "answers" to problems. This would help us all. Especially 100% of the taxpayers who pay for court and the ripple effects of these resulting decisions every single day.

Our theory of change is that better justice can only come about without the need for expensive law degrees or retainer fees. And like saving a coin instead of spending it, the law prevention area that CCE drips into pre-case files can easily be a new standard of justice. A way for those practitioners to make more reality-based and inclusive decisions.

Currently, we're considering formal funding, and have scaled into the St. Louis market. But this is our first application for financial collaboration. Everyone involved so far, including community leaders, have been volunteer. A scaling model has been recently designing and new markets are being assessed. We have an easy way to enter each of the 3,143 counties in the United via public online portals. Real data will be collected via CCE on family sustainability/childproof policy, and that data will be freely shared with local, county, state and federal boards for improved policy-makings.
The CCE doesn't have human resources at this time. Personal processes and issues to recruit, interviewed and hire associates to help track the CCE and document data could be a barrier. Also, software and/or custom software development would be a challenge that presents itself. Marketing, selling and servicing a future family of products to become self-sufficient could be a barrier if not properly navigated.
Over the past several years, the financial piece hasn't been in the equation and our group lives within its means. That being said, the CCE and everyone involved have each been in a place in their lives where overcoming a barrier was the only option available. Personally, I'm not a veteran but see the need that soldiers like my brother have of staying better connected with their families when they are deployed. Socially, I'm sure we are all facing a hard time just staying to stay at home more. People in our group didn't previously know how to approach county and state legislatures. But today, we work with them and chat with them on the phone. Academically, I didn't know that combining two majors was even a thing. But I just recently completed an Integratives Studies program at SIU-E to help with this scientific law and family law blend. Research on the effects of children during legal trials had been a barrier, but I just completed a day class on how to research to discover solutions to problem trends. And part of my schooling was Industrial/Organizational Psychology. So the personal barrier that this opportunity may face should easily navigated. And I'm involved with multiple software and technical groups in St. Louis with work through any software, data science, machine learning or AI applications that may arise.
Essentially, the number of Clean Coins that individual families exchange, the cumulative amount of currency and the resulting data. Data from a pre-exchange survey and post-exchange surveys. As well as data regarding the number and the amounts of any corporate partnerships with the CCE. Eventually, the "strength" of this magnetic for people to be home versus the "strength" of the magnets pulling people away from home. And especially important, would it relate the decrease and the increase of Coronavirus and other such diseases?
- Other, including part of a larger organization (please explain below)
Our primary organization is a hybrid for-profit company, unincorporated association, and quasi-local government. The business model of the for-profit Clean Law donates 100% of licensing fees to its unincorporated association of parents known as CLU (Clean Law Union). While parents practice at home and the local Decatur Township Community Room. Decatur Township has been vital as well helping families with a community justice center policy. However, our data is organic and needs to remain from the "bottom-up" instead of "top-down" to remain adding true family value and childproof policy.
We've organically developed without any outsides motives. Decatur Township Supervisor Lisa Stanley is an African-American single mother who helps families in the community not just with the CCE, but with rental assistance and other assistance. IT's what's she's known for in our community. My (Aaron Wemple) background is known to be in engineering and also filing several legal cases against the local state bar association to try and make a safer system for families and the community. Courts and even most representatives have ignored these quagmires, but the local news and communities have similarly expressed the need. Other leaders include a local business owner and a hospital employee who both went through a divorce filed against them unwillingly. They need something to keep what's left of their family's together, and perhaps preventing other family's from going through those protocols. Protocols all of us admit nearly killed us. Another ;leader is a local grade-school teacher specializing in innovative programs. While the other leaders are normal parents like us who knows first-hand that there has to be a better way to survive deadly trials in life.

CLEAN LAW HAS THE GOAL OF EVERY CHILD HAVING A FAMILY. IT ACCOMPLISHES ITS GOAL THROUGH ITS FAMILY ENTERPRISE MODEL OF DONATING ALL (100%) PROCEEDS FROM CHILD SAFETY FILE [SPN] LICENSES TO UNITED CLU (CLEAN LAW UNION) PARENTS WHO ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF THEIR RIGHT TO REPRESENTATION WHEN INDIGENT, A RIGHT TO BAIL POLICY OR COUNTER-BALANCE DEBATE WHEN UNBAILABLE ACCUSATIONS ARE MADE, AND MANY OTHER GAPS IN LEGAL PREVENTIONS FOR FAMILY SUSTAINABILITY AND CHILDPROOF POLICY. Recruiting, onboarding and keeping help happy is a liable and very important part of any successful organization. Especially one a company like Clean Law and its CCE program that aim to be gravity holding families together. This is an essential barrier which experienced groups like the Morgridge Family Foundation, New Profit, and other Challenge partners can help us get past nicely. The IBM Cloud Credits and virtual coaching would be instrumental in this new community. Of course, the oversight and collaboration would make each step that much more meaningful, careful and diligent. However, it's great to be a part of this Challenge regardless. It's great to collaborate with others to see where this Reimagining Pathways to Employment takes us. I feel like it's a win-all and will be beneficial to all of us during this difficult time.

First, our solution would the opportunity to partner with helping recruit the right human resources professional, or company. Second, that partnership would continue with further developing the CCE and making it publicly available via smartphone app in the app stores. Board members or advisors who've been down this path before would be the perfect partners. And then, of course, it would need a legal privacy policy, terms and conditions, and legal partnership agreements written for corporate sponsors who want to give their customers family benefits to compensate for lost outside benefits. This would include companies like airlines, car or scooter rentals, and public transit institutions who want to give users a lower rate or Clean Coins for traveling toward their homes. Data of the usage for these gravities needs a partner to help collect the resulting information and open that information up to policy-makers.
