RIZZARR – Empowering younger generations
As businesses evolve in engaging customers and audiences online, RIZZARR aims to help them with their content marketing needs. RIZZARR is a curated content marketplace that allows businesses to create digital media alongside everyday Millennial and Gen Z content creators. RIZZARR acts as an intermediator, enabling businesses to use its content-as-a-service platform to find and work with its network of over 5,000 talented content creators in producing purpose-driven articles, social posts, videos, podcasts, and photos.
We aim to provide job opportunities to young people across the world through our platform so that they can get paid to do what they love. We want to help them get opportunities in media and marketing and create jobs for them. Creators can work with brands around the world and be able to have a new employment opportunity. We also want to teach the young creators through online courses.
Millions of young people are engaging in content creation but they are not getting paid to do so. Many of them are looking for opportunities to get paid to do what they love and to make meaningful content. At the same time, as more younger generations have a greater buying power, brands are trying to figure out ways to better engage them and to create content that truly connect with them. As the economy continues to plumment, more brands need to spend their marketing dollars effectively and many within the younger generations have lost their jobs and trying to find ways to get paid to do what they love in the meantime to make ends meet.
RIZZARR is a curated Content-as-a-Service platform that allows brands to find, connect, and work with everyday Millennial and Gen Z content creators. RIZZARR is crafting a new type of content called, “conscious content”. This content focuses on being purpose-driven; it has been found to garner greater engagement and consistent return on investment. RIZZARR is scaling the creation of conscious content using machine learning technology and artificial intelligence.
To work with the content creators via RIZZARR, brands can search for them or crowdsource them in its creator marketplace. Brands then provide selected content creators with the brand’s guidelines and requested content types. The content creators are given a deadline to submit the content back onto the platform for the brand to approve and download. Once content is uploaded to the platform, RIZZARR’s machine learning and artificial intelligence technology will analyze the content created. If the content meets its “conscious content” criteria, then the brand can approve and download it. Once the brand has approved and downloaded the content, they own the rights to it.
RIZZARR’s machine learning technology and artificial intelligence will continue collecting data on the content for key performance indicators. Based on collected data, the technology will recommend future “conscious content” types to the brand for its future use of RIZZARR. In doing so, brands are not only able to receive data to better understand how to reach their Millennial and Gen Z audiences, but RIZZARR’s creators are also able to become better at creating content.
The target population that will be directly impacted by RIZZARR are younger generations, particularly those between the ages of 18- 40. With RIZZARR, we are solving both of these probelms. We are providing content creators all over the world opportunities to work with brands in their country or all across the world. We are also equipping them with the skills, resources, and information necessary so that they can be successful in creating opportunities for themselves, particularly in content creation or marketing.
We are further working to understand their needs by developing a college network that allows us to understand how to better build-out our platform and strategy to service the needs of young people across the world.
Our solution in creating RIZZARR will allow them to secure job opportunities around the world and to be able to get paid doing what they love. We want to create more job opportunities for youth and help them to be successful in learning how to create better content so they can get even more opportunities for themselves.

Our approach is that it is at the heart of everything that we do. As a very multi-cultural organizaton, we find it to be our responsbility to create a more inclusion world that is more consciously - particularly through the content that is created on RIZZARR. We want to change how the markting industry is advertising and engaging consumers, while also empower younger generations to be the change that they want to see by creating more diverse content that shows diversity and touches on the many issues that are happening within our society. We want to reshape the narrative in helping young people to understand what is possible for their lives and that they can change the world through content. We also want to recruit young generations from all cultures and backgrounds so that marketing departments can be further encouraged to be more diverse and change their approach.

our goals include expanding our team to redevelop our technology and to scale in several major cities across the U.S. We want to be able to have over 5 million plus young content creators on our platforms and have brands of all sizes, all locations, and all industries using our platform to help get their content needs. We want to create job opportunities for young people to do what they love and to be able to learn how to do it in the process.

RIZZARR nets 40-60% of the revenue from each piece of content that it sells. The remaining amount is distributed to the content creator for their work. The creators are paid instantly upon RIZZARR receiving the client’s payment. Each piece of content has its own set price. Later, RIZZARR plans to allow its content creators to set their own market rates. They will still be required to have a base at which to set their prices so that RIZZARR still nets adequate revenue. Brands will also be able choose to accept the creator’s price or negotiate. In the future, RIZZARR plans to enter another revenue model: data distribution. It will offer brands a monthly data report on a requested topic. The brands will pay RIZZARR an annual deluxe rate to have access to this data.
