A new employement trend in America today

The problem am committed to solving is the rate of unemployement rate in today America society.

The solution am proposing is termed"Befitting job for all America".As already aware that all of us cannot do the same job in life.Because our passion and aptitude differs.That where this soltion comes in.As long as we can discover early in life our area of expertise it will go along way to  put us in the rightful and enjoying lifetime job.That we both love and enjoy doing and in this way the issue of government job opening won't bother us or our family anymore.

This solution can make all of us a job creator instead of a job seeker and the reward that this solution profer is lifetime rewarding.

The specific problem within the reimagining pathways to employment that am working to solve  is  personal skills acquistion and self-employment.

Especially in today America where covid-19 impact have  left many with no job at all 6 out 10 employees in the Maine communities  have lost their jobs and is a global issue but we can't sit and watch our lives being  subjected to abject poverty.We must stand up on our feet and fight against this global menace.

The number of people affected could only be estimated that's the true picture of things right now.On average 70% are affected in these communities.

The factors contributing to the  problem relating to my solution is that majority of the key population are absolutey dependent on government incentives and jobs.

The solution am proposing works in this sequence first once we find out the needs of a group of people as targeted audience.And we have solution to their needs that's an avenue for job creation and self-employment.

Personal skill acquisition is a pathway to stable emploment. every America know of the microsoft giant owned by Bill Gate.Who was  unable to continue with his education and today microsoft employed masters and Phd degree holders.This was borne out of personal ambition and tenacious vision.I know that no one in America is born a dullard.So this personal skill acquisition can be acquired through formal and informal ways.

Because work sensitises it is crucial that each of us know what works for him/her.That way  we can earn our living through what we are have passion and aptitude for.

The process involves personal decision and hardworking towards your goal.Which have both short and long term benefits.

The technology in use are both software and hardware.Through software information and work are being undertaken if your skill is fitted  in this area.While those who are expert in technical vocation can explore this area of hardware for their maximum benefits.

The target key population are  all America regardless of color,Age, ethnicity,religion e.t.c,This way we can truly build a legacy that the founding fathers of America dreamed of.Making America an eviable country it use to be.

For each community we meet with their representatives because if we try reaching out to them on individual bases .We will not be able to achieve our aim and objective that's why we implore representatives.And these representatives are persons with good character and of reputable behaviour.Who reach out to  their team to find out what the concerns of the targetted key population are and the way to deal with these challenges confronting them.We will engage them through aids donation,skill acquisition, orientation and other channels within our disposition.

Without mincing words this will go a long way as an antidote to the key population challenges and needs.

These problem of unemployment is on alaraming rate espcially this Covid-19 pandemic era.That created a great gap in the employment statistics globally and America is not exempted.And every country  is doing their best to see their economy rebound .How can the economy rebound when 70% America is on less paid job or no job at all.Hereby making the economy stunt becauses employees need incentives and motivation for effecient and effective livelihood.

But if the key population have formal or informal skill acqisition job creation will be vastly implemented.Thereby bringing unemployment rate to barest minimum.

Full time staff are 10 in number while part time who are mostly volunteers are 20 in number.

The target key population are all America regardless of color,Age,
ethnicity,religion e.t.c,This way we can truly build a legacy that the
founding fathers of America dreamed of.Making America an eviable country
it use to be.

What makes my solution innovative is the personal and group approach it affords.And the feasibility of the solution to the current challenge at hand.

And in comparison to similar solutions the uniqueness of my project is that it doesn't discriminate or prejudice.We incorpoarate and integrate all America of diverse ethnicity, age, gender, religion,colors to mention but few. For the purpose of building a stable workforce and employment for a better America.

The technology in use involve software technology for all  information dissemination especially  those kind of people whose area of expertise requires internet network  connection for effective output and input. On the other hand hardware technology is required for those folks whose area of expertise is purely technical.

With experiment carried out in Maine Bangor community it really yield enormous fruition and the targeted key population can testify to that.

That's why we are planning to expand the solution network to other states and communities across united states.

What's is glaring don't need more advert on it.Even with theoretic aspect of the solution once put into practice will yield an enormous dividend.

And I believe with its intended expansion into various states and communities across united states.The impact and impart will be of immense benefit to the targetted key population.Thereby bring a reimagining employment workforce and employment opportunity it portrays.

My goals are to ensure that the key population really benefitted from the solution.So that they can creat jobs and become  job owners.And if possible if everyone across united states with formal or informal skills can creat job for themselves and others.The issue of unemployment will be a thing of the past.

For the next five years I will do my best to expand the solution network to states that have not be reached.And with MIT Solve support and other donor organization support.Am sure the concept will be of immense benefit to all America.

The challenges that may hamper the acceleratiion of the program may arise from time constrain and financial issues.But we hope to overcome all that with time.

These key individual will need aid support, skill acquisition, orientation and other supports necessary for their thriving.So apart from MITSolve support we intend to appeal to other donor agencies for their unalloyed support.For the sustainability of the concept.

The outcomes data that are not yet colleted are those who have been reached and those who are currently making progress through the impartation of this solution concept. Even though we have the data of few of them we yet to ensure the records are accurate and up to date.

With our passion for the tremendous change within the key population.We are in good position to bring to fruition the required enormous change for the targetted key population.

Currently partnering with Red cross society, Amnest international and UNHCR.

The key population are provided with basic amenities such as aid support, skill acquisition, orientation and other supports they need within our disposition.We use their representative as the key person to channel their needs and concerns.While their representative convey our message and support to them.

Due to the nascent covid-19 pandemic the key population are in dare need of supports and solutions to get out of the menace created by the pandemic.

Apart from MIT Solve support renewal at their discretion we are appealing to other donor agencies and partnering organization to support as they can.And most of them have made promises which we yet to see the result.

And with my personal income which I have decided to channel 50% for the success of the concept solution.

We are expecting a minimum of 250000 dollars and maximum of 500000 dollars as the case my require from grant,donors and partnering organizations.

Around $25000-500000.

Why am applying for reimagining pathways to employment in the US challenge.Is to proffer solution to the trending challenge mostly caused by the covid-19 pandemic.And am sure this solution will be of immense benefits to all America living in United states.

And I believe that Morgridge family foundation, New profit, and other challenge partners can assist me in overcoming the issue of finances.While I and the team work on the issue of time constrain.This way a tremedous success will be inevitable.

My solution concept parnership with few organizations and MIT Solve goal is to  ensure that the targetted key population are imparted and impacted.

Both on the local and regional levels across united states.

I will like to partner on long term with MIT Solve and other organizations with similar goals like UNFP,WHO, ILO to mention but few.
