The project involves training, coaching, grooming, mentoring and professionalizing the young and old graduates with entrepreneurship skills which will promote greater career development productivity, innovation and creativity to what traditional academic and experiential system has provided. It is a blended business learning programme, carefully designed to deliver a balanced combination of self-employment and practical enterprise learning with like-minds. This innovative programme which emphasizes professional and vocational development is designed to impact high level skills and competencies to cope with change in the ever-evolving business industry.  As the rate of unemployment in the country keeps scaling upwards every year, today’s university graduates need to step up their entrepreneurship skills to become self-employed for genuine wealth creation.

The system of our education as it stands today does not help matter either. Curriculum contents and module descriptors of virtually all our tertiary institutions totally lack interface with entrepreneurship  market realities and business enterprise consultants; lecturers who come to classroom to bake students, many of them, if not all, are themselves absolutely dried of enterprise mind-focused impartation to students which in turn makes innovation impossible by the time students have graduated and are looking to get a job with the enthusiasm that they are now university graduate ready for work rather than ready for business.  There is urgent need for a paradigm shift from old job mentality to entrepreneurship mentality – the very hot, high demand profession in the economy of this country as well as other countries of the world and the most important single ingredient in the formula of economic development.

In my bit to keep creating a much strong change in development terms, i have come up with an expounded mentor-ship program aiming at grooming, mentoring and professionalizing the young and middle class professionals in financial sector which will promote greater career development and productivity in addition to what traditional academic and experiential system has provided. I strongly believe that if one has a good education, he can well manage himself, he can well manage his family, he can well manage his business, he can behave himself well, and he will be extremely relevant in promoting activities such as religion and community Project towards national development.

This business plan describes an intending entrepreneurial training, coaching and mentorship willing to locate in Abuja. The firm would be positioned to providing the highest quality entrepreneurship training service for both young and old graduates to start, scale and sustain their businesses through business training, coaching, mentoring and networking. The participants would be trained on key skills, knowledge and tools to run successful and sustainable businesses through experienced trainers and entrepreneurs. The project is organized to take advantage of the specific gap in the industry.

I am ready to provide credible academic and entrepreneurship empowerment to thousands out of millions of Nigerians that have graduated from Universities yesterday, today and in the future with the primary aim of baking them to become brightest brains that will make unparalleled impact in the local and global management of business enterprise.

While traditional academic system has only provided theory of entrepreneurship towards wealth creation, it has not taken advantage of the required practical method as a means of real wealth creation to eradicate poverty. This program fills that gap. We deploy education, innovation and entrepreneurship interventions that will help prepare young and old graduates for the best future.

My honest and sincere assessment of the academic, professional and career capacity of the average Nigerian graduate, as well as those that recently completed their learning’s from universities and have gotten their first degrees, or those on line to finish very soon from universities is that, as much as 90% of them can’t measure up with their graduate counterparts elsewhere. Just like other productive and highly engaging economies, Nigeria is in dare need of best brains properly baked by enterprise baking rooms called “innovation”, and professional skills nourishment and development factory called “entrepreneurship mind”. Every day I have this burning feeling in me that Nigeria must be heard of; Nigerian youths must be global citizens. But unfortunately I can’t do it alone, I need a support.
