What makes our solution innovative:
There are other organizations in the business but our competitive advantage is making sure that all the best promises are kept and are kept with strong consistency.
How technology is integral to our solution:
The organization is currently having some technical equipments being used for production and is hugely responsible for present output by reducing drudgery.
Our solution goals over the next 12 months:
The volume of input//output growth and acceptability as well as human resources development will determine the success. The top three goals are production of high quantity and quality animal protein readily available and acceptable to the consumers,development of human resources, as well as material and technical input growth.
Our vision over the next three to five years to grow and scale our solution to affect the lives of more people:
Production of high quality and quantity animal proteins and byproducts that will be readily available and acceptable for human and animal consumption, as well as industrial use.

A significant number of people both within and outside of the orgaization have received well-tailored training organised by the organization. They had been excluded from employement opportunities due to access to the right equipments and an inability to pay for the exorbitant cost of training.
How many people we are currently serving with our solution:
The organization has trained people in many areas of animal husbandry using appropriate technological equipmemts and this has led to them working with little to no supervision (staffs inclusive) which has led to robust output.
The organization has organized series of well tailored agricultural and technical seminars with no less than 30 participants in a single sitting.

Explaining our organization:
Our organization is agricultural based, with emphases in poultry, fishery production with integrated vegetables production. The organization was established in 2016 and located in Benin city Edo state Nigeria.The organization presently have five staffs.

The establishment was founded by Kasali Samsideen Abiodun, and he is still leading the organization. As a university graduate in agricultural engineering, the emerging technical challenges are tackled effectively and accordingly as a result of the technical background.
Our revenue model:
An all inclusive animal husbandry with an incorporated feed milling, power, processing and other technical equipment s for optimum output.
These are expected to be done in phases according to the order of importance in the areas of power, technical equipments, feed processing and processing of products for value addition through conscious and continuous investmemts and re-investment.

Why we are applying to Solve:
With Solve's support, we will increase the existing infrastructures (materials, equipments and human). Higher skilled workers of polytechnic and university level will be engaged in production, technical,processing and marketing units. Relevants technical equipments will be purchased in addition to the existing ones for effective and optimum outputs. There will be increased aggressive advertisments of products,purchase of vehicles for effective distribution and sales of products with a well tailored improved branding.
The key barriers for our solution:
The risks we face include diseases, theft, unwarranted materials and equipment damage as well as low human resource esteem.
All these can be managed by effective disease prevention and control mechanisms, well-structured security mechanisms, training and re-training of staff and a well-motivated human resource pool.
