Students and teachers need a starting place for thinking about, and understanding, how they learn. Self knowledge is a good start. How to get that self-knowledge? Inventories can be useful. Initially, it doesn't much matter which inventory we use.Why not? Because a learning style is not a set of scores on some inventory, or a set of alphabetic symbols, or paragraphs of descriptors with labels.Learning style is, rather, a description of a process, or of preferences.Any inventory that encourages a learner to think about the way that he or she learns is a useful step towards understanding, and hence improving, learning.
As technology continues to transform job market and economy, children, youth and adults require new skills and lifelong learning opportunities that are relevant to the jobs and livelihoods of the future. They also require learning experiences that foster creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking -- skills that can never be taught solely or perhaps at all by machines, an app, or a video. Teachers and educators of all types -- whether in the classroom, in the lab, workplace, workshop, or at home -- are essential to providing learners with the knowledge and skills they need to contribute to society and reach their full potential.Yet, teachers and educators are too often undervalued, inadequately trained, and poorly supported.
Instead of thinking that technology and digital tools will usurp and replace educators, how can technology amplify the work of teachers, support new educators and learning facilitators, and help them bring better better quality education to their students.

What makes our solution innovative:
In the current technological educational landscape, books have been turned into E-books, blackboard into YouTube videos, lecture hall monologues into MOOCS. They content, format, and teaching methods are essentially the same. Our approach is immersive, experiential, fun and engaging by:
1. Focusing on learners' self-development, support educators in fostering innovative teaching without strict timeliness;
2. Proposing new models for affordable training to increase the quality and quantity of teachers.
3. Personalize and adapt teaching to all through incorporation of advanced technology of AI and Immense VR audio visual sensor to transmit data for tracking outcome.

How technology is integral to our solution:
We utilize a hardware, software and a rugged connectivity tools to re-imagine learning for students and learners learning experience,we aim at reaching billion children with a world class education technology solutions enable children to access digital educational tools for better learning.This is enabled through the use of Augmented technology (AR) and Virtual reality (VR) and currently incorporation Mixed reality(MR) and development of a software that incorporate both video and digital content.This will be adaptable to the African pedagogy context.

UNESCO estimates that 68.8 million teachers need to be recruited and trained in developing countries if the goal of universal enrollment in primary and secondary education is to be achieved by 2030. In sub-Saharan Africa, a quarter of secondary school teachers have no formal training.
Technology has the potential to contribute to inclusive, high quality, and cost-effective TPD and learning outcome. There is need for ICT-mediated learning environments that engage large numbers of learners, remotely and/or face-to-face, with limited expert, combining online and offline methods, modalities, resources, and activities when and where appropriate.

How many people we are currently serving with our solution:
Quality education is essential to the prosperity of a peaceful democratic-coexistence. Current education antiquated education system cannot prepare the young generation for face paced world upcoming challenges.Historically and statistically education reforms have shown teachers professional development to be the key lever for improving outcomes. Augmented reality(AR) excels individuals world best practice learning used for students. Virtual reality and Mixed reality (MR) is now the cup of affordability enabling any teacher to be ''teleported' to the best classroom and learning experience anywhere in the world.

Explaining our organization:
Our organisation was established in 2016 at our headquarters is in Nairobi. We are a team made up 3 permanent employees and 8 volunteers divided into. Three operational units: Management, Technical and finally the production team. Also we have strategic partners which is the Kenya Institute of curriculum and a research institute and a team of advisors in different fields coming from education, design, research, entrepreneurs, storytelling and art.
The skills our solution team has that will enable us to attract the different resources needed to succeed and make an impact:

We have has clear roles, responsibilities, and time commitments needed to be successful. We are able to demonstrate strong knowledge of the problems we are addressing and what approaches are likely to work in the local environment surrounding our innovation (e.g. operational, geographical, political, or social context).Coming from an experience of working with educational organisation there was inequality gap in teacher professional development and learners learning outcome in regards to retention and different learning style that is intertwined.The adoption of other digital technology did not bear much result but there was significant result with our solution from the teachers and also on the side of the student.

Promoting better quality education by supporting and complimenting tradition learning appealing to three key drivers of attention and behavior: having fun, curiosity, and peer competition. By offering free and fun content aligned with national curricula & Core integration of global best practice Standards. Personalized to individual skills, we aim at operating seamlessly under different information technology scenarios (i.e. online/offline, fixed/mobile) and population profiles. Using algorithms, AI and curation of educational material to provide pedagogical resources and training to teachers, including students' progress reports on academic and digital skills

The recognition will increase & affirm our work goal. We aim to increase team capacity that is 2-AR/VR engineer,3D designer and electrical engineer for imagery and sensory technology this to increase our content delivery and efficiency and effectiveness with more professionalism and precision.The aim is to reduce education inequality from both rural and urban areas from teacher and a student.Our approach toward marketing will be centered towards peer to peer and more so partnership and collaboration so a low percentage will be allocated in funding for marketing.
