Basic Information
Our tagline:
We are the first and largest online job portal for people with disabilities in Latin America
Our pitch:
In Latin America, the unemployment rate for people with disabilities is 75%, affecting over 30 million people. Traditional job portals in Latin America (Bumeran, OCC) do not specify job opportunities for people with disabilities. This causes issues for companies and the people applying. Companies in Latin America are incentivized by the government to have a certain number of disabled employees if they don't these companies are fined. These companies are finding it extremely difficult to find qualified applicants through traditional job portals, and their difficulties are what leads them to us. We work closely with these companies to understand their needs. This leads to more hires. We send them qualified applicants to fill these jobs.
Our job portal posts jobs strictly for people with disabilities, this benefits both parties, the companies, and the unemployed applicants. Our company posts over 10,000 job opportunities per month from over 350 different companies. Companies like Ford, John Deere, JPMorgan, and SAP. Our companies goal is to fill all of these monthly positions and help eradicate the severe number of unemployed people with disabilities.

About Your Solution
What makes our solution innovative:
We have one direct competitor in Mexico (Éntrale) and one in Peru (Disiswork). Our Incluyeme.com database and number of job postings are 50x larger compared to these direct competitors. We also offer turnkey consulting services to large companies which is a huge value-add to our clients who may be hiring their first disabled person and are looking for guidance and support.
We also have collaboration agreements with major universities, labor offices and NGOs in Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Mexico. These organizations help us reach even more people with disabilities.

How technology is integral to our solution:
Our company wouldn't be what is today without technology. Our free online platform allows us to reach a massive amount of people on a low-cost basis. Our platform is free for our users, compared to our competitors who charge their users. Our free platform automatically gives us a headstart, but more importantly, it provides our beneficiaries a headstart. These men and women can apply to over 10,000 jobs per month for free, drastically increasing their odds of a hire.
Our solution goals over the next 12 months:
First, over the next year, our company wants to double the number of people placed in a job. Currently 1,350 we have set a goal of 2,700 by the end of next year. Second, our company is now working with 350 companies, by the end of the year we have a goal of working with 400 companies, this will increase the number of monthly job postings. Lastly, our goal is to raise our monthly job postings. We want to reach 12-15,000 per month by the end of the year.
Our vision over the next three to five years to grow and scale our solution to affect the lives of more people:
Since our companies inception in 2013, we have placed over 1,350 people in stable jobs. Our company has also moved into four new markets: Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico.
In the next five years, our company expects to be in 3-5 more countries in Latin America. Our company plans to double our people hired in one year, by January 2019 we expect our number of people employed to be 2,800. At the beginning of 2023, the number of people we support and place in a job should be around 10-15,000.

How we will reach and retain our customers or beneficiaries:
Our primary beneficiaries are people with disabilities living in our current markets (Argentina, Peru, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia), who want to get a job and be seen for who they are, not for their disability.
We work with people from different economic and academic backgrounds, offering opportunities of all sorts, from blue-collar jobs to mid-management positions.
We work closely with over 350 companies, government labor offices, universities, and NGOs. We are teaching students and government officials.

How many people we are currently serving with our solution:
Since our company's inception in 2013, we have helped over 1,350 people get a job. In the first three years, we saw slow growth in this metric because we were a very new company trying to improve our reputation and platform. Thus, almost 70% of these hires have occurred in the last two years. In 2018 alone, we expect to double to 2,700 hires. These hires are coming from companies like John Deere, Ford, JPMorgan, and Accenture. Compared to our competitors our user databases are 50x more massive, and we have more hires by 25x, and these margins are growing.
About Your Team
How our solution team is organized:
- For-Profit
The skills our solution team has that will enable us to attract the different resources needed to succeed and make an impact:
Founder and current CEO Gabriel Marcolongo. After a successful, stable career of his own as a manager at Procter and Gamble, Gabriel decided to launch Incluyeme.com to change the reality for people with disabilities. While working at Procter & Gamble, Gabriel traveled to the United States, Canada, and Europe. At these other P&G locations, Gabriel worked and collaborated with numerous disabled employees. After these visits, Gabriel would return to Latin America and notice that at the factories/offices there were almost no disabled employees. This disparity is what sparked Gabriel's idea for Incluyeme.
Our revenue model:
Our company is the first and largest online job portal for people with disabilities in Latin America. Our organization will grow over time by improving our marketing and adding new markets. Our company's marketing is progressing as our company grows. Our social impact relies on users applying for jobs. Therefore we will focus on getting our brand and our goal into more eyes. We have only benefited 1% of the total number of unemployed people. Incluyeme has massive amounts of room to grow. Our company is currently creating commercials and advertisements in Latin America. We are now using blogs, Facebook, YoutTube, and Twitter. We have been featured on Fox News and Discovery Channel to advertise our platform. We also send speakers to universities, NGOs, and Labor Offices to discuss what we do, what our goal is, and the current issue of unemployment in Latin America.
As we continue to add new markets, earn grant money, and increase revenues, we will be able to reach larger populations. Our increasing revenues and newfound grant money will allow us to allocate more and more funds to advertising and marketing.

Partnership Potential
Why we are applying to Solve:
With Solve's support, our company will utilize the recognition to show companies in our new markets why they should partner with us. In our new markets like Colombia and future markets, this will act as a stamp of approval. This leverage will allow us to add more monthly job postings, to increase job opportunities.
With the Prize money, our company plans on allocating the funds to hire two full-time employees: a sales manager & IT manager. With the remaining funds, we plan on allocating the funds towards marketing our platform to reach a larger population.

The key barriers for our solution:
Our company faces limited amounts of risk. That being said, we are in Latin America and the government parties can be unsteady. Therefore, they could ban us from adding operations in their country; this is very unlikely though. We fill a need that the government cannot, our service saves their governments money. We have very minimal risk from our competitors. Incluyeme is 50x larger than our two direct competitors, and we expect this gap to increase.
