The gigs economy fueled by independent contractors and the nature or works lately calls for instant verification of qualifications and job matching based on geolocation. However, paperwork checking and verification may takes valuable productive days and the distance between the independent contractor's may take a toll on the transportation costs.

Portaqual confirms and verifies independent contractor's qualifications so that it can be portable and connects them with the nearest job opportunities using geo-location through a transparent, secure, safe and lightning fast blockchain apps based on Zilliqa Blockchain Platform. Zilliqa blockchain make it possible for nearly zero transaction costs and fast settlement. The prototype of Portaqual is to be written on Solidity Smart-Contract (Ethereum Platform) which can be easily converted into ZIlliqa smart-contract once the Zilliqa MainNet is up and running.

Portaqual will show the world the implementation of blockchain technology which promote real game-changing, level the playing field, culling out intermediaries, near zero transaction costs in a safe, secure and lightning fast fashion - using the Zilliqa platform. 

Currently, very few people use blockchain based applications because even a simple transaction can take a lot of time to process or can incur a huge fee. Once the smart-contract on Solidity (Ethereum) has been written, we only need to wait for the Zilliqa compiler to be ready so that the existing smart contract can be converted into the Zilliqa platform and implemented on the Zilliqa mainNet scheduled in Q3 2018.

Portaqual  is one of Noorcoin platform so that it can be used as the catalyst for adoption and traction. 

The solution will leverage on the Noorcoin platform captive market base. The independent contrators using the platform will have access into the solution by the means of Noorcoin platform.

The solution is a dApp on Zilliqa blockchain platform, it is in the prototyping stage and can only be implemented in accordance with Zilliqa road map and timing.
