A young Somali open minded Entrepreneur who has strong passionate towards tech oriented solutions, having strong interpersonal communication skills, Worked with several international and local organizations, established a runs a unique startup in the Somali and east Africa region called hometeach24, Invited or attended several international conference in USA,Africa and EU, willing changing to a better world and better lifes and solutions for all people and specially for the population living in east Africa those exceeds  more than 500 million , the solution dresses the  education briers and solves

 hometeach24 is the first and only online  educational solution that targets to mobilize education in the region and specially for girls, boys and adults  because there are millions of students at homes need  to learn  because their parents can,t afford the high level fees for schools  and the average number of students in every home is 5, the life becoming hard day after day and parents could not send all their children to the school because the school fees costs highly,so that is the idea behind this solution and to bring the knowledge to those girls and boys and even adults at their doorstep with a very modest small fees or for free for so many times,  we specially targets girls which is forgotten when it comes the education and work, so we encourage them learn, train them and then work side by side of the men

In here i will try to address the specific problem  our project is solving

1- in our country and east Africa region lacks any online  reputable home teaching  platform for boys, adults and girls, or any kind of a social learning platform which mobilize the education sector in the region

2-the girls specifically most of them don,t go schools and they work at  their home for their families and they don,t get a similar change as the men

3-millions of students don, get any online hometeaching and help them understand their lessons or learn new courses online with their mother tangue as the way our new system is  designed is very helpful  to localize and translate the education materials to the students local language by text, the new technology will help millions of students in the future to love learning and understand more their lessons  and the subject they are learning at schools, the curriculum is  international  standard

4-hometeach24 solves all of the above and making girls, boys and all students love what they are learning from hometeach24 or from their school

5- hometeach24 mobilizes the education in the region and create jobs for teachers and tutors locally

our new system will consist of two main section

1-text materials  for all the schools subjects  and with a pre-recorded explanation video and text translation panel to localize the these text materials to the students to understand deep what they are learning(from primary to secondary school) the curriculum  will be  international with compilation with local curriculum for these countries the subject is presented totally in a different way, very smooth and summarize on every subjects end, the subjects will be reviewed by international and local education experts , it will use all the languages spoken in east Africa including, English(base language),french, Arabic, Somali and Swahili, Amharic and a few other languages

2-second feature is the live face to face teaching panel which enables our tutors to support the subscribed students in our platform and help them understand more and more again, our tutors acts as supporting education team and every tutor has specific subjects he/she specialize and answering all the students question when they require,all the session could be recorded and playback for the students for any time and for a more understanding

iam sure that this project will have big impact to the community living in these countries and mobilize the education,  strength social learning for millions of students outside of schools or even those in schools helping them understand their subjects more and deeply without buying many different books! which costs them more money that they many times can,t afford, so  hometeach24 is for :-

-any students whether girl, boy or even adults  who can, go to school or can go but could n,t afford the school fees

-any students who already in school but could n,t afford buying the many school books such us science or social books

-any students who want to understand in difference simple way, get summary on what he/she learned on every subject and help them understand deeply by summarizing, quizzing and localization(translation to local language)

- any adults who shay to go school or have no time to go schools.

-any student want to learn more extra courses beside beside his school lessons and discover their love for a specific subject!

I thing it is very related because of the following reasons:-

1- the hometeach24 project is a regional project which will bring education opportunity which is one of the most needed opportunities in the region , the project addresses education needs for over half a billion people living in this region(East Africa)

 2- the project creates jobs for educators for them selves and specially the many educated girls and tutors who have not yet get  good opportunity, 3-it gives opportunity to   course sellers to sell their course 

4- social learning, 

5-it localizes the education by the translation feature and tutors 

As a  young who has  strong passionate towards tech oriented solutions, o loved the tech oriented solution when i was in university in 2009 and built my first website, after that i brought many raw idea to live the social networking  in 2010 joinedglobal.com and and many other projects but these projects died because of the lack of financial support, i  then helped many organization like the  somaliland immigration to build for them their website and many other local and international organization, during that long journey  i n 2017 i have began  this idea and because i was working on that time with ARC in the education sector and after i have seen barriers in the region and that parents always were asking me to provide them a hometeaching teachers to support their students at home but always teachers and very tired  after a long working day and can,t go to long distance(parent homes) which require transportation and time and cost, then i thing this project which enables any teacher to help those students online and without leaving their homes and at same time with more students! 

            because i love the IT when i was young till today, and don,t to work different project because i love the tech oriented projects and i grew up on that.

-the problems i see every day are fatal and need to solve for the community, there are many orphans, girls and low income  families and they could n,t afford to send their children to schools, we need to help them because i love social working and to help others and my community as i have worked with the largest educational organization(ARC) project in somaliland which costs more than 15 million and Funded by kuwait goverment bank

because of the following reasons

2- my education background of being the African relief committee Edu- affairs for Somalia 

3-my leadership background and team leading, strong communication with government and international and local NGOs

            a typical example may be my clear idea that addressees  the problem again education in our community and  i believe since we have addressed and underlined the educational problems and brought our idea to live, i think we can solve and succeed if get a  financial support  to cover in the following areas.

1- in our new system which will be developed with a third party software engineering company

2-cover costs on running our startup on Amazon hosting or alibaba cloud

3-prepare workshop centers for the skill training students 

4-advertising costs and reaching more audience using social media and tvs

the above are the most current areas we need support from this challenge to solve the above problems in these community.

7-Not to mention any  similar competitors in the region currently

1- fund our new system development(web&App) and subject preparation costs( third part developer company)

2-Amazon cloud hosting needed to run the company in strong infrastructure

3-preparing center for training for students in hargeisa

4-hiring tutors and advertising 

the only way is to get funding  from any side, then the above obstacles will be solved

1-the new system development from 10.000 to 25,000 depending on the features

2-subject preparation and translation corrections up to 15.000

3-advertising  5,000

4-technical center for the technical student training and equipment  up to  25,000

the above needed budget is prioritized as a above,  example if we get system funding we will do  if we get funding for all we also will do it
