I am Thompson, Emanaobong Emmanuel by name the CEO of Melthomp Resources Int'l. Melthomp Resources is situated at Ikot Oku Mfang, Abak Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State Nigeria. The body is a Licensed agro-allied company that deals with the production of commercial crops cultivation, poultry farming, fish farming and of course animal farming. We have played crucial part in doing our detailed market research and feasibility studies the results of the studies reveals that our state are facing diminishing of agricultural foods supply this prompts us to secured 2 hectares of land to start-up with so as to filled up the gap, we want to leverage on the vast opportunities available in the industries to contribute our Quota in growing the Nigeria economics in the National food production and raw materials.

To provide sufficient agriculture foods to the people of Akwa Ibom State.  Create an opportunity and awareness for people to engage fully in agriculture production. Increase in productivities capacity will  help to eradicate the rate of hunger and poverty which is the

major complain of the mass there will be no complain of scarcity of foods.  Our proposed projection is to make sufficient agriculture food produces available to the people in an affordable price, we want to introduce new brand processing foods through our farm produces to salvage the people of Akwa Ibom State and contribute our quota for the building of our state and the life's of the rising generation. We want to create employment opportunities through establishment of micro farming in rural areas where agriculture produces is not rampant so we can engage more live to be up and doing in having the way of sustaining themselves .

We are to solve the problem of foods shortest, to create employment opportunities for the people of Akwa Ibom State, to establish the life of those that have left behind, to eradicate hunger and poverty in the state, to render free career training program for the less privilege ,to change and re-establish the life's of our citizens by contributing our quota for the building of our country economic development and growth. From the research conducted in five local government areas, in Akwa Ibom State, we have be able to revealed that The entire people of Akwa Ibom State are affected in the problem of foods shortest, unemployment and hunger, coupling with the victims 

of covid-19 pandemic, and natural disasters , lack of capital, lack of machineries and equipment tools, lack of steady power supply, poor road , lack of land , unfavorable government policies poor income earning, lack of trained personnel's, poor network and manpower , lack of improve seedlings , stems, and specie's for quick growth and cultivation contribute to the problem.

Our proposed projection will help to fight against poverty, reduce hardships in humans family , create employment opportunities for the people in different locations , help to build our economy growth and development since We are embarking on the cultivation of organic and non-organic agriculture produce for the people of Akwa Ibom State we are hopefully to expand it to Global market and these will enable us to meet the targets and the demands of the people . So far , the area by which  we are operating in our farms is not limited to fish farming , poultry farm, crops cultivation, casava planting, fruits cultivation , vegetables greens, pumpkin, and we definitely hope to add more agriculture produces to our list as need arises.

The people of Akwa Ibom State, are the beneficiary of this project, through the thorough investigation and research conducted in five local government areas in Akwa Ibom State, which include Ikot Ekpene, Abak, Eket, Ikot Abasi, and Uyo local government area, we were able  to reveal and highlight some factors and the problem facing the people , which includes shortest of agriculture foods supply, lack of employment opportunities, hunger and poverty. hopefully that by expansion and increase in productivities capacity we would make food sufficient to the demands of the people and make more employment opportunities available to the masses. We also have the vision to extend our farms to local and rural areas within the communities in each local government area in Akwa Ibom State, so as  to enable everyone to get involved  and benefits from the outcome of this project.

The purpose of the project is to help the people of Akwa Ibom State in providing a lot of opportunities for people especially for those who are less privilege been left behind, and also the project will be to the benefits of all household who consumed farms produces. As the matter of facts , every households consumed farms produces. 

The project was started as a family business, in 2015, later on , as the business is gradually growing, we decided to invite and employment some personnel to work and grow up the business, now the business is no longer a family business, since a lot of people are contributed for the building up and success of the project, now we are 35 workers who meet in council to form the ideas for this project. I being the CEO of Melthomp Resources Int'l coordinate with the board members, which includes the chairman, secretary, treasurer, financial secretary and others  team managers and some important key holders  to plan and discussed about the ideas and draw to a conclusion of implementation. 

Our interest to this project is because we love our nation we want to served our people aside from the business being so prosperous and booming , the most important part of us been so passionate for this project is because we want to asist and lift those that their hands hangs down through the profit we will generate from our sales of our farms produces, the  problem of the people of Akwa Ibom State is the  problem of every citizens of the state as well ,when there is justice there will be peace  and when there is  peace in the nation every hands shall be in desks for the building the  economic growth and development of such nation and thereby there will be no war or hatred since everyone one are treated fairly . we really want to served our people with their needs so that they can be able to enjoy their human rights, it is important because human life matters, we have to served them so there would be peace , fairness and justices in the nation.

We have professional personnels , who are experts in the field, all of our team workers are well trained personnels, they have the capacity and skills to execute the project for the benefits of all to solved the problem and the needs of the mass population.

We are aware that there are going to be some challenges especially in the areas of selling our farms produces, we are aware that they are a lots of competitors in the globe , that's why we took time to do thorough research so we can invest in every opportunities available in agriculture industries, to enable us sales our products to our clients in a very low cost, we also do our best to invest  more in the life of our personnel so they can be committed to work by giving them training and job motivation to help them help us archived our goals .

As the CEO of Melthomp Resources Int'l, I undergone training in domita's farms sponsored by Federal republic of Nigeria, by Industrial Training Fund, after my six months training, I was employed to work as a poultry and fish farm manager, I work there for 1year, and have another appointment to work for A -Z farms as a general farm manager, before going back home to establish Melthomp Resources Int'l, coupling with other leadership experience currently I am serving as the church financial  auditor.

Our objective is to re-establish the life of the rising generation, by looking at the welfare and the needs necessary to cause a change of been self-employed.we also aimed at making food supply sufficient  to the people of Akwa Ibom State.

The vision of melthomp resources is to cause a change in the society not only for income making , but to used the profit generating to build the life of the less privilege people that is why always contribute our quota for the building our Nation.

Currently because of the victim of covid-19 pandemic  we are feeding  over 10,000 People from our farms produces' and in one year interval our projections is to serve up to 20'000 people in Akwa Ibom State, añd in five years to come hopefully we would get up to five states in the country that will be affected positively on this project.

We want to expand our production capacity and introduce new brand products to our farm, we want to key into Rice plantation, cattle ranch, harshing of fish to get more fingerling for sale. We also want to plan cocoa this is to assist us to create employment opportunities for the people and elevate poverty and hunger in the state.

The barrier we may likely have could be lack of capital to implement our plan so we can achieve our goals in five years interval, that is why we are taking a step to sort from the right source where we can obtained grant to initiate in the business , another barrier is lack of machines and equipment to run the business faster than  human's labor. We also have problem of land to expand the our farm boundary .

However, we have secured 2hecters of land for the project, and we need more 5 hecters for expansion to be able to overcome  the barriers , we are also working our part to make some contribute to fund the project adding with the income generated to move the business forward,since the project is a big project, is the reason we are looking for the source of financial support from the right source.so we can used to secure machines and equipment and other necessities to run the business.

IOur goods are quality products, that call for high demand , for example we always dress our chiken and package them very well and then supply to our customers,  with affordable price, we do sale them in a subsidising price to people so they can in return resale it and make profit, we do give all our customers 10%discount from their purchases, and help to deliver the goods for them at their shop to reduce stress and over expanses. Part of The profit we generated from sales we used It to render free training career program to the less privilege people in the community , we also contribute our quota to build our economic development and growth, our beneficiary which include every household , companies, schools ,agriculture Marchant, and industries that rely on agriculture produces as the source of their raw material for  manufacturing we sales our goods to them, both organic and non organic agriculture produces, all of our farm produces is of high demand because everyone consumed farms produces. We advertize our products  regularly in radio station, local news paper, social media, sending of handbills and flyers to the people to create awareness from there we get more referrals,.

The method we are aiming at to fund this project is  to obtain sustainable donation and grants, contribution from family members, contribution from the organization members, the income generated from sales , is the amount we hope to combined for to  running of  The project.

So far the revenue we are able to generate from sales of our crops, fishes farms, poultry farm, and lot more award the sum$5000 in 6 months due to the covid-19 pandemic, a lot of our quota have been contributed for the fighting of this dilama , but we are optimistic that if we can have the sum of$ 50,000 to initiate into this business within 6months time will would double the amount and it hit to the area of our targets.

We are seeking for grant to expand the business the sum of $ 50,000 we are hoping to commence the by November through October 2020 .

Coupling with the barrier that we are facing that could not enable us to meet our targets objective in providing sufficient foods to the people of Akwa Ibom State, we apply for the elevate prize so we can used the sum to  secure machine and equipment, lands and seedlings, to expand our productivities capacity and create employment opportunities to the less privilege, and solve the problem of the people.
