MegaHub
Advertising and Developer, fascinated by the technology and innovation area. Currently CMO at Unyttos. It already has projects of social impact in a time, aimed at helping the residents of peripheries and communities in need. In 2017, enter an initiative to create an inclusion project that allows the inclusion of more than several profiles in the job market, working since then. In 2019, start a suicide prevention movement that aims to connect with family, educational and professional spheres so that they understand the importation of their roles in the process of fighting suicide. Activate and organize hackathon events, as an initiative to encourage young entrepreneurs. Believe that stimulating financial and professional independence through the establishment of commercial relations is the best path for an inclusion policy.
Several young people currently face great difficulty to enter the labor market, even having a technical or higher education, many of them are not inserted in the market because they do not use it, meet the stipulated standards or the absence of vacancies for the chosen sector. Thinking about this scenario, we propose as a solution the creation of a platform postponed during the development process of your training projects, allowing the participation of entrepreneurs interested in your topic. In this way, these young people can use for their potential, leaving aside the criterion for judging the stipulated social standard, in addition to offering the possibility of creating a startup that mitigates the impact of unemployment, considering that it will generate new opportunities.
At the beginning of the year 2020, ILO (International Labor Organization) reported the official unemployment rates in Latin America, Brazil with the 11.7% index occupied the first place in this scale (in comparison with the other countries in america) Latin). In updated data, published by IBGE, the unemployment rate in Brazil is already at 12.6%, following an increasing scale. Still published by IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics), 27.1% of young Brazilians occupy the unemployment margin. CODEPLAN (Federal District Planning Company), young people correspond to 41% of the 314 thousand unemployed in Brazil. On the other hand, the number of startups in Brazil has increased several times in the last eight years (data from the Brazilian Association of Startups), 11 of these companies are already unicorns and responsible for numerous hires. Large companies are interested in the Startup model and invest in them, companies such as Microsoft, Intel, Google, Cisco among others. The growth in the Startups market has had a direct impact on the appearance of new vacancies and on the reduction of the unemployment rate, but it is still necessary to insert this large group of unemployed (young people).
MegaHub, is a b2b2c multilateral web-responsive platform, which aims to connect entrepreneurs and students in a way that builds a fully digital community, focused on the emergence of new startups, through the methodology used by innovation and technology hubs.
The platform has the functionality to search for existing projects, classified by theme, name, institution or categories.
For the entrepreneur, it offers the opportunity to launch challenges faced by or of interest to your company, to encourage students to be present in this universe of entrepreneurship.
Through the evaluation system, students will gain visibility within the platform and relevance in the world of startups.
Within the system, it will be possible for the entrepreneur to invest in a project that catches their attention and evaluate existing projects.
The student will be able to choose a challenge within the platform and develop his / her course completion work on top of the proposed challenge, which will make the project have a greater base and market value, in addition to enabling the connection with existing projects, to create a more complete project.
The project is aimed at students of technical and higher level and works by creating an online community where students will have direct contact with entrepreneurs, which will facilitate the establishment of professional relationships and insertion in the job market. The initiative aims to bring financial independence to these young people, encouraging the creation of their own business, formerly called startup. Because this public is the most affected by unemployment and has great difficulty when entering the job market, establishing this relationship is fundamental for a good position in the market. During the stages of submission, development and analysis of the project, the evaluation system will be useful for the positioning of the young person in order to analyze their abilities in the intended area. Consequently, reducing unemployment and career deviations, making these students more accomplished in their goals and professional careers.
- Elevating opportunities for all people, especially those who are traditionally left behind
I have already developed projects that required the labor of professionals and I was able to identify the greatest difficulties faced by them. In the reports of many of them, they mentioned the difficulty of professionals in achieving financial stability and professional recognition, resorting to training and professional training courses, but often not obtaining the desired return and on the part of entrepreneurs to find professionals who meet their needs. requirements. I am part of a community of entrepreneurs and have considered the possibility of establishing a connection between these profiles in a way that meets the needs of both sides. The biggest difficulty is the intermediation of professionals, where one side seeks solutions and the other creates, so I saw a way to create job opportunities and enter the market. From there came the idea of a platform that would build this path in an interactive way and encourage entrepreneurship.
Because I believe that entrepreneurship is what drives the economy, in the moment of crisis that we are going through in Brazil, it was the Startups that held the economy by making available vacancies and alternative methods of employment, where many preferred the model of work in startups due to the flexibility and the working model. I believe that the Cartesian model of CLT work cannot serve as a rule. The world has changed and there are other, more innovative ways to achieve these goals. I believe in the freedom of companies and the freedom of professionals to produce regardless of the place in which they are operating.
I am a public school student and I observe this reality closely, where many young people remain on the edge of unemployment and do not have contact with commercial spheres or good networking, which makes their process of insertion in the market difficult. Many report the constant search for a job and the difficulty in acquiring even a freelance, getting closer to an entrepreneurial community would be a process of accelerating the professional profile of this student and a way of understanding the specific environment.
I am part of entrepreneur communities and I have been involved in startup projects for a while, I always try to connect people, with the goal of improving the results of their ventures.
I am graduated in social communication, I have great interest in the area of entrepreneurship and innovation. I am a mentor in several events in the area, where many of them have become market projects or are in the process of being implemented. I know and constantly study the methodology used in hubs and the investment strategies adopted in the acceleration processes. These factors are punctual for the project's foundation, allowing me to understand the essential resources and needs to transform a training project into a Startup, in addition to meeting entrepreneurs interested in this business model.
There is a great difficulty in finding professionals interested in this theme, which required me to develop more leadership skills to keep these professionals, as many are more focused on financial return and not the recognition of processes, but not all projects provide a financial return on according to the value of the professional.
During the process, there were several dropouts from those involved in development and planning and many companies at first did not accept the idea, claiming that it was not feasible to enter the market. The search for justifications and context of relevance was increasingly present. Although there was often a negative return in terms of acceptance, the need and willingness to resolve this issue made me persist.
I work as a consultant in innovation and technology projects, due to having a great capacity to identify the needs of a business and the actions taken to achieve the desired objective. I am Afro-descendant, from the periphery and LGBT, I had great difficulty in entering the job market even though I have training courses, due to not meeting the stipulated social profile. Even with these barriers, I tried to build a community and a project that could include people who were going through the same difficulty as I was. At the moment I see several young people facing the same problem that I faced, but not finding the support that I found at the time, many end up giving up their career and subjecting themselves to unlawful or ethical paths. To build a more integrated and inclusive community, I work with social inclusion and psychological support projects, such as the social events that I have already organized to include these profiles in the market, such as Gerindo Minha Carreira, Conectar é Viver among others on the grid.
- For-profit, including B-Corp or similar models
Understanding that students are a possible source for the emergence of new ventures and working on it during the teaching process is an innovative methodology in itself. But establishing the connections and relationships necessary to make a project feasible and transform it into a startup, structuring a community model integrated with other communities, is a great differential compared to other projects. This form of execution allows a closer relationship between the spheres that until then were considered to be opposites; with this approach, a new sphere appears, generating employment, cooperating for the emergence of new ideas and encouraging the growth of the economy.

Currently our project is in the validation stage, we already have the acceptance of the paula souza center and we are testing it in a specific institution. We intend to serve the entire state next year. Five years from now, we aim to serve the entire national territory and already have a good position at the international level.
We intend to reach a larger scale of countries and connect with investors interested in the proposed model, to the point of fostering the regional, national and future world economy.
Not all institutions are aware of the startup concept, many of them are not as receptive to the proposed business model or do not have the infrastructure or preparation to perform such activities.
We intend to gain more relevance with the project by building partnerships and establishing inclusive mentoring methods, so that all students understand the world of startups and are interested in building their own.
We are establishing a commercial partnership with the centro paula souza and connecting investors to the network.
