Zaynelist is also a simple but effective way to reduce the unemployment rate in Nigeria today by tapping into the vibrant entrepreneurial human capital in the start up community and connecting them opportunities to help them fulfill their dreams, follow their vision, pursue their passion.
Zaynelist is committed to raising the quality of goods and services delivered in Nigeria and by Nigerian businesses in diaspora by peering them with seasoned customer service advocates in similar business endeavors.
The goal of this is to polish and hone the skills of Nigerian small and medium business owners and provide a platform to expand their markets to a wider audience.
The Zaynelist model of fostering collaboration freelancers and between small & medium business owners launch in Nigeria in October 2018.
The model will be fine-tuned and baked in over a period of 2 years and then expand to other parts of the Africa starting with Ghana, Cameron and Senegal in 2020
After 2 years the mobile application will scale to become a decentralized application (dApp) ensure business supply chains are inclusive and optimized based on service level agreements (SLA) agreed to by zaynelist merchants.

This solution reduces the rate of employment, fosters collaboration and expands the market base of existing businesses today using mobile application and blockchain technology
We communicate, conduct business, find jobs using mobile applications today.
If we can take that a step further by putting that means of earning a living on the blockchain today, we at zaynelist strongly believe that we can leapfrog into the future and change the way African Entrepreneurs live and work today.
1. Do a soft launch of the mobile application in October 2018
2. Raise awareness and seek Seed funding from Harambe Entrepreneur Alliance in November 2018 to complete Pilot phase
3. Raise awareness and grow the subscriber base at HBS Africa Business Conference 2019
4. Integrate with the payment gateways into the application to facilitate payments through the platform in April 2019
5. Test the mobile application on a suitable blockchain to enable it scale to to become a dApp June 2019
In 3 years, Zaynelist will also start a mircoloan service to enable its enterpreneurs learn skills, grow their business and hire more employees to meet the growing pains of scaling their businesses after gaining access to a wider market. In 5 years, Zaynelist would be the best app in west Africa to can find and hire the most reliable African professionals and trust that they will be able to deliver the best goods and services to your door step. This will change the way Africans live, commute & work and put a dent in the unemployment rate across West Africa
