I am Mohammad Ebrahim''Farooqi''from Afghanistan 23years old and in 2019,I graduated in economics and management.and I have experience of teaching in private courses and  network marketing for almost 2years I worked with voda company,which was in the vacation sector and I presented more than 1000 from my team and the rest of the teams,which attracted more than 156people with my direct presentation. unfortunately,for some reason (the explanation is detailed),the company got into trouble and I suffered a heavy defeat.after that I was eager to bring the Swedish Oriflame representative to Afghanistan unfortunately,the company refused to give its representation to Afghanistan,despite my full readiness and having an investor.

after hearing repeated negative from Oriflame,I pursued my dreams( Creating my Network Marketing corporation )with steely determination.I went on trips and read a lot of books to come up with this great idea.

1_Afghanistan is a country with a strategic position in the heart of Asia that has been at war over its strategic location throughout history.And these wars have caused great problems,  Problems such as poverty, unemployment,lack of growth and development,corruption,lack of economic infrastructure,discrimination, illiteracy,lack of e-commerce,lack of banking,especially e-banking,Etc

2_My project has a positive impact on all these factors,it causes a significant reduction in each of these problems
My project is focused on the growth and development of e-commerce and banking,especially electronics in Afghanistan,and I recommend network marketing for this purpose.
3_Network marketing stimulates people to move towards e-commerce and banking, especially e-banking. and since e-commerce and banking, especially e-banking, have a positive impact on problems such as poverty, unemployment, growth and development, improving infrastructure, eliminating discrimination and growing global participation, I can say that this action will improve the lives of the people and the growth and development of a society.

Developing countries lack the right business and logistics infrastructure to support the development of e-commerce, e-banking and e-government.
Afghanistan is a developing country that unfortunately has a large part of its domestic and foreign trade in the traditional way. I want to put Afghanistan on the path to e-commerce, reduce traditional trade, and promote e-commerce, develop e-banking and encourage and force people to put their money in the bank and I am sure I can.
more than 100,000 people graduate from universities each year, but very few find jobs, entrepreneurial talent is found in most young graduates, but they do not take action due to the lack of e-banking and e-commerce infrastructure.
another problem I want to solve with the Startup platform is the elimination of gender and racial discrimination, Network marketing is a good job for women. The best part of our target market will be women.
So, in a general way, my project will make the Afghanistan economy electronic, reduce poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, discrimination and corruption, and promote the development and improvement of infrastructure and the welfare of many people.

People need motivation to do a job. fortunately,network marketing creates this stimulus in people by creating part-time jobs,passive income,and being a boss.
I intend to provide airline ticketing services(sale services) to Afghanistan and subsequently the world in a comprehensive plan in the network marketing industry.
this pristine startup platform of me will marginalized travel agencies and traditional business jobs,and it allows all Afghans to buy cheap domestic and foreign plane tickets they also earn an average of 250$ or more per month for direct sales. 
we consider electronic banking to be the only way for us to communicate financially.
It is amazing to earn more than 250$ a month in a country where more than 45% are below the poverty line.
we give people the opportunity to earn part-time,but on the basis of e-commerce and e-banking,this is how people are encouraged to go towards our goal.
the plan and algorithm of the Startup platform is based on binary plan,and as Corona according to the binary algorithm in less than eight months,it affected more than 10 million people. we will take the market in the shortest possible time based on the binary system and we will lead a large number of people to e-commerce and e-banking.

Electronization of businesses, banking, transportation, sales, and electronization of the private sector and government is a basic need.
and Corona proved to us how much the lack of electronic issues can affect a country's economy.
shifting the economy of a country to electronic, it affects the lives of almost all the people of the country. 
The first effect is job creation : Banks need more branches and expertise, businesses are thinking about developing to make it easier on the Internet, the government needs manpower to legislate and remove and add laws.
The next effect is the creation, efficiency and effectiveness of the organs, for example, population statistics, improving the election process, saving time and expense, etc.
the next effect is to help increase the entrepreneurial process, and increase online stores, the next impact is the improvement of economic infrastructure, reducing gender and racial discrimination, Increase awareness and understanding of people and change beliefs, behaviors and attitudes etc. ...
I'm sure that with this startup platform and other side ideas I can put Afghanistan on the path to e-learning.

After I got acquainted with network marketing, a big change took place in my life. Network marketing changed my mentality.
I studied many companies, read many books and went on trips, during my travels to India and Iran, I realized that most economic activities are electronic. I said to myself why not Afghanistan ? I was studying and searching when one day I told my friend who had a travel agency that why don't you sell tickets through websites like Iran and India?
instead of always talking on the phone, telling the flight time the price, and so on make a website and make yourself comfortable ? I was talking when I realized that our banking is not electronic and that people remain in the traditional way they don't trust the site and the app and a hundred other problems after that day, my mind was on how to go to e-banking?
since I was researching and reading about the network I realized that there is no company that provides airline ticket services in the form of a network ...! 
and that's when I thought about creating this great startup platform.

As I mentioned earlier,Afghanistan has always been at war throughout its history because of its strategic location. throughout history,great powers such as Skandar,changenkhan,Britain,Russia, neighboring powers,recently since 2001,the US have come to this land but failed.
right now,more than 44foreign countries are present in Afghanistan,spending tens of billions of dollars,but unfortunately, there is still no news of global peace,nor of growth,development!what is the reason?apart from the political and economic reasons.etc.

in my opinion,one of the main and most important reasons for this unfortunate situation is that Afghans themselves did not stand up for prosperity,progress, peace,growth and development and did not work hard!only we can save ourselves from this situation.as an Afghan,when I think about my ability and talent to grow the development and well-being of my people and my country,I am filled with the energy of passion and burning motivation.whether I win this award or not,I will pursue my goal,I have been acquainted with your award for 5days,but I have been working on my idea and project for months,I mean that I did not design this idea because of your award,but because of my country and the people.I want to implement this idea.I'm sure this project deserves this award and even more.

The best answer to this why is the existing of these mentalities in me: Patriotism, respect for humanity and striving to build a better world.
I am young and 23 years old, but if I say that I have as much experience as a 30-year-old, I would not be lying. If I say that I made a mistake about 30 years old, I would not be lying. I would not be lying if I said that I had reached puberty before my age. I have been teaching private math courses since I was 15 years old.
after graduating from high school, I entered the field of economics and management through the entrance exam and worked in the marketing network for some time that I was very successful.
in a word, I believe in myself that I can accomplish this project in the best possible way, if I could not, God would not put me on this path.

I am in the process of realizing a very big project, so surely the obstacles and problems are as big as my project I understand this and I am ready to face any kind of problem.
I am a risk taker and at the same time I have no doubts about my abilities and I am sure that I will be able to overcome all obstacles and problems.

I'm young, I'm exaggerating if I say I have a lot of experience in leadership.
I see leadership talent in myself because I studied it and I had good leadership when I was a math teacher and the leader of a group at Veda, and I am the son of a father who was both a government general (general of Bagram and Paul Charkhi prisons for four years from 2011 to 2015 ) and a great man and leader. General Gulam farooq.
and on the other hand, given the knowledge I have of myself, I am convinced that I can be a successful leader for my country.

Fixing a vacuum in the network marketing industry means creating an extremely valuable platform for selling Airline tickets in the form of direct sales.
one of the advantages of my project is that it provides a platform for more entrepreneurship for the people of my country, and that is amazing.

I am sure that my project will affect many lives and even change the lifestyle of a nation.
Here are some simple examples:
one of the most important long-term and even medium-term results of this project is that it provides a platform for more entrepreneurship. I'm sure we'll see a lot of entrepreneurship after I bring e-commerce and e-banking users to a significant level for example, there will be a lot of online stores, traditional businesses will go to electronics, all people's money will be in the banks, and that means the government is completely in control of the money, the technology will grow significantly, and so on.
The next output will be to create prosperity and increase people's income.
Pay attention to this statistic :
About 30 flights a day, carrying at least 4,000 passengers, are operated by the country's airlines. Airlines pay at least $ 8 for each ticket sold and that means $ 32,000 a day for comission of travel agencies, and if we count in one month (30 * 32,000) 960,000
I use the strategies of my Startup platform to capture the country's airline ticket sales market, and by a specific algorithm and plan, I distribute this amount ($ 960,000) per month among Startup users, and followed by the world 
How useful does you think this can be in a country where 45% of them are below the poverty line?
If my work becomes globalized, how much currency will be brought to my country? ....?!

In the first year, our goal will be to have more than 10,000 active users, and we will certainly achieve this goal by having a binary system and word-of-mouth marketing.
In the second year, I set a goal of 50,000 people, and I'm 99 percent sure that in the second year we will break the 50,000 mark.
In the third year, I will make changes to the structure of my startup and will probably add other services or products and we will take practical steps towards globalization and the creation of a global partnership network
and this year we will reach our goal of 250,000 people, and in the fifth year we will have to cross the border of one million people.
by these numbers, I mean people who, in addition to buying from us, have plans to enter my company, and I have stated these numbers and figures in the worst possible way, and in a general and optimistic state, we are growing terribly.

As I mentioned before, my goal is to globalize and turn my company into a world famous brand. for 5 years, my company will be in the list of 10 best network marketing companies in the world.

Because I start from scratch, there are so many obstacles in my way
Such as lack of infrastructure, lack of clear rules regarding e-commerce and banking, low access to the Internet and smart phones, low understanding of people to use technology, lack of initial capital to start my work, etc. Barriers
But I am sure that I will succeed because I have a good and lofty goal and God is with me and I have no doubt about my talent and ability.

I am absolutely sure that there is no impossibility or I will find a way or I will build a way and I will never leave.
With the help of the great God who wants human progress and perfection, with the help of my team of educated young people, with the help of my father who is a leader and with the help of the president and the government. I will clear my way

Banks and airlines are the most important organizations I need to negotiate with
I will work with them through win-win negotiations.
and then with government and private organizations that lead me to my goal.

I raise my capital by winning this award
If one percent of my projects are rejected, then I will finance myself through banks, in one condition to prosper thier banking.

Not yet, but I have plans to finance my start-up, which I will tell you about closely.
