What is the problem that you are committed to solving?
We are trying to address the youth unemployment problem, while instilling a culture of excellence in client organizations. Culture is the ultimate competitive advantage for any organization to succeed. Yet, in Sub-Saharan Africa, more specifically in the DRC and Ivory Coast, many organizations are still struggling to implement a culture of high performance. We thus try to solve these two issues by providing education for employment to help young adults gain skills and work experience for the 21st century workplace, while providing coaching, tools, content, and thought leadership to help client organizations achieve results that require a change in human behavior, which in turn will have a ripple effect on decent work, economic growth, and quality education.
What is the solution you are proposing?
Our proposed solution is multifaceted:
- We provide talent solutions, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent, education for employment, and prepare tomorrow’s workforce by empowering young adults with best-in-class content, hands-on experience, and skills for the 21st-century workplace.
- We link young adults to internships and career opportunities and provide them with the opportunity to have their first work experience either through entrepreneurship or work with a partner organization.
- We monitor the performance and career progress of these young adults and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- We build workforce pipelines for client organizations and offer talent solutions and selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent.
- We enable greatness in people and client organizations by providing coaching, content, tools, methodology, training and thought leadership, all based on a foundation of unshakable principles and proven practices.
- Designed for the most pressing issues workforce will face today and tomorrow, our training content is offered to organizations through All-Access Pass, an annual subscription that allows them to expand their reach, achieve business objectives, and improve performance in a sustainable way with unlimited access to our content throughout the year.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent is an integral part of the talent solutions we will offer to talent seekers. It is an existing technology that enables exceptional experiences across employee attraction, engagement, development, and retention. Our objective is to deploy it in markets in the DRC and Ivory Coast, where there is a high need to automate talent acquisition processes.
Over the next twelve months, as the digital transformation kicks in, our plan is to provide the best education for employment in the DRC and Ivory Coast and increase our customer base and revenue by selling our solutions through an annual subscription that will enable our clients to access our virtual best-in-class training content (All-Access Pass). We also have the ambition to build a workforce pipeline to offer talent solutions to our clients, which will aggregate the best young talent in our two markets, and impact 1000 young adults with decent work by June 2019.
Over the next five year, as the digital transformation kicks in, our plan is to provide the best education for employment in the DRC and Ivory Coast and increase our customer base and revenue by selling our solutions through an annual subscription that will enable our clients to access our virtual best-in-class training content (All-Access Pass). We also have the ambition to build a workforce pipeline to offer talent solutions to 100 more clients, which will aggregate the best young talent in our two markets, and impact 10,000 young adults with decent work by June 2019.

We will deploy our solutions by promoting them to mid-sized organizations in our current markets, and sell them with other training content, because we believe that it is more effective to sell a set of solutions rather than one, to solve a specific problem.

Our revenue streams result from grants, digital and physical products and services and value propositions successfully offered to our customers. We raised 20,000 USD in grants in 2014, and so far we have raised slightly over 5,000 USD in revenues for the 2018 fiscal year.
