Future Work Needs Next Level Education
It is inevitable that robots will take over basic jobs, so education is key to success.
With technology advancing, it is inevitable that robots will take over basic jobs, and our education is not advancing along.Jobs are at high risk, if we don't revolutionize our education, with a revolutionized education we could create new industries, innovate, discover, and specialize. As a matter of fact, the first robots are around. These robots are bulky and expensive to buy. There is a huge potential market for robots. The need for food will spark the massive growth of robots in the workforce. “Better technology makes more better jobs for horses” the introduction of robots into the workforce will increase the profits of stores and many companies. Not only does it not cost $10.10 an hour per person to sort clothes everyday for ten or twelve hours will indeed reduce the cost of maintaining a franchise or store, same thing with coffee, there already is a robot in the market that makes coffee, and it will remember your order no matter where you go, implementing this to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts will reduce their spending by a lot and will overall increase customer satisfaction, as humans make mistakes, and people in the morning are not the happiest people, meaning that a robot that will make the right order every single time without a mistake will increase customer satisfaction. Also, a robot doesn’t discriminate, meaning that the racial tensions of today will decrease leading to fewer lawsuits and happier clients that will return. We already have used a robot before, its the self-checkout at your local grocery store, this robot only requires one paid employee to manage many, and the outcome is still the same for the consumer, but the company now will just spend cents per day to just get the job done, essentially saving thousands of dollars a day. But robots taking over is not the problem, because people will specialize after exposure to a revolutionized education, but rather the problem is what will happen in the transition of automation."Better technology makes better jobs for horses" we will be able to specialize and advance, rather than being stuck, this will help low-income families earn money. Jobs are not the only part to the transition, diplomatic efforts and social programs like Universal Basic Income will have to be implemented. For diplomatic efforts the current superpowers like Russia, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United States, India, China, Brazil, Canada, Germany, France, and the United Arab Emirates could come up with multiple agreements and some form of alliance could be formed, then this transition could be less deadly and could possibly have a greater positive impact on the World and on the society of humans. The transition will be very tough. The transition will not be fast, neither will it be slow, we could also educate children and teens to take part in world peace and social help.

The current education system has not been changed since the industrial revolution. Now, to match the skills needed to fulfill the gap we need revolutionized education. The best way to have anything is to have it personalized. My program will cater to the students learning style, to what they want to learn, and teaches them skills like cooperation, collaboration, and peace. What differentiates my program is that we have a diagnostic exam that helps find what the learner is best at, then we hand-pick lessons and topics that will match both the student and the future that is near.
Technology is the main part of this program. We are trying to shift away from education from the classroom to more social areas and online. The technology that we will use is a website that hosts its own server where students may interact with each other, they may even ask a tutor for help! We are hoping to make it compatible online as a website, on the phone as a website and an app, and we are hoping to have the students switch through modes without any issues.
I am the creator, and also the only person currently working on Viloveso. I am hoping to build the app and the website shortly, along with acquiring team members. I am requesting to pilot this at my school's Tutoring Center and expand it to other schools. Hopefully, we could reach international within twelve months.
My vision for the next three to five years is more automation, but also a revolutionized way of learning. I hope that within four years my future team could pilot a full class for multiple weeks, the classroom would not have any teacher, but rather the teacher would be online, and the students would be able to progress and excel in school. If that becomes a success then we could spread more new innovations that help create a better future for the next generation's education and to prepare them for what is to come next.

I will start with introducing the program at my school, then if that becomes a success, then I will create online advertisements, television advertisements, and also I will introduce the program at schools all over Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, New Jersey and New Hampshire. I hope to reach investors by not just my advertisements, but I will try to go to them and pitch my program, I will also be calling and Emailing investors, and possibly go on Shark Tank, or Pitch to Silicon Valley Investors. I hope to also have a joint partnership with Khan Academy.
Currently, I am serving no students, but that is because this is just an Idea, but when the pilot gets rolled out, I hope to test it on the Tutoring center in my school and possibly test it on other CREC schools.
I expect to serve around thirty to one hundred students in the next twelve months. I will be serving them by presenting at my school and at other CREC schools, I will then offer them the program to try, I will also have them and teachers use it in the classroom. In three years I hope to have tested in 70% of schools in CT, some schools in New York and New York City, along with testing in schools in Boston, London, UK, and Warsaw, Poland.

We have excellent skills in Mathematics, English, Science, and Professionalism. Wiktor, the Team Leader, may create and build websites. These skills will enable us to attract resources because they know they could trust Viloveso since they may believe that we know what to do and what to expect.
I am applying to solve because I believe that Solve will help me reach my goals of expanding internationally, global peace, and revolutionized education, by having judges that are heads of companies, and by having the winner speak at the United Nations.
Some barriers to the success might be our age, and so other people and organizations may not believe or trust in us since we are, 15 and 18. Solve will help by showing heads of state, diplomats, and executives that I am not who they think I am, and that my program may succeed with international cooperation, legislation, and their help and interest.
