Alimuradova Organisation
Since 2012 involved in Poland's social activities (in 2004, with my mother, we carried out a Humanitarian Action for children injured in the terrorist attack in Beslan). Since 2016, I have been speaking at international conferences on the importance of self-development in activism, and how important international cooperation is while creating long-term solutions. Since 2017, I'm working on a youth development in the Republic of Dagestan. As of 2018, I'm the president of the SDG Youth Council in Pakistan, where I'm discovering multidimensional social sectors during travels. My form of expression is being for the other human being.
President of the Alimuradova Organization;member of the Board of Poland Helps Poland Foundation; part of the Stanisław Wyspiański Association (nominated as a social activist in 2018); 25under25 Forbes; part of HER Docs Film Festival and Shams Community; Ambassador Exempt From Theory; in spare time mentoring projects whose aim is to improve society.
Lack of aware participation in society and not understanding the concept of social responsibility is the worldwide issue. Concept of the project aims to increase the political participation of young citizens and citizens in Poland (as a start) (ages 16 – 25) through workshops, competitions and mentoring, organized in schools and Youth Institutions, meetings with politicians and people with political expertise, also by conducting nationwide surveys on accessible political behaviour among youth. The aim of the project is to shape young people into aware and involved citizens. Evaluating humanity by bringing the most needed on the table, by education, by providing opportunities, by asking questions never asked, by connecting people, by giving them chance to speak, to open their voice and be heard.
Youth lack of interest in politics, low voter turnout, and lack of representation of this age in Polish political circles is not so much a surprise what a widely accepted status quo. Despite growing frustration among youth and the political system in Poland, a few steps are taken to help this situation succeed or a significant change. Taking into account the current political situation in Poland, Europe and the the world, the climate crisis, the weakening of democratic values, and increasingly more visible corruption of ruling parties, among other factors, involving young people in making decisions that affect their future is not only essential but even critical for the political development of the 'democracy of tomorrow'. Poland lacks political leaders, both in the ruling party and in the opposition, who can reach out to young voters and understand their problems. According to the study, this has a direct effect on the decline in the number of young people involved or even interested in Polish trends year by year. This is proof that formal education does not shape young Poles' civic attitudes, interest in decisions made by the government, or stresses the importance of high voter turnout to uphold democratic values.
Establishing relationships with local, experienced activists and politicians who will share they know how. Educational workshops that would take place in secondary schools, Youth Institutions, and as a supplementary program for young people interested in further education and activities shaping youth to be aware and engaged citizens. A contest to award those who wants to develop politically, and socially. With access to a mentoring program with an experienced representative. 16 people, one each from the province, will get access to the program mentoring and assisting in the creation of a civic project in the region. Connecting politicians with youth will offer young audiences insight, new knowledge, and a first-hand perspective that will allow them to become familiar with the realities of society. Scientific research, conducted throughout Poland, will help to know and diagnose trends in political behaviours popular among young people, or lack thereof, to develop suggestions and recommendations on steps to be taken to engage young people in politics and shaping their civic attitudes. 6) The Project will be monitored and continuously evaluated for improvements and real-time corrections. Create and develop a website that will be condensed medium project activities and a platform for exchanging thoughts through program beneficiaries.
Most societies are busy with big issues or more vital issues in their opinion depending on what they believe they're lacking. and most of the times they focus their goals on wide issues that they forget to evaluate their community and look for what it's lacking. We as 'new generation/ youth' while growing up we noticed things maybe older generations didn't care about or didn't notice some side effects of. Solution provision should be streamlined towards solving issues that truly affect the people. We need to hear from them to be able to help. Youth from Poland, as a beginning. Interviewing, mentoring social projects, giving workshops, traveling to small polish villages, exploring how they are living, what are their values and social situation and opportunities.
- Elevating issues and their projects by building awareness and driving action to solve the most difficult problems of our world
Contribute by bringing up new perspectives of the vision of democracy, exploring how justice is perceived in a European country, making The Elevate Prize as a creator of new angles for building democracy in countries that might be in a problematic situation. It is essential to connect on a global level to get better perspectives how local issues might be changed. By giving opportunities further, sharing awareness and exploring deeper understanding of what's the truth, not allowing schemes and systems to control over honesty.
During my travels as a speaker, attending at conferences, and meeting people and interviewing them I recognised some patterns if it comes to why youth are not engaged, or what is the obstacle in their personal growth. I started doing it with Foundation Exempt from Theory, latter on with my own. It all started from my humanitarian project in Beslan.
I remember, as a little girl, changing kindergartens, schools a lot. I wasn't very well-liked, I was called by people for all sorts of reasons, I didn't have the best grades, and I questioned many things that were going on around me. I was looking for something all the time. At least now I know it was a search. There was an absolute faith that guided me without looking at what was around me. It was a belief that was solidified in moments of failure and when no one understood when there was only ridicule around. I met some people at my path that showed me an opportunity to be heard, to make a difference, who gave me a shot to engage, and I took it. My mum unconditional support gives me a strength to make mistakes, to try, to share it with others.
I do believe that education in meaning activism and doing - can open the eyes to the diversity of cultures and create a friendly space for building bridges between communities. I do believe that by creating places with a soul, we will be able to develop friendships among nations. I do believe that by showing interest, we can stimulate society to act. I do feel the strength that I can convey and which I can share with another human being. I do feel a determination to bring peace and love in places that need it especially. I do feel that creating places of connection of religion, cultures, and thoughts is my goal. For me it’s amazing how all of the activities finding their way of connection. By my activities in Poland, Pakistan, Republic of Dagestan, Jerusalem or Jordan it felt incredible for me to experience all these stages of social activism. I’m willing to share it, I’m willing to gain more knowledge, to gain more awareness to spread it further.
It was in Pakistan. I was providing workshops about social responsibility and how to be a social activist, how to find an issue that touches your community. After the workshop one girl started making a change in her neighbourhood. Aim of the project was to educate girls about menstruation and self-awareness. Family of the girl was not happy about it. They reached me to tell that if she will continue doing that, she will be pushed to move from house and they would stop recognising her as a daughter. I felt responsibility for her future. It was not easy for me to tell her to stop and convince that her family is more important than changing the world. I never felt so bad taking a way a spirit from someone because I though it will be best for her. I made a decision for her. It gave me a strength but there is no day when I don't think about it.
After my father's death and my mother's fight with cancer, I got the strength to share opportunities with others, to share myself with them. I do believe I have energy around that gives me the power to face challenges; I do feel a determination to bring peace and love in places that need it, mainly; I do believe that by opening for understanding, we will be able to develop friendships among nations. As a kid, I was training karate for 15 years; it gave me a lot of lessons on how to cooperate in groups, how to compete healthily; showed me how to deal with your pain and in what way you can always deal with challenges. After an accident, I couldn't move for half a year; it taught me how to be patient and how to talk to oneself.

A holistic, multidimensional approach to issues related to political participation young people in Poland, by combining direct work with youth, with environments political and active research towards this issue. Provincial winners competitions for Effective Social Solutions will have access to a specially designed mentoring program and additional online courses to further self-driving activities within its own province. There is two ways on looking at a change. Internal and external. Internal if it comes to way of thinking, way of self awareness. External about how you react on situations your live gives you. What do you do about them. So there are two questions. Who are you for yourself and who you are for the World?
A world in which every person is a part of an inclusive, just and sustainable society. To create an engaging environment where young people can build social awareness, broaden their perspective and create opportunities to actively shape the future of their communities. Important is using a voice, support from people around you, ability to embrace yourself, stand up for yourself and find your values. Inclusive: tolerance, respect, integrity, freedom of expression. Strength in unity, in cooperation, in strength in Diversity. To collaborate, to create together, internationally, globally, to show support to each other's work. As a movement, we can achieve more and get into issues deeper. If we close ourselves for diversity, we will never understand the meaning of the World. We need to work on being open to others and mainly for ourselves. We are all humans, we all make mistakes, we all want to feel loved. But we need to start trusting each other more, talking with each other. Creating eye-opening collaborations between different countries, different societies, and organizations. So we can generate diplomacy through social actions

I’m conducting workshops for social activists in different regions with diverse policies and society natures. Participants on the workshops are willing to improve their communities. I need to understand how they are working, in what way they can make an improvement, what are the challenges.
Mostly by sharing it with others, by improving the way of how I’m conducting workshops, how I do speak with local ngo’s, politicians. The more acknowledged way of approaching .
Building an awareness of what it is exactly, of the challenges and the ways of becoming part of the movement. Educating, connecting people, building strong social lines.
Because the goal of life is not to have our lives mean something to ourselves. The goal of life is to have our lives mean something to others.
I am not going to change the World by myself, that is why it is more essential for me to engage people for making a move, for improving themselves by improving society around them. In my everyday life, in my everyday way of thinking and doing.
Financial and technical, supporting by how to make sustain business model of NGO, how to create a visible product for market, how to combine social work and our mission with financial sustainability.
By finding opportunities, getting funds from local governments, raising money by crowdfunding,

Right now it is project business model. It means we are doing one project, than focusing on the other one, having in the core our values.
Selling things during markets, crowdfunding, grants with cooperation with other NGO's.
We would like to change it for donations and bigger grants and also make workshops and programs that would be treated as a product for bigger NGO's or schools.

I want to get a better understanding of work of non-governmental institutions and
international organisations in creation of local and international policy. I want to see, feel
and be among places and people from whom I can learn and be inspired. The Elevate Prize will give me this opportunity. To raise my awareness; to raise my
ability to realise what is what; to raise my strength for action later on.
My idea in understanding a social problem is to ask and answer the right questions to find the backbone that builds a particular social issue. The spine of such a needle is the story of individuals. It is individual emotions, a one-off experience, or a pattern in which that person may be in, or something that they may encounter while in some environment. Someone who would support me, someone who would show me what can be done better, someone who would enlighten me.
