A significant proportion of the African population doesn't make it to higher education i.e University. They there end up engaging in only manual work. Technology in Africa is making significant advances yet this group of the population remains unskilled on how to leverage technology to their benefit.
With the introduction of online insurance company on a multi level business model. Anyone can introduce and sell insurance to their friends and family and earn from it. Insurance penetration has always been too low resulting to the greater population only take on mandatory insurance.
An app will be provided with standard policies, however ala carte benefits will be available to choose from. It is said that 85% of Insurance business is on referral basis. Hence this group of people will receive constant training to enhance their skill set in distribution and also on product knowledge. The app will provide seamless online services from end to end. This will therefore ensure additional skill set in this population. This opportunity will be a source of income eventually improving the economy and the insurance penetration.

WeInsure aims to disrupt the Insurance Industry in Africa by having a fully digitized company installed. With the use of AI on the back end, daily data will be used for predictive analysis and cross selling.
This app shall be used as a process to solve youth unemployment issue, allow vital skill set teaching and eventually growth of the economy. It is a self sustaining solution.
Technology is the background of the solution. WeInsure is the app through which the targeted population is able to enable prospective clients take on products of their choice. All services shall be enabled through the app including all payments.
The app shall also contain a knowledge management library where all learning resources can be found.
In the first 12 months I aim to pilot on life Insurance policies. Data collected will continuously enable the products be tweaked to the specifications and needs of the market.
I aim to see a more knowledgeable population on insurance and financial matters, better economy, more employment opportunities and growing economy.
Constant training using the Teach the Trainer method but having annual events that enhance and reinforce the mission and vision of the organization.
Customer centicity shall be the core of organization’s decision making and policies. This shall be arrived by using big data analytics. Innovative and relevant solutions shall be updated regularly.
We aim to have our target community be accessed mainly by social media and word of mouth. We also aim to have targeted partnerships geared at solving like minded issues.
This is still at the prototype stage
In twelve months, we aim to be serving 0.5M people. We hope to see the numbers grow exponentially seeing us enjoy 6M customers in 3 years
