Gamification community for learning
My name is Salem Hadi Baharetha. In 2014, I graduated from the University of Jordan with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
I am very passionate about Learning activities as well as Motivate others to learn. I continuously search for new opportunities and am very ambitious.
I enjoy doing voluntary works because I want to make myself useful in the world and get new experience of which I can learn and with which I can help others in need.
I am very good at using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and I have general background in SSPS for statistical analysis.
I would like to take this opportunity to develop my professional skills, contribute to the development of my community
The problem that the project will address is the poor use of their time by young people to develop their skills, build their capacities and develop themselves, due to the absence of factors that stimulate their growth and self-learning.
the solution is a platform containing a virtual community based on gamification techniques to motivate young people in self-learning, build their capabilities and manage their learning process through artificial intelligence technology
It will advance humanity by integrating learning activities in the youth's lifestyle and contributing to discovering young leaders who are cognitively, skilled and behavioral and will contribute to strengthening societal peace and building bridges of peace and dialogue of cultures between nations
Weak motivation for growth and self-learning among young people and not using their time to develop their skills and build their capabilities and develop themselves. There are many young people who lose confidence in themselves and lose guidance and professional guidance, which causes them to lose many opportunities
Therefore, this reflects negatively on their lives and their future. There are many factors that contribute to the problem, which are the crises that afflict the world from the repercussions of the Corona pandemic, conflicts and wars, which causes limited opportunities for young people and the spread of unemployment among young people. The project is an electronic platform and a mobile application that contains a virtual community based on gamification techniques to motivate young people in self-learning and build their capabilities and manage the learning process where the subscriber in the platform creates his own account and gets a profile through which the learning activities carried out by the subscriber and the points that Achieve and where learning operations are managed on the platform through the use of artificial intelligence technology.
Then the distinguished participants get rewards and move to advanced stages through their accomplishments
Time Line will be presenting the participants to review the learning activities that they have implemented on others for the purpose of increasing competition and motivation
The target group is the youth and the project will affect their lives by increasing their opportunities to grow, learn and obtain opportunities, and will contribute to empowering young people knowledge and skills and their way to find opportunities for themselves that are compatible with their passion and personal marketing for them in organizations in various sectors and contribute to building their personal brand and finding the societal value of youth and displaying success stories for the distinguished ones

The project is linked to the dimension that I chose in the award, through that it will contribute to highlighting the creative youth segment, marketing and demonstrating their capabilities so that they obtain opportunities that correspond to their aspirations.
The idea came at the beginning during the spread of the Corona pandemic in our country in Yemen, and we invented that idea for the purpose of spreading infection positive behavior among people in adhering to the home stone and exploiting their time in that period by implementing learning activities that benefit them by increasing their knowledge and developing their skills.
Then it expanded to become an initiative that seeks to motivate young people towards self-learning activities and to market active youth in learning activities of organizations in all sectors to obtain various opportunities
I am excited about this project because I believe in the importance of learning activities in developing knowledge skills and contribute to personal marketing for individuals and give them social value and create a positive mental image for them
I possess leadership skills as well as management skills as well as I have some critical thinking skills and other soft skills and I have a link and practical experience in the field of learning as I was responsible for training programs at many sides
I studied abroad in the field of chemical engineering and won with my work team the prize of the twelfth center in the recycling competition carried out by the Faculty of Engineering at that time and I was chosen among 100 young people around the world in the initiative Named (WE MAKE CHANGE)
She contributed to the establishment of some forums and youth centers such as the Hadramout Center for Green Projects and the Friends of the Environment Club and participated in some volunteer campaigns
We faced some problems in the project, which is how to calculate and collect points and present them to the participants in the gamification community, as we overcame that problem by using google drive models and we designed an interactive and renewed google sheet template
We also faced a problem in the lack of numbers of registrants in the gamification community due to their inability to register via the electronic form as a result of the poor internet, we analyzed this through a link group and WhatsApp to accelerate the process of joining those wishing to participate in the community and reduce waste in the process, which is represented in the complex registration process that was using the form google form
I was a leader in many volunteer campaigns, the last of which was the leader of the vaccination team within a community awareness campaign from Covid 19. I also established a special awareness center on environmental protection, and I gathered volunteers who wish to join that center and implemented through them some environmental awareness lectures and workshops in the field of the environment

During the first year we want to expand on the level of the Middle East only and the language of Arabic and English is the official languages of the platform and during the next five years we want to cover all countries of the world and increase the number of languages used around 5 languages
The difficulties we face in limiting the spread of the project idea as widely as possible through advertisements
Likewise, the problem of poor internet service, as well as the lack of an interactive platform that automates learning processes
A non-profit organization that oversees the initiative and limited funding is represented in providing simple gifts for distinguished participants
