I had born and grown up in Egypt
i graduated from Engineering university in Cairo ( Mechanical engineering department ) 
with grade : very good , 2011

Currently, I am student in new jersey institute of technology ( NJIT ) , Master in Engineering Management. fall 2020

After My graduation in 2011 , i had worked in 3 countries as Mechanical Engineer ( Egypt , Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates ).

In 2018, I started working for myself and taking some courses to apply for my Masters program in the United States of America.

In 2019 I was admitted in NJIT For a Master in Engineering Management.

After MY graduation in 2022 i am planning to Establish my own office in Engineering Management,
And it would be in two town Jersey and Dubai.

It could be said that our species is defined by its irresistible urge to solve problems – it's what makes us human. Strange, then, that the word 'problem' has such negative overtones. I think that the root of this paradox is that the word is used both when we identify a need – the first link in the problem-solving chain – and when we undertake the process of meeting that need. It is the identification of the need and the realization that it is real and must be met that creates the anxiety and the negative feelings .

The process of finding a solution is the exhilarating part that makes us thirst for more.

In engineering, solutions to problems come in three categories:
innovation by context
innovation by development
routine.

The categories differ from one another in the extent to which the solution is a step into the unknown, and this is why it may be chosen before the solution itself is known.

Engineering management is the application of the practice of management to the practice of engineering. Engineering management is a career that brings together the technological problem-solving ability of engineering and the organizational, administrative, and planning abilities of management in order to oversee the operational performance of complex engineering driven enterprises.

Engineering Management is a broad field and can cover a wide range of technical and managerial topics,  The topics below are representative of typical topics in the field.

Leadership and Organization Management Leadership and organization management are concerned with the skills involving positive direction of technical organizations and motivation of employees.

Operations, operations research, and supply chain Operations management is concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. Operations research deals with quantitative models of complex operations and uses these models to support decision-making in any sector of industry or public services. Supply chain management is the process of planning, implementing and managing the flow of goods, services and related information from the point of origin to the point of consumption.

Management of technology The Management of Technology (MOT) theme builds on the foundation of management topics in accounting, finance, economics, organizational behavior and organizational design. Courses in this theme deal with operational and organizational issues related to managing innovation and technological change.

After graduating in 2011, I worked in 3 countries as a mechanical engineer (Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates).

I have faced many problems in my work due to lack of proper coordination and development of correct solutions to problems
Hence the idea of studying the engineering management and establishing a center ,  for it to help find engineering solutions to many problems.

To be successful as an engineering manager, you should have exceptional foresight, great communication skills, a working knowledge of different engineering disciplines and how they relate to one another, and an aptitude for managing risk. Ideally, candidates will have proof of their supervisory and technical skills, and an appreciation for the complex nature of the industry.

Proposing and managing budgets for projects.

Supervising the work of multiple teams.

Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.

Researching and developing designs and products.

Determining the need for training and talent development.

Hiring contractors and building teams.

Ensuring products have support of upper management.

Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.

I hired and I was appointed as a project manager and area manager from my company for a big technical problem in one of the projects
The problem was solved and the project was delivered on time.

I had work as  MEP Site Manager in Dubai for 2 years 

I had work as  MEP Site Manager in Saudi Arabia  for 2 years
