1. There are many teachers who use a particular method while explaining the lessons without diversifying in proportion to the nature of the lessons.
2. The project is authoring books for the best teaching strategies in mathematics for all levels of study to be a reference for teachers.
3. The creative and inspiring dimension included in the project is to create a creative and interactive generation, who has the ability to make judgments and make decisions and prepare individuals who are able to solve unexpected problems and the ability to think of multiple and varied alternatives to situations that renew, they have many decisions that must be taken, and they have huge responsibilities to bear.
The problem is that some teachers use a particular method in explaining the lessons, or imitating teachers in other topics that use specific strategies that are not appropriate to the nature of the subject they are studying, which affects the extent of the information's access to students, and thus on their academic achievement. 60% of teachers do not use the appropriate lesson strategy.
The project that I would like to present to the service of education, teachers, students and all members of society is authoring books for teachers explaining the best strategy to explain each lesson in the school curricula of mathematics and how to apply them in the smallest detail, knowing that these books are able to develop every year in the case of discovering more effective strategies.
Where the Ministry of Education selects a committee of the most qualified supervisors and distinguished teachers who have extensive experience and who adopt the most effective method for each lesson according to their academic and educational specialization.
1- Students: The project will place the student at the center of the educational learning process, and the student will have his unique composition and development, and he will develop the skills of analysis and synthesis, information management, planning and supervision, and decision-making.
2- Teachers: These books will serve as a reference for them to the best strategies proposed to explain the lessons to reach the highest level in the educational process, to understand their needs, we always listen to their comments during my visit to schools, and they participate in workshops for writing strategy books.
3- Society: The project will create an innovative, creative generation that takes society to the highest possible level.

The idea started at the beginning of this year through my observation of the crowding out of the initiatives presented to the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, which include different types of teaching strategies. I saw that work must be organized, and the best strategies must be selected, approved and compiled into books. No one shared the idea with me, but if the necessary money is available, the project will be implemented for the rest of the study subjects.
My enthusiastic reasons for the project are the desire to improve students' abilities, raise their skills, and elevate them to higher levels of knowledge (analysis - formation - evaluation), develop curiosity and exploration, enhance creative tendencies, and develop thinking skills of all kinds. This project will also make the classroom environment more in line with the unique composition of each student, and more responsive to learning needs and methods, respect for their own methods of expressing themselves, their opinions and needs, and giving an atmosphere that is more interesting and stimulating for the learning process, and developing the ability to learn, accept and enjoy it, The educational process is centered around the student.
I worked as a teacher in high schools from 2001 to 2015. I have the skill of criticizing and analyzing educational situations. I also had a master’s degree in mathematics and a master’s thesis was in the most difficult branches of mathematics which is topology. I have completed many courses such as ICDL, Arabic and English printing skills, multimedia and web page design, among many other educational courses.
In 2017 my mother suffered from cancer and I was accompanying her to the hospital and at the same time I was going to take the master's exams, then she passed away and died two months later my father, who was suffering from strokes in the brain, despite all of that I passed the exams, and I got a master’s degree in the most difficult conditions.
Leading meetings for the departments that I work for in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education - working as a coordinator for the National Mathematics Examination Project - my work as a deputy principal of the school in the absence of the principal.
