The Creation and Proliferation of Financial Prosperity
THE PROBLEM:
In 2017, a Vienna-based NGO launched a tool called the world poverty clock, which measures world’s progress in real time toward the first of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals i.e. “to end poverty in all manifestations by 2030.” According to the clock, the world is making progress (with 1.1 people per second escaping poverty), but not fast enough to meet the goal of SGD 1 (i.e. an escape rate of 1.5 people per second). As of May 2018, 408,213,640 people in Africa live in extreme poverty, with a current escape rate of negative 11.8 per minute meaning more people are falling into extreme poverty than are escaping it. Furthermore, The Brooks' report noted that with extreme poverty in Nigeria growing by six people every minute, Nigeria has now overtaken India as the country with the largest number of extreme poor.
Among the chief causes of persisting extreme poverty in Africa is limited employment opportunity. Now, the ever engorging technology with the accompanying anxiety that increasingly intelligent machines will eliminate jobs across practically every sector has been fueling conversations among employees about an uncertain future, scaring the few one’s who are either painfully or gainfully employed. Nevertheless, there is hope.
THE SOLUTION:
The WealthSmith Company – a human capacity development startup – leverages on technology to help create and proliferate financial prosperity for people; we help to transform employee/unemployed to a 21st century entrepreneur.
Over $1.5 trillion of the U.S. economy today is devoted to the healthcare business, what Paul Zane Pilzer refers to as the “Sickness Industry.” However, Paul Pilzer predicted that by the year 2010, an additional $1 trillion of the economy will be devoted to products and services that keep us healthy, make us look or feel better, slow down the effects of aging, and prevent diseases from developing altogether. Recently, according to the 2018 Global Wellness Industry Trend report, the wellness Industry is currently a $3.7 Trillion industry, representing more than 5% of the global economic output.
THE GAME-PLAN:
We (The WealthSmith Company) have partnered with the world’s no.1 company – Forever Living – in the wellness industry (www.bestcompany.com/mlm) and as a group we have perfected the art of coordinating, organizing and leading ordinary people into achieving extraordinary results financially. Tailored-trainings using video-conferencing, Instant Messaging platforms etc. is the sure strategy with which we leverage to transform the ordinary income earner to an extraordinary wealth creator. Just a little over a decade, this system has produced people like Jayne Leach, John Ekperigin, Gabisele Mbatha, Tope Akinola and so many others. They found the right technology which gave them the access to quality training on Personal development, Digital skills acquisition, Public speaking with confidence, Salesmanship, Leadership, Financial literacy and several other life skills.
This same system which has produced countless people who have transformed their lives under the partnership with Forever brand is what we plan to use to reach more people globally, thereby changing the world by transforming lives.
- Upskilling, Reskilling, and Job Matching
Human capacity development can be defined as the process of systematically upskilling individuals in order to benefit society as a whole. Individuals who are not modern-workforce compliant now and few decades to come will struggle to keep or gain employment because of the rapid deindustrialisation sweeping across many sectors.
We recognize that there are several upskilling platforms, but what makes us innovative is that 3J2 solution is deliberately set up to specifically transform ordinary income earners to wealth creators, thereby ensuring that they do not become victims from the displacement technology bring.
Technology is used in nearly all organizations today and it is always progressing.
The operation of 3J2 solution relies heavily on technology for its success. 3J2 adopts the e-learning/distance learning model, leveraging on video-conferencing platforms such as GoToWebinar, Zoom etc., Instant Messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, and other essential platforms such as TeamViewer and Bitrix24 for coordinating, training/coaching, personal development and reinforcing the skills that delivers the results we desire. Also we use elitemarketingpro technology for prospecting, recruiting, digital marketing etc.
Thus technology helps us to operate effectively to record better results.
Our goals for the next 12 months include:
- Identify and select 105 persons i.e. 15 people per continent (favoring more of low income widow and indigent youths) to benefit from a $500 micro-grant to get started in the transformation process. ($380 for getting started with the Forever business, $100 for purchasing mobile device to enable learning, $10 for subscribing for internet data and $10 for miscellaneous)
- Work with the 100 beneficiaries to grow from Assistant Supervisor level to Senior Manager level where they can begin to enjoy conservatively $30,000/annum
Based on the Forever business model, for a business owner to grow from Assistant Supervisor to Senior Manager Level, s/he needs to have helped at least 15 people within her network, which implies that an average of 1500 (105 X 15 = 1575) people would have directly benefited from the transformation program in the first year. To qualify for higher bonus/incentives, each business owner has to help more people join and succeed through their network.
Our next 5 year vision is to establish 15 streams of income for our beneficiaries.

In 12 months we expect 105 more people and in 3 years more than 5000 people.
From our plan for deeper penetration, we anticipate 105 beneficiaries whom after training will geometrically increase to 1575 and this system will be replicated year-on-year.

The Forever Business has existed for 40 years and the model it has operated with is individual franchise/business owner. We are positioned for long-term sustainability because every team members joining the 3J2 system will pay a monthly service charge from the profit they have made from their business, and these will be for the operation of the group. We run a for-profit and not-for-profit model, so the organization itself is not set up to make profit, but it is set up to enable every team member make profit. The profiting of every member is certainly the prosperity of The WealthSmith.
The fundamental belief of the founder of Forever Living – Rex Maughan – is that you will achieve what you want to achieve if you help as many people as possible to achieve what they want to achieve. - Access to technical partners for coordinating international event to reach some of the target audience that needs the opportunity the most.
