The boom of new technologies does not necessarily mean the problems of humanism can be easily solved, as human senses and greed have transcended thoughts and souls.
This project redefines humanism by using new concept of emerging technologies such as AI data science, quantum theory, ethics, security, governance and environment studies. It advocates spirituality in this modern world, genuine technologies which can surpass geographical boundary in a vast homogeneity of humanity as common foundation.
In traditional view, science can be an investigation of a particular domain which is the material world however, it does not mean there is no other domain that we are not familiar. This is similar to the reality that whatever we are utilizing in our daily life such as internet, TV, cellphone, AI, and all other emerging technologies are out of imagination a few centuries ago. However, explanation about this concept is still in early stage.
In these few decades, research about consciousness and spirituality has made a fundamental change. Physicists, philosophers, medicine psychologists, and neurosciences applied quantum theory to explain consciousness, and to solve their individual problem. In the recent decades, the investigation came to an axiom that the matter and mind are parts of universal consciousness.
Quantum and technologies differentiate themselves from classical physics as it investigates the fundamental substances and their coherence. Hence the aspects such as mind and matter, consciousness and body, wave and particles, and attributes of spin, vibration, frequencies and mass, are all in its coverage. When these fundamental substances stretch their linkage out to the structure of space-time 4 dimensions or any additional dimension, they are interconnected with the nature of quanta.
This project mainly focused on the investigation of emerging technologies and their linkages to consciousness and spirituality. Given the fact that our understanding about mind-matter interaction has been still in infant stage, emerging technologies and quantum have initiated our thinking. It is not necessary to abandon classical physics, but spirituality and mind-body interference has been our focus, and some critical checkpoints such as double slit experiment has already taken initial step in the research of relevant areas.

Emerging Technologies can make our life better only if the innovation is origin from inner heart, wisdom and sense of mission in human care. How to make new technologies be genuine with linkages to humanism require education of spirituality, humanism, and ethics as background to support innovation. Following are our innovation in AI data science, informatics in Medicare, security, and governance that support humanism.

7. Enterprise governance: apply metadata repository strategy-KPI-services alignment
Emerging technologies are important in changing our lives however, emerging Technologies can make our life better only if the innovation is origin from our inner heart, wisdom and sense of mission in human care.
My objective is to apply disparate viewpoints through spirituality studies, to review and suggest guidelines of humanism and connection between human and nature. Much of the evidence shows that a unified essence connects all of us and this connection allow us to realize importance of each individual's role and interactivity in a universe of harmonious continuum.
I have published around 7 papers in Humanism, Environment sustainability, and Ethics, and over 50 paper in emerging technologies such as AI, IoT and security. I aim to advocate spirituality in this challenging world, and most of my publications were linked to the research work I have been involved. In addition to academic papers, I also write tremendous articles in a few subject areas.
I have had significant innovation in AI data science, informatics in Medicare, security, environment science, and governance that support humanism. I also took few steps to aggregate my research to spirituality and consciousness studies, and plan to build up healthy linkage between human and nature.

My proposal is closely linked to the Elevate Prize based on the facts that;
1. The problems I identified are real issues in this decade.
2. The project I am proposing address the issue and propose solutions
3. My proposed project elevates well against humanity
4. My proposed project is supported by many innovations that ensure the development of emerging technologies are in right direction.
5. My proposal has sound support from both theoretical and empirical analysis.
Relations between humanism and technologies have been my interest of research as I aim to solve issues by multi-disciplines approach instead of assuming technology is everything.
I am passionate in this project as based on my over 30 years' industry and academic work, I feel I have mission to provide suggestion to the global practices for what is the right technologies, objectives, directions and applications to human. This has been one of top challenges in this decade and the problem is the issue has been ignored in global society.
I am confident in delivering a positive and fruitful outcome from this project, based on my expertise, background, and thought.
In my 30 years industry and research, I have been engaged in over 200 projects and solved tremendous issue.
I may not have any experience that problem can not be solved, as I have very precise analysis starting from objectives. scopes, logical analysis, methodologies, review and originality (thought leadership) and project full life cycle management. I have managed over 50 projects and most of them were completed before or on schedule.

We have around 30 researcher (over 10 PhD and over 10 fellows) n our team. We also have a development team in Myanmar.
Over 50% employees served for over 5 years, and they are very professional SMEs.
We need 6 - 12 months to make innovation concrete, that will be phase I.
In phase II, we will work on the linkage of our innovation and solution to society and advocate spirituality in humanism. (year 2-3)
In phase III, we will make significant impacts to global society that we create linkage between our solutions, society, and global practices and streamline our ambition in giving a better life and bring peace to global society.
I have never discovered any barrier can stop my motivation. If there is any, then it must be fund issue as we need fund to realize whatever we planned in the project.
I am responsible to raise fund, for our project team to extend and continue our project.
I am currently working with Doctoral institute for Evidence Based Policy, Inc.
as chief technology officer.
First we need fund-raising to expand our project as we need a team of 10 SMEs and the expenses will be 1 million USD per year.
In phase II, we will continue the fund-raising with a network of 30-50 SMEs. In phase III, we will donate our solution, and provide free services to rural and developing countries in a global practices.
We need our first step (fund raising) be concrete to take second step (grow the team).
We planned to hire 5 more researchers in 2020, and from our existing 30 researchers, we may assign 5 to the project that make 10 SMEs in the project team. The expenses are estimated as 0.5 - 1 million USD in 2020.
We have only one option which is grant for our fund raising.
0.5 - 1 million USD can be our estimated expenses in 2020 for this project.
We found The Elevate Prize is critical to us;
1. We are a small Research Institute in Tokyo Japan. Among 30 employees, all of them came from top-tier universities and 50% of them are holding PhD and highly talented researcher. We need the award to motivate our innovation, and move our motivation and research concept into implementation.
2. We have full motivation in innovation and we have lots of concepts however, our research budget is very limit. The Prize can support our innovation, as we can hire more researchers and SMEs to engage the projects.
3. We expect to win the prize and create network from those successful winners, to enlarge the team and collaboration in future innovation.

We are also holding elegant culture and academic atmosphere as our PhDs came from top-tier Universities in Japan and other countries.
We believe we have lots of merits to share with our partners, and also we have lots of expectation to learn from our partners.
Myself (CTO) came from both academic (US/Japan government research), and industry mainstream (IBM, Oracle..). Our interests are;
1. Academic research project: we have accumulated extensive experience in government projects and emerging technologies, and our researchers are highly talented in many areas (IT, environment, medicine, policies, agriculture, economies), and we expect to collaborate with well-established Universities' research or Institutes in academic research.
2. Industry: we are holding extensive products and solutions in AI machine learning, deep learning, NLP, data analysis and data management. We like to collaborate industries' leaders in advanced technologies and collaborate in projects.
