1- I commit to solving the burns and their effects because Burns is still one of the most important causes of death and disability in the world. According to the World Health Organization, burns are the third leading cause of death.

The economic burden was a major constraint due to the prolonged treatment period and the high cost of cosmetic and laser surgery, which requires reconstructing destroyed cells again and eliminating the negative effects of burns on the skin.

2- I propose the project to solve the Disinfection of burns from microbes, viruses Pain relief, and faster regeneration of damaged cells during burning.
Stimulating blood circulation and treating burn infections.

3- Project elevate humanity by eliminating the distortions caused by burns at cause the patient's psychological state, especially if the burning was on the face. Eliminate the effects caused by burns without using lasers and plastic surgery that have far-reaching negative effects.

The incident of burns in Egypt is one of the most neglected and marginalized despite its extreme gravity, multiple pain, and long-term adverse effects on the physical and psychological levels of the injured person. The economic burden is a major constraint due to the long treatment period and the high cost of cosmetic and laser procedure. According to the World Health Organization statistics, burn rates are the third leading cause of death in Egypt.The number of burn victims is per year, or patients per day 

There are many factors related to my project, for example

• 1-There are many persons die because of the microbes and viruses into the skin. my project work to Disinfection of burns from microbes and viruses. 
• 2-There are many patients, the effects of the burns on the physical and psychological for them. In my project, it works to eliminate the deformation in the skin that makes the psychological better.
• 3-There are many patients affected because of the long treatment period and the high cost of cosmetic and laser by the project treatment the burns and their effects with natural materials, the shortest time to treatment and elimination the burns and their effects without using the laser.  

My project is the medicine to treat the burns and their effects. My project contain two products

• 1-Ointment to treatment the burns.
• 2-Cream to treatment the effects of burns.

The ointment work to clean the burns from microbes and viruses moisturizing the skin, relieving pain and regenerating damaged cells during burning faster. And whitening the skin and give it freshness and stimulate blood circulation, and treatment of infections caused by burns.

Skin rejuvenation, repair of damaged tissues, removal, exfoliation of dead skin, and regeneration of skin cells with that the cream work to eliminate the effects of burns.

The experiments were done in the faculty of Pharmacy Monufia University in EGYPT. This product applied to the skin scientifically. The experiments done on the rats.

 In the first degree takes (7) days to treat the burns and their effects in fig(3) . Elimination of burns and their effects in the second degree takes (14) days shown in fig (4). Elimination of burns and effects in the third degree takes 22 days as shown in fig (5). 

My project serve the burns’ patient. There are many ways my project impacting their lives such as. The project work to make their life more easily and better in many ways.

1- My project work to eliminate the Burns' deformation and that makes the lives' patient better byway the psychological level becomes better.

2- My project's impact on the patient by the products has low cost and high efficiency.
3- My project impact by the way it has the shortest time to treatment 4- My project impact by the way it treats the deformation without the negative effects.
5- My project impact by the way it moisturizing the skin, relieving pain, and cell renewal. There are many things I make to  understand what the patient needed by I went to the hospital in EGYPT and saw the patients after that I asked them about what they feel when they effected by burns. At this time when I saw the girl cried because, her face became deformation ,because she had the accident  with fire in the hospital and I understand what specifically the burns' patient need. My project work to drive the action to solve the most difficult problems. 

My project work to drive the action to solve the most difficult problems .    The deadly diseases such as bacterial and viral infections, Ulcers, and others cause about of the total number of cases of burns annually. It is necessary to increase public awareness of the problem of burns, especially that burnt patients need specialized and urgent care.According to the World Health Organization statistics, burn rates are the third leading cause of death in world. For that to solve this challenge is very important for patient and the economics of countries around the world.

I started my way in this invention when I had 17 years old in a STEM school in EGYPT.in the first in my way in my challenge. I research more about the burns and know what is the burns. I made most search about background research this help me more to know what the weakness in other medicine to improve it after that I make the research about materials I will use then I search about such materials in my project and know the chemical formula to them. after that I made the search to find best way to make the application for my invention. Every second , every day and every week I came up with my project. I improve my project to become the first of medicine and treatment the burns by best way.         

My project came up also when I made this medicine in Monufia University in EGYPT. Supervised by Dr. Ahmed Atef Donia professor of Pharmaceutical technology vice-dean faculty of pharmacy Monufia University. There are many doctors’ help me to make the cream and the ointment. For example Dr. Amira and Dr. Mai. I did more experiments on the rats and the resulted was amazing.

I and my best friend ran fast to Sarah's grandma and we went to the kitchen suddenly, I push the Sarah on the potatoes against my will and the oil spread out Sarah's body 

especially her face. Some oil went in my body but Sarah effected more than me.I and her grandma went to the hospital immediately, Sarah cried with high sound because at this time Sarah has many aches in this specific time I couldn't help my best friend or relieve her pain. Sarah went to the hospital and stayed 3 months after that when I saw her I couldn't know Sarah.
Her face was deformation. At this time Sarah told me "How I look" when she told me these words I went out and became cried.
Sarah saw her face and she had a shock, she told me" I will still with this look during all my life.
After a few days, Sarah was die and I lose the important person, sister, and

 only best friend I had in my life. I invented this medicine to give chance for burns’ patients to live in their life and other chance to the persons to not lose the important people in their life.

There are many background and experience:-  

• I took a patent from the scientific Research Academy.I do the ACADEMIC paper with the name “elimination of the burns and their effects”.
• I study in STEM school. In the STEM school, we invent two invention every year and make the portfolios and prototype for our project. This school build me more to make the academic research and help me to know how I use the EDP processes to solve the challenge by scientific way.
• I take a lot of courses in the field medicine form the biggest University in the word such as Harvard medical school.
• Practiced course about basic molecular technique (PCR), faculty of Medicine in Monufia University in Egypt.
• 4-The course about Bacterial Genomes: From DNA to Protein Function Using Bioinformatics form London University, Under supervision" British Council" .
• 5-The course about Bioethics: The Law, Medicine, and Ethics of Reproductive Technologies and Genetics Harvard, form Harvard University on .
• 6-Course about Lifestyle Medicine treatments of Chronic Disease – DOANE University - HPH-105X. 
• 7-I trained on medicines at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Monufia University. Form 12 December 2018 to journey 2020.
• 8-I practiced in the International Science and Engineering Fair Intel “ISEF” competition. I take the one place in the Governorate. I received certificate form ISEF in 2018/2019 and 2019/2020
• 9-I practiced in Science fair competition and I won first place in this competition.
• 10-Received a certificate about COVID-19 form LONDON SCHOOL OF HYGIENE & TROPICAL MEDICINE AND UK PUBLIC HEALTH . 

There are many problems and challenges faced by me when I invented my project.Many people tell me I can’t do this medicine this is very hard. This part is very difficult for me because these people usually frustrate me, but I don’t listen to their people and I complete my project.When I made by medicine, at first I can’t do the ointment and cream. All tries are failed to make them. I tried about 100 try to make the ointment sometimes I do the ointment more liquid another try I made the ointment more sold. Sometimes I don’t measure accurately. Every day I note my mistake, I search on the internet and I think well to find the best way to solve this mistake for example, when I make the ointment liquid I know the mistake, I increase the amount of oil.I walked in this way all the time when I made the mistakes. Finally, after more failed tries. I made the medicine and ointment with high quality and best way. All the doctors in the laboratory don’t believe I could make them at this time I feel proud. I know without mistakes in our life we can learn well. 

One day, when I was in G11 in STEM school, we must invent the machine to solve a specific challenge. In semester one. My teacher put me with a team I don’t know anyone in this team. I don’t know how I can deal with them and how is their personality. I became the leader of this team. At first, I communicated with my new friends. And spoke with them what is the best field they want to work in? To know how can I distribution the task to us and organize our work. For someone takes the part he liked. During the work, we faced a big problem. The cost of our project is very high. I made the meeting with my team and I think using cheap materials and it gives the same efficiency. For example, we used aluminum instead of iron. That makes the cost decrease. Also during the work, two of the team quarreled. When I found out, I discuss it with them. Now they become friends. I like to be positive and encourage my team to do the best job. My team did creativity work although we were the first time we work together.

 All medicine for burns, treat the burns and don't treat their effects at the same time. All people effect with burns have the deformation in their skin. Many people use the laser and Cosmetic to eliminate this deformation on their skin. My project is innovative. The project contains two products (ointment and cream). The experiments were done in the faculty of Pharmacy Monufia University. This product applied to the skin scientifically. Put the ointment on the rat’s skin until the Skin infections disappear Burning disinfection from microbes Viruses that can be caused by burns. It moisturizes the skin and regenerates damaged cells during burns faster. After that, put the cream on the rat’s skin to eliminate the deformation and make skin rejuvenation, damaged tissue repair, dead skin removal, and skin cell regeneration. Nobody in all around the words makes the medicine treat the burns and their effects at the same time except The Researcher in Brazil using the skin of tilapia fish. This way of treating has an unpleasant smell and makes the patient feel Pin when treating with the fish's skin.  My project treatment the burns and their effects after that the hair grows one more time. For that by project consider.

My project impact on humanity by many ways one way :

• 2-There are many patients affected because of the long treatment period and the high cost of laser by the project treatment the burns and their effects with natural materials, the shortest time to treatment. 

• Organization

there are many steps I do to organize my work . for example

 I prepare all materials I want to make the medicine.

 I balance the materials accuracy. 

• Activities

 I did the experiments on the rats about the first , second and third degrees.

The first. Anesthesia the rats by a dose of the
chloral hydrate with rate 300-400 mg/kg. Each rat takes the anesthesia in a
specific way depending on the mass of the rate and the amount of the anesthesia for example the mass of the rat equal 210g and the amount of chloral hydrate is 300mg/kg. Then the amount of the dose = 300*210/1000=63mg. then this rat takes 63mg of the chloral hydrate. After that began to anesthesia the rat after 5min. Burning in a specific way by calculating the burning diameter equal 4cm, put the ointment on the rat’s skin until the Skin infections disappear. After that, put the cream on the rat’s skin. 

• Output

In the first degree,

 the diameter of the burns decreases at a rate (0.6) cm every day . The Skin infection treatment for a period ranging from (2) to (3) days explains . And the effects of burns disappear after a period ranging from (4) to (5) days. In the first degree takes (7) days. 

the second degree, 

 the diameter of the burns decreases at a rate (0.3) cm every day explains it .the Skin infection treatment for a period ranging from (5) to (6) days. And the effects of burns disappear for a period ranging from (6) to (7) days. Elimination of burns and their effects in the second degree takes (14) days.

third degree, 

the diameter of the burns decreases at a rate of 0.199cm every day. Elimination of burns and effects in the third degree takes 22 days.

My project serve through my work is 80000 every year and 37 % of person form don't die. My project serve 80,000 people every year and 300 person every day form die.  My project serve 4,000,00 in five years.

• To acceptable in the HARVARD University in the USA.
• When I accept to Harvard University, I will improve and elevate this project more.
• To invention the other medicine to treat cancer because many people suffering from it.
• I will establish the biggest pharmaceutical company in all around the world and this company contain all medicine I will invent in the future
• I will travel all around the world and I will see how the education in different countries.
• I hope to climate the top of mountain Himalaya (Top Everest).I hope to discover the world.  
• When I get more experience form American and all around the world, I will apply this different system in my country and I want to change the world to better.

There are many plans I put in my mind to achieve my dreams at the top of the page.

• Study hard to get a high score in the TOEFL exam to accept HARVARD University.
• I will work hard in grade 12 in high school to get a high score to support my CV.
• I want to improve my take many courses online or offline in my country. Indeed, I get many courses to form HARVARD University and different resources but I want to improve myself more.
• I want to better the things that are not good in me for example I want to improve my listening skills in English and French language. I want to get more certificates in different fields to improve my CV.

Indeed, there are many things barriers me to accomplish my goals such as:-

• Our finances don’t let me do all things I want to improve myself for example there are many courses online, I must pay 98$ to get it.
• there are many programs make in all around the world are useful for me and to improve my skills but this program with high cost.
• There are many things I don’t agree with our culture in my country.
• After, 5 years, I think there are many problems will face me in field market for example, when I found the pharmaceutical company.   

one point, I will overcome it by use a lot of website and application it gave the courses for free for example edx and coursera. 

second point, I will overcome it by I apply the scholarship to go this program for example I applied to New York academy of science. I applied to apply in junior Academy and I will apply to different scholarship in the future.

Third point, I will overcome the market after 5 years. by make the budget for my company and organize the company very well and by wise. I will consult with my colleagues.

there are many ways to bring in money to find my work and improve it such as:- 

1- grants

there are many grants the companies  will Give me to improve my project 

I will search about the grants form countries give me all the laboratories and machine I need to improve my project.   

2- in the future I will work in the big company that can help me to get money and improve my project. 

for the funding, I hope to get the grant in Harvard University because, it has high level of laboratory and high level of machine for example I want to know the structure of specific material but the machine to check this material not find in my country. I can find the machine in special places but it need high coast to use this machine. I want to receive the funds in 2022. I need 22223$. 

I am not certain about that but in the future , after four years I will earn 22222$ .

The elevate prize will break all barriers that can face me.There are many things it will give to improve my self improve my project for example:-

1- when I win the prize I will take 300,000$ and that broke the barriers of Finance can help me so much to buy the materials to develop my project.

 
2- by Professional management and development services, mentorship and coaching,educational training, capacity building, and connection with, and experts through Elevate Prize Foundation’s two-year program all things are amazing to build me and the Illuminating the light in my way. there is more experience I will get from these foundations for example, when I connect with influencers that can make me impact more in the world and learn new things.
 when I connect with industry leaders that can help my project to be the product in the marketing and all the people around the world can use my medicine and it helps them by the medicine work to treat the burns and their effects. my project will go to the light. 

3- A tailored media and marketing campaign aimed at amplifying their work, building recognition,and a fanbase around me that can make me famous and meet important scientists can take the experience form them. this helps me also to go to the light and all companies help me to improve my project. 
The elevate prize is a great prize in around the world because this prize gives all things the scientists need to become better.

There are many partnership goals such as 

1- when I have the funding and revenue model this can help me more because in any project you must need the funding and revenue to do the project completely and perfect 

2- Talent recruitment :- because when I recruit in big company important of specifically talent that make me have more Enthusiasm to invent and discover new things can be useful to the world 

3- Marketing, media, and exposure:- because when i made the project i want the marketing , media and exposure to deal with my project. 

I need the largest pharmaceutical companies for example, Pfizer company   in New York City, Groton, CT or GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in London.

because the scientists in their companies are among the best in the world. the companies arm them with the resources, technology, and facilities they need to solve some of the world’s most complex health challenges. I choose to do my life’s passion at Pfizer.
