I'm Huda Flatah from Saudi Arabia, I'm very passionate in technology  

I studied Bs in Science then i finished high Diploma in medicine (phlebotomy) I revived 3 scholarships as short course in Robotics & technology in H-Farm Italy and Business in KAUST Saudi Arabia then in silicon valley CA USA 

Now I'm student at KFUPM in industrial manager and  Founder of Helper Robot 

1-there is a shortage in right tools to help blind people in ( Education field & life routine

Access to information: The major sensory organ of a person is their eyes. One glimpse around us is enough to make us realize how visual is most of the information in our environment. Timetables in train stations, signs indicating the right way or potential danger, a billboard advertising a new product in the market, these are all the visual types of information we all come across in our daily life.

2- we use new technology to help blind people and we teach them science and robotics.

We do training courses, Developing the devices for them to suit their situation, Connecting them with society and giving them confidence in themselves

3- We make them stronger and better and teach them to have equal opportunities in education, jobs and educational level

Blindness is one of the most, if not the most, misunderstood type of disability, Blind face troubles due to inaccessible infrastructure and social challenges.

1- Finding Reading Materials: Blind people have a tough time finding good reading materials in accessible formats. Millions of people in Middle East are blind but we do not have even the proper textbooks in braille, leave alone the novels and other leisure reading materials. Internet, the treasure trove of information and reading materials, too is mostly inaccessible for the blind people so they can't know about new technology and science.

Even though a blind person can use screen reading software but it does not make the surfing experience very smooth if the sites are not designed accordingly. Blind person depends on the image description for understanding whatever is represented through pictures. But most of the time, websites do not provide clear image description.

2- Navigating Around the Places:  Obviously, blind people roam easily around their house. Commercial places can be made easily accessible for the blinds with tactile tiles. But, unfortunately, this is not done in most of the places. This creates a big problem for blind people who might want to visit the place

1- We teach them techniques and robots and prepare mechanisms to teach them engineering and programming robots

2- we build A device was created to serve as a companion for the blind and did research with the University of KAUST, which is an auxiliary robot, a support and a companion for them who alert the blind through sensors connected to an electrical circuit.

We continuously communicate with them and help them to know their area of interest to pass living in isolation, Societal stigma and help them to Finding and keeping a job

This has a negative impact on the confidence and emotional well-being of the visually impaired, while it totally cripples their economic independence. Having little to no opportunity to support oneself, blind individuals are incapacitated from their independence.

I realized, at any moment, a person could lose the most important asset & sense or any thing.

in 2017 my friend became blind & I tried to help her TO build smart device, I did not find right tools, she isolate her self.

 Considering all of the above, it’s not a surprise that living with a visual impairment might signify, often, living in isolation. Dealing with sight loss, already, is a challenge in itself. The lack of emotional support at diagnosis centers, the limited accessibility to activities and information, the societal stigma and the lack of unemployment, are all factors frequently leading blind or low vision individuals in isolation. This last point illustrates how the problem for the visually impaired is not their blindness or lower vision in itself but their segregation from anyone else.

I never dream of success. I worked for it  

this sentence represent me I did a lot of achievements because I'M hard worker not only dreamer, I was born in quite & simple city ( Medina) I faced alot of obstacles but I was curious to fathom the technology & science world . 

I have a big passion for the Robotics, I have been featured in leading publications as ARAB NEWS , but nobody knows what I have faced in our journey to start this. I am self tought, I educated myself , it was difficult in the beginning, I faced a lot of obstacles no resource- or environment, but when my friend became blind, change every thing to me. 

I enrolled for a Science degree course at Taibah University. During my study, I acquired wide-encompassing knowledge and skills in the areas such as biotechnology , nuclear, bioinformatic. 

I’m so curious in bioinformatics: to Development and implementation of computer programs that enable efficient access to, management and use of, various types of information, Development of new algorithms (mathematical formulas) and statistical measures that assess relationships among members of large data sets.  Sometimes I watch online courses to enhance my knowledge in this fields ( programming, biology, database and bioinformatics) as well as EDX s Data Analysis for Life Sciences

I don't know where I should to start

1- Being a girl in an Arab country is the first obstacle I suffered from the attack because I am a girl and I lead a project. 

2- Then I got jealous of some of my friends. Being chosen as an influential girl tried to exclude me.

I got specialized training that helped me overcome psychological, societal, and religious barriers in CA USA with Gena Kloes

But over time, I began to prove myself as a black Saudi Arab girl able to serve her community and employ the best educational solutions to serve the blind. I am strong and able

I lead over 3 clubs when I was student (innovation science and research) clubs , I like volunteer work, I feel good when I help other especially blind and women, I serve a lot of people and students when I was younger in high school and university
