Humaniq is a new generation financial services platform with its own cryptocurrency, which is aimed at reducing poverty amongst millions of people living in the emerging economies. Humaniq is a mission-driven company. Nearly half the world — over 3 billion people — lives on less than $2 a day, and over 80 percent of the world’s population lives in countries with widening income differentials. Bio Identification. Humaniq uses BioID in lieu of passports and signatures for identification, simplifying and accelerating the onboarding process for new users.

Humaniq Global Challenge - competition for blockchain projects aimed at helping the world’s unbanked population. Finalists received support to facilitate development. The three best performing teams was sent on the Humaniq Expedition to Kenya. The projects are to be created for the Humaniq ecosystem, a decentralised financial structure for cryptocurrency. The aim of the projects is to generate useful services, or to provide the ability to generate income remotely, for people living in unbanked regions of the world, using just a simple smartphone. Traditional business development - conferences. Humaniq executives usually visit more than 15 business conferences per month.
The number of Humaniq's app users are equivalent to 400 000+. The app is available in 16 African countries: Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Senegal, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Republic of Cote d'Ivoire, Botswana, Ghana, South Africa, Zambia, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sierra Leone.
We are planning to serve 2 bln. unbanked and underserved people. Now 400k+ already joined Humaniq app. By the end of 2018 - 1 mln. In 12 months 2 million people will be affected. Every registered person get digital wallet and digital identity on the blockchain thus they receive access to global economy.

We applying for the Solve Challenge as we want to become a member of Solve network, gain access to the community and increase our reach. Winning this challenge will help to bring our solution to the bigger market.
Trying to bring financial inclusion to underserved communities and regions we challenge last mile connectivity issue. Our solution requires more investigation and coordination with customers than others. We also try to follow 5 basic principles of UCD
